Went to this Walgreens because I had medication to pick up right? Well there were 2 others in front of me and of course I waited, no big deal. After the first vehicle went, they put up that tarp and just slammed the window on the other driver in the drive thru. You have other people that might need medication urgently and you just close out on them for your stupid lunch break. Get better employees. read more

Horrible experience! Had an scheduled appointment for my family and I. My appointment was 5:30 arrived at 5:20. People who arrived after us was helped first and taken back to get shots. 6:25 rolls around and we see the pharmacist walk out to help some guy find eye drops. We asked when would they get us back and he couldn't even answer.. I'm pregnant and had to stand up waiting the entire time. I would rate 0 stars if I could. We walked out! read more

Pretty slow service at the pharmacy. Came in to get flu shots and waited over an hour. For something that is supposed to be a convenience over going to the Doctor office, it absolutely was not. I don't recommend using their services for immunizations unless you absolutely can't get an appointment at your Dr Office. read more

OMG...I've got to get a new pharmacy. I'm tired of waiting an hour on average for the pharmacy drive through. I have used this pharmacy for a couple of years. Originally, I started here because the pharmacy was open 24 hours a day. Of course, now, they have decreased their hours of operation. A lot of places used COVID as an excuse to cut down on hours and offer poor customer service and that might be their excuse, too. I haven't asked. Hell, I spent an hour getting my prescriptions...no time for extra questions. This Walgreens is suppose to be convenient. However, this is not the case. Their drive thru is closed for a long period- 1 month. I have an injury which makes it difficult to walk. So, I had to go inside, only to find that with 4 available windows, only 2 are in operation. This is not acceptable. read more

I always come to walgreens (even back home) because for some reason drug stores always have little knick knacks that bigger stores don't have. The customer service here is pretty good! They always have a pretty good amount of people in this store but still manage to make conversations with you & be very friendly. Also once I came in to pick up photos, & the clerk wasn't there (which is very usual). But the clerk who came was apologetic that she wasn't back there to help me. I'm no "mean person" I totally understand, point is she didn't need to say apologize :) Also, every time I come to this store they're always well organized or always have someone on the floor stocking or cleaning :) read more

To be honest, I only visit Walgreens for makeup that Walmart doesn't have. Also, Walgreens offers BOGO's on cosmetics as well. My only complaint, is that they don't have the most recent release of drugstore makeup. So you either have to wait it out, or just go elsewhere for it. Make sure to sign up for Balance Rewards, check weekly specials in their flyer or online. Other than that, it's a good place to get most of your one-stop-shop needs. read more

Went in to get an 8x10 print right off my iPhone. No extra app downloads, no Facebook login, no Instagram login etc. required at all - it was as easy as plugging my phone into the machine and simply telling it I wanted an 8x10 of that photo. Walgreens store up front appears clean, organized, & the staff are helpful when needed & appear friendly. This review is primarily regarding the pharmacy. With insurances changing around, so are our pharmacy options. I used to be able to go to CVS Pharmacy on Stan Schleuter. They were always extremely quick & efficient. The drive through section normally only has 1-3 cars in a row & you still are not waiting long (no more than 15 minutes). When you show up in person & need to have a Rx filled, they usually tell you they need 15-30 minutes. When you call them on the phone, I have never waited more than a few minutes & if they have to put you on hold they apologize. This Walgreens Pharmacy, I have waited up to 45 minutes in the drive through! When calling them I have had to wait 20 minutes before being able to speak to anyone (though usually helpful once you reach them). They are so busy/overloaded that they don't seem to have time to be personable.I don't know if it's all because they have a lot of customers & not enough staff, which is hard to fathom, as it seems CVS has the same amount if not LESS staff each day & they have the same volume. If Walgreens starts making new contracts with insurance contracts they need to be prepared for the change in customer volume, or customers will wind up choosing other pharmacies. read more
