Grocery order. Delivered. Driver stole many items, and threw down the rest, resulting in much damage (like 12 broken eggs, etc.). Rest of the order was spoiled and hot. Walmart refuses to give a refund, stating that I have to ship all damaged items to the warehouse. After this happened, an agent told me to throw it all out. So, two weeks later, they refuse to give a refund unless I return all. WHO retains broken eggs, milk that was mopped up from my front porch, slimy spinach, a broken watermelon, etc., etc.? I am out $97.00 and even Paypal won't help. They state that Walmart needs all items returned to get my refund. Don't tempt me to get into the trash can and retrieve a bunch of slimy, spoiled, rotten groceries, box them up and return them to Walmart. The shipping alone will be about $50.00. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN. THIS is the fourth time that I was missing items and they just say, 'it was delivered.' One item was delivered to Florida and I live in Texas, but they claim it was delivered, no refund. This is for delivery, not pickup, but whatever, I am soooo pissed off at Walmart.

    Walmart thinks you're a criminal

While the workers are nominally friendly, this location is very dirty and disorganized. I would not recommend it for any reason. Their surveillance robot in the parking lot is downright dystopian and a slap in the face. There are many other stores that have more respect for customers. Customer service is better than expected due to the fact that's it's a Walmart & it's technically in the hood

People walking around shirtless, dripping sweat, stinking, in bare feet, only socks, crocs, and Teva sandles. Nasty. Old dilapidated and low quality dumbbells, only 2 old treadmills and a few of the manual treadmills, no fixed weight barbells, a bathroom falling apart with the toilet bowl cover hanging on by one hinge. No air conditioning. Hot and smelly. Humid atmosphere. Couldn't draw up a worse gym in my imagination. To me it's 1 star but I guess to cross fit cultists this is what they like. Only a few smoothie choices and no chicken wraps or anything in their nutrition bar or whatever it's called. If you know how to work out and don't need or want a trainer or group then this place is definitely not for you. They do an incredible job on marketing and must edit photos or take superb angles like a catfish on tinder. Almost thinking they pay influencers to hype this place up. Either way I'd prefer the most basic Planet Fitness or Crunch 100x over this. In fact I'd rather get chubby and not work out over having to work out in an environment like this again.

I think what made it's worse was the no acceptance of responsibility or accountability on the guy's part. I think he's the owner. I dropped off some pants for alteration. When I came to pick up, two were fine, one was not. I dropped that for readjustment and added another new pant for alteration. Let's just say it was a disaster when I came to get the two pants. This man tried to add payments on the fly, said I said things I didn't say and charged different from what was on the receipt he gave me, citing that tax was not being added. Yes, somehow, that was not in the total amount he had prior told me I'd be paying?? I made my feelings clear, told him it was all about the principle and it's a very wrong way to conduct business especially to customers who are new like I was. I'd never go back here and wouldn't even advise my enemy to go there.

This is single-handedly the worst, worst, worst place to possibly consider getting your clothing…read moretailored. The owner literally tried to steal my clothing! Check this out: I left several pants, a dress, and a few other things here a few weeks ago. The tailor measured me and we discussed the work. He told me it would take a few weeks and that I'd have to pay in cash. I smiled at the cash-only thing but it's common at mom-and-pop shops. I arrived today with the cash to pick up and pay for my alternations. This is the exact interaction, verbatim: "Well I didn't do your stuff because I didn't think you were gonna pay." "What?" "Many people leave their things and since you smiled when I said cash-only I decided you weren't gonna pick up your things so I didn't do the work." "But why did you accept my clothing if you didn't think I was gonna pay and weren't planning to do the work?" "Well because many people leave their things." "That's not what I asked. I asked why did you accept my clothes if you weren't going to do the work?" "Because you smiled so I didn't think you were gonna pay." This went on for some time. Me asking why he took my stuff, and him rationalizing using unrelated reasons. The owner is unwilling to apologize or take responsibility or be accountable. Rather than apologize, he just kept blaming me and talking about other clients. No acceptance of responsibility for attempting to steal my stuff or making a completely unwarranted assumption. This went on for some time. He then grabbed my stuff and dragged it on the floor, stepping on my dress. I said please don't step on my dress and he denied that he was doing it, even though I was watching. I kept saying, "I just saw you step on my dress." And he kept denying it. This is called gaslighting, a technique abusers use to make people around them question their reality. It doesn't work on me but I recognize the manipulative tactic. He then began to record me, which I'd love to see, because I've been calm and collected, trying to understand the rationale behind him accepting my belongings and not doing work. I decided to sit down in the shop to write a review immediately, while this interaction was still fresh. He told me to leave, despite it still being business hours, claiming that he has to take lunch. I decided to remain here to finish my review, while he continuously harassed me and kept saying things while I asked him to please leave me alone to finish writing this post. He wasn't kind, apologetic, or accountable despite it being clear that he made an unwarranted assumption or tried to steal my stuff or both. The situation is absurd but please, do not take your stuff here. I have no idea if he's a competent tailor, but I know he is at least an attempted thief and can't be trusted.

I thought I'd try Gomez Western Wear to give a new business a try. The selection inside Gomez was nice and service was friendly. I also saw a group of kids buying shirts for a quincenera. Then, I found a common black button up shirt my dad had liked via our FaceTime conversation (he lives in a different state). I thought I'd get him a new black shirt for Father's Day and because he only dresses up on special occasions (therefore has a limited selection). I ended up sending him the shirt via USPS in a big package around July because I sent it along with some other goodies for 4th of July. Fast forward to August 3rd he wore it to a dress up wedding. At the wedding the buttons started to pop off. That is so embarrassing for not only my dad but also me. I cannot believe something like that happened. My dad is a timid person typically this made it worse. He left the event due to the shirt falling apart and being utterly embarrassed. I've looked the website and understand the unfortunate return policy. Now I know where not to shop. I just hope you all start selling better quality products or offer better return policies in the future because of that I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
