At that time Johnny was the Pharmacist and he was amazing took care of all my needs. I was worried when he left the Georgetown location to seek a promotion at another pharmacy. The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home. Prices are reasonable with my insurance, but when I didn't have insurance prices still were cheaper than corporate pharmacy business. I highly recommend Liberty Pharmacy!!!

During my visit, I was not given clear or consistent information about what was included in my…read morecomprehensive eye exam. I received different answers from staff, which left me feeling confused and ultimately dissatisfied with my experience. I was specifically told that I would receive both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription, but I did not receive my contact lens prescription as expected. I also did not feel that my exam was as thorough as I anticipated. There were very few detailed questions about my eye history, previous eye concerns, or other relevant information. What made me particularly uncomfortable was being asked several times about my career and what I do for work, while I felt that more time could have been spent gathering information about my eyes and medical/eye history. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns were not fully addressed and that the service did not meet the expectations that had been communicated to me beforehand. I hope the office can improve communication among staff and ensure patients receive clear, consistent information about what their exam includes and what prescriptions they will receive.

I have to take a moment to leave a superb review for LaDawn's® Beauty Supply…read more First of all, I don't know if everyone will understand this, but Miss LaDawn told me that she prayed over her store before she opened it. And I believe her. There is definitely something special about the atmosphere in this store. I could not stop crying while I was standing there talking to her. As someone who is spiritually inclined, I could feel something that was hard for me to put into words. But beyond that, Miss LaDawn was simply a very pleasant person. She talked with me, made me feel comfortable, and went beyond just helping me with products. As a cosmetologist myself, our conversation even became a little personal because she has two available booths inside her store. I think her prices are reasonable, and I think she is a fair and genuine person. Hearing her tell me how long she waited and how, at one point, she was trying to rush God's timing really touched me. But in due time, God allowed her to open this beauty supply store, and I believe He knew she could do it. The store itself is beautiful, organized, and has exactly what you would expect from a beauty supply. The products are well displayed, and there is a welcoming feeling when you walk in. Most importantly, Miss LaDawn is helpful and makes you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend LaDawn's® Beauty Supply. Go check her out--you may walk in looking for beauty products and walk out with a whole lot more than you expected.

As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by LaDawn and Ken. They are the most beautifully amazing couple I have met. They welcomed me with a warm smile and greeting while I roamed the aisles. Everything was nice and organized to the point that I didn't want to touch anything. They have a nice selection of products for different hair needs as well as hair lined up on the walls. Ultimately I decided on the Camille Rose bantana oil. Upon checking out, LaDawn , Ken and I had a wonderful conversation. They let me know that they had only been at the location for about nine months. They let me know that they also provide booths for braiders and locticians which are AMAZING in itself. The experience in itself was memorable. I will most definitely be back. TAKE MY MONEY!!!
