On the day of, check-in was straightforward, the front staff was kind and professional, and the waiting area was new and shiny; all was looking up until my appointment. I met the Dr. who was nice, but I realized early on that this would be a touch and go appointment. I immediately sensed I was being hurried. My "new patient" experience felt very impersonal. I talked about my skin concerns, but the doctor didn't seem curious about any of them and asked little to no follow up questions-- only giving quick answers that left me with more questions. After I talked about my concerns, that was it. I'm not sure what the "Full Body Skin Check" was supposed to entail, but there was no additional "checking" of any kind, and I was so over the whirlwind appointment after a mere 10-15 mins that I didn't care to ask.
