Great location if you want to order online and pick up in store or curbside. I always have great experience picking up my photo orders from here; however whenever I have to interact or ask questions to one of the checkout associates, I consistently have poor experience. It's not the knowledge that they're lacking but it's the attitude and their communication skills. I once was in line having to witness them talking down at an elderly woman who try to pay using her Walgreens membership. Rather than attempting to help her out, the associate was short and had a demeaning attitude. It's terrible and unnecessary and I would avoid interacting with them at all cost. read more

This store is my location for prescription needs and I have never had a problem here even though the pharmacy staff is way overworked, they are always pleasant. This review is about my stop here a little before 4 PM on Christmas day. I just needed some cough medicine. There were a few customers in the store and the star of the show was the cashier. Its Christmas day and this nice guy was working and he had such a great demeanor and was so helpful and positive that I thanked him for working on Christmas . He is the kind of employee that every retailer should have and I hope that a supervisor sees this review and shows appreciation for the young man's professionalism. read more

I Love Walgreens for all the great products and seasonal fun stuff. Walgreens has always been my place for meds. The low score is contributed from the lack of pharmacy techs. Walgreens needs to revamp its program so it can maintain its staff and mitigate only have 1-2 techs per facility. I sit in line for meds/tests up to an hour w only 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. I just had bad experience at this store...I hope someone higher up talks to this manager at the store. I was just checking about the discount they had on medicine and cashier had asked the manger check it out but that guy just came and said something and just threw the medicine on to the counter. It's very disrespectful to the cashier and customer. I don't know how this guy has more qualification than the cashier, cashier was so nice and this manager guy was so rude. What is his work if can't help out with questions that customer or cashier has. I guess they should give manager position to cashier and cashier position to this manager guy. read more

Where is the 0 star? Your pharmacy has no problem letting me know when my meds are ready and your ready for my money but can't simply tell me you have now changed your pharmacy hours and close at 7? I got there at 7:05 and the tech and pharmacist were still there and I was picking up a medication I am dependent on and have to take daily. The tech forgot I could still hear what she was saying while she spoke negatively about me to the pharmacist and provided 0 help besides we will re open tomorrow at 10. 6 more cars tried to come through the drive through while I am trying to figure out what to do. I am 69 and have many prescriptions filled regularly. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used . Very professional and always friendly. She kept telling me they didn't have my order only after looking up my phone # once. I received my order confirmation that it was ready for pick up yesterday and I told her I had a order confirmation # and email and she told me it didn't matter and that they didn't have it if I didn't have my phone # linked. My Dr called in a prescription early today. Walgreens automated phone system said there was an insurance problem. They did not contact me, even though I'm an established customer. Impossible to contact them and speak to some one. I asked the Dr office to address the issue. They did and reported that it is all cleared up. Still no word from Walgreens about my Rx being ready. I purchased products at Wallgreens for my elderly and home bound mom who lives in another city and left them for her to review. When I went back to get them and tried to return them, they would not take them back because they were purchased 40 days ago. They indicate their return policy is 30 days ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!, for bandaids and another medicine that expires in August 2022. They have no Covid considerations for the elderly and family trying to fill the gaps. Wallgreens just lost a customer-a good customer. read more

It really depends on who you get as your cashier. They have several excellent workers here and the experience is generally welcoming and friendly for a convenience store. The employees always take an interest in my life and are very friendly. The card reader is a bit picky but they are quick to walk you through and help! I love this Walgreens! Here's a question. Do you want a fast prescription that might kill you or a slower one that wont? Hmmm I going to go with slower! The reason a prescription takes longer is because they are not just rubber stamping it. The pharmacist is actually checking behind your doctor to make sure that you are good to go! The rest of the store is set up like a neighborhood market with many items you wouldn't think Walgreens would have, like wine, cooking supplies, office supplies and electronics. We transferred all our prescriptions to this location in Cedar Park, the hours and location were convenient and with three kids, three and under, the drive-through was helpful as well. However, after four months of very poor customer service, and being told different things from different technicians, being wrongly informed by the pharmacist, very long wait times, receiving notifications that our prescriptions were ready for pick up and going there only to find that they were still not done. They charged my mom nearly $500 for a prescription when she gave them both Medicare and TriCare for life. My husband has filled prescription here for 4 months and apparently, even after taking them the paper script, they didn't order it in and now he will go three days without it. We are done. I will be transferring all of our prescriptions elsewhere .especially after today's chasing a prescription around when they told us to go to a different location (in Leander) because they didn't have the full amount and wouldn't do a partial fill, The other location apparently had a problem with our insurance even though we filled with Walgreens's for four months, and they still couldn't do it. My wife takes the same kind of lower cholesterol medicine that my doctor just prescribed for me. The last time she filled it they asked her three times if the 'script was for me or her. 3 times she repeated it was for her. My doctor put me on the same medicine yesterday. Walgreen's says my insurance won't pay for it because I got my medicine just two weeks ago. No amount of explaining could correct this problem with them. The pharmacy is sloooooooow. I have been to this 24 hour pharmacy for my own personal prescriptions and for emergency after hours pick ups for my patients. I have never had a prescription ready when I have attempted to pick up for either myself or my patients. It's always an ordeal. For my personal prescriptions on three different occasions when I had to pick up multiple meds, they are out of at least one of them and I end up having to go to a different location the next day. These are not anything exotic or out of the ordinary. Once they were out of a non-uncommon cough medication. Another time, they were out of antibiotic ear drops. I am not sure how they bill through insurance, but for some reason they bill at the highest prescription copay for everything. I can go to HEB or Randalls and pay my normal copay. In the future, if I have to get something filled after hours I will just suck it up and wait to have it filled elsewhere the next day. I'll have to go somewhere else to get all of my scrips when I need them anyway. I might as well save myself the headache. read more

Customer Service is totally doesn't exist here. Transferred prescriptions to them due to issues with CVS and my Tricare provider. asked that one prescription be filled. Called two days later and waited online for 20 minutes then the phone hung up. Called back to finally get an answer, told they refilled 3 prescriptions, I only ordered one. Said they didn't have my phone number to call me at which had I supplied with a copy of all my prescriptions with CVS. Terrible service. read more

Yes, sometimes they are a bit slow, but they are always accurate. That is what really matters. They also have a new pharmacist that actually shook hands and introduced herself. Who does that anymore? I was very impressed. The last two times I have been in to pick up prescriptions she has come to the counter to see if I have any questions. She doesn't just rely on the fact that all customers will understand the handouts on the medications. Very impressed with their customer service from the pharmacist to the cashiers at the front. Very well worth a few minutes of waiting. Kudos to this Walgreens for bringing customer service back to life! read more

I avoid this walgreens at all costs. Its the closest to my house which sucks but I've never had a good experience here. On at least two occasions they had left up sale signs which they would no longer honor, the pharmacy has the longest wait of any Walgreens I've been to. The only cashier that had ever been nice was rude the last time I went in. Better to support other stores who care more for their customers. read more
