Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde).
