Oh my, I smell so good as always when I leave this store. I came in for some surprises, and I did…read morefind one, for sure. I love Clinique skin care. But what a surprise. I found a perfume. Now I have used their fragrance before. I've been through all of the "Happy Collection," love it. But today I saw a bottle of cognac in color. Now, all the perfumes I have tried in that color smell exceptionally good. I mean, over the top. My first one was the Estée Lauder when I was 12 years old. So, of course, I sprayed a whiff, and yes, the smell was on point. It's the smell, the fragrance that I love! The sad part is they didn't have the big bottle. But that's alright, I bought the smaller one. Please give it a try, it's a must. Now, the store itself carries many Estée Lauder and Tom Ford products. Also, they have a huge collection of Smashbox cosmetics. I saw the cream eyeshadows and more. The cream eyeshadows are a favorite. They also carry many of the hair products we women love. Oh, by the way, let me give you the name of the perfume I was writing about. It's the Aromatics Elixir!

Scheherazade, rude, rude, rude! I simply asked if they had mascara. She/he said to your left. So I…read morelooked to my left, not seeing it. She/he said, you're not seeing it? I said I'm not seeing mascara. So she/he walks over, and grabs "try me" testers and said these are them. Sorry, but I was expecting to see mascara in a box, not used by everyone "testers" she/he said I have them behind the counter. Oh, the counter you were leaning on when I was asking where the mascara is. So sorry to disturb you. But seriously, The picture shows the tester mascara, like how would I even spot that. Put your merchandise in a box where customers can spot it better. Who's expecting to look through tester when buying a product. Nasty, rude, how do you even have a job? Eat a Snickers Bar!

Update: The store moved one door down and the current staff members are AMAZING! All polite,…read morecourteous and very knowledgeable. Alyssa, Hailey and Mary are all my new best friends! Let's just hope I spelled their names correctly) I needed guidance and they gave educated answers. They even made sure I renewed my Sally card to get full advantage of savings I had previously misunderstood. Talk about winning customer loyalty back! You have restored my faith in Sally Beauty and my blue-haired daughter and I will be back every month or so. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I love Sally, so I won't mark the store down for one crazy employee. I sent the following complaint to corporate recently: At about 6pm on Saturday 6/28/14, I drove 13 miles from my home to the Sally's in Georgetown, TX at Wolf Ranch Towncenter. Sally's was my destination in my big vehicle with low gas mileage. When I entered the store with my teen son, a young employee answered my greeting. My son and I were on the hair color row for a long time (5 minutes)as I was in need of a color change that required a lot of thought. An older employee came down the aisle with a broom. She did not greet me nor did she offer to help me find something. She said "Don't move," and she SWEPT AROUND MY SANDALED FEET! I stepped back and cried out. She said "What? I didn't get your toes." I was LIVID. I shouted "Am I in your way?? Are you crazy? Guess what? Sallys won't be getting my money today! You have ZERO MANNERS!" And I left the store with my son. I am a regular Sally's customer in California. I recently moved to Texas and this was my first visit here. Mind you, I was happy and excited to be going to Sally's! I intended to buy hair color, developer and scissors. So, I would have spent about $45 - $50. Lost revenue is not the point here, really. I am 53 years old and have NEVER been treated like dirt on the floor in any retail establishment before tonight. Now tha I think of it, NO ONE ANYWHERE has ever treated me that way! Get your district manager out to that store in Wolf Ranch Towncenter to teach your employees common courtesy!! I will probably be back -- but to a different Sally store. I am still in disbelief. =================================== Corporate wrote me back with sincere apologies and a promise to send out the District Manager to the store. Thank goodness!!

Judy who answered my call was an exceptional customer service!! She answered my questions. Definitely a solid store for both customer service and product knowledge!! Thank you to both of you!! This is what's lacking in so many businesses!!!
