Problems always happen, no matter what business you're in. I think how the business handles the problem distinguishes a good business from a not-so-good business. The message from the owner was appreciated. If my next experience there is good, I'll update to five stars. Update: This is my new favorite no-nonsense nail salon. The search is over. I came to Austin for a wedding, and was really nervous about having to get myself presentable in a setting I'm unfamiliar with. She gave me options on pricing and estimated my time, since she knew I had a deadline to get ready, and went out of her way to make sure I got the right color. Her husband and daughter were there also, and when I tell you that man did miracles for my feet, I mean if the Lord had felt how soft they were he would have thought He had given me new ones! He was gentle yet thorough, with both mani and pedi, and taught me about the dip manicure, which has become my absolute Go-To now. I also got my lashes done, which was in a super sanitary, private back room. It was painless, she gave me all the warnings and made sure I was comfortable and didn't have any reactions.
