I'm not exactly the target demographic, but I enjoy spending the quality time with my daughter as she looks at the latest Bubble, Drunk Elephant, Biyoma, or whatever else is trendy these days. Although many…read morereviews are from a few years ago, I have consistently had pleasant experiences here during my color journey. I've interacted with several different staff members, but today I had the pleasure of being helped by Angie (if that's not her name, I apologize!). She has a bright, welcoming personality and offered great advice and recommendations. Talking to her felt like chatting with a friend I've known for weeks, even though I was only there for about 20 minutes. All the other staff members I've met have been incredibly sweet as well. One girl even told me that if I needed any assistance, I should let her know, and she would be happy to help. If you've read this far, I assume you're considering leaving a review. Please remember that if you don't achieve the result you wanted, it's not the staff's fault. They are doing their best to assist you in any way possible. They also carry Japanese cosmetics. Their Skinfood prices are about $1 cheaper than Ulta, excluding sale. The owner said they opened earlier than expected so they're not fully stocked yet. They sold out of the Missha BB Cream in natural beige. The sales lady's second choice BB Cream shade made me look like Casper, the Friendly Ghost. One of the sales ladies couldn't understand English well enough when I asked if I should use BB Cream in combination with Cushion. Luckily, the owner was there to answer all of my questions and requests. The sales ladies will not apply or touch your face. For that, I would recommend shopping at Nordstrom in the Korean cosmetics section. They didn't have any cleanser to wipe foundation off my hand. It's a new business, so ask the owner if you need anything. I asked the owner if she had any cleanser for testing the foundation on my hand and she responded, "Oh! That's a great idea." She promptly asked the sales lady to break out a new package of cleansing wipes for me. I purchased Hera sunblock for $35. According to the owner, Hera is hotter than Sulwhasoo in Korea right now. At checkout, they threw in four free samples and a face mask. Their face brushes are soft and reasonably priced at about $3 - $5.

Disappointing Customer Service and Consistently Long Wait Times…read more I'm not sure what is going on with this Walgreens Pharmacy, but the customer service has become absolutely unacceptable. Over the past 10 years, I've watched the quality of service at this location steadily decline, and unfortunately, it only seems to be getting worse. This pharmacy consistently appears understaffed, resulting in ridiculously long wait times. Waiting 30 minutes or more just to pick up a prescription is frustrating enough, but it's even more aggravating when you finally reach the counter only to discover that part of your prescription is ready. To make matters worse, a pharmacy technician who frequently works at the pickup window came across as rude, irritated, and unapproachable. Her demeanor gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than individuals who deserve professional and courteous service. I'm not sure who manages this Walgreens Pharmacy or who is responsible for overseeing its operations, but the ongoing staffing problems, poor communication, and lack of customer service raise serious concerns about management and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this Walgreens Pharmacy unless it is your only option. Based on my repeated experiences, you should be prepared for excessive wait times, inconsistent prescription availability, and disappointing customer service. Walgreens is a major pharmacy chain, and customers should be able to expect a reasonable level of efficiency, professionalism, and respect. People depend on their medications, and picking up a prescription should not be such an unnecessarily frustrating experience. After 10 years of declining service, it's time for Walgreens management to take responsibility and make some meaningful changes. Customers deserve better!

So when I got there I told Norma I didn't have my receipts and then she asked me when I purchased it , I told her I didn't know but she can check my history for that information. Then she proceeded to tell me Sephoras return policy. I told her first find my purchase date, if it is past there return policy date you can tell me. She was asking me unnecessary stuff. She was taking a while looking into it and then she again asked me when did I buy it. I had already told her I didn't know when I bought it. By then I saw how she was fumbling around and she didn't want to figure out how to give me my refund. She was making it so complicated that I told her to get somebody else. Mel came and within a minute she was able to handle and gave me my refund. Thank God for contrast. Otherwise we wouldn't appreciate pleasant experience or know it when bad experiences happens.
