I was in agonizing pain from dental surgery and desperately needed to buy a bag of ice. I walked around the whole store and the pain was pounding soooo bad. I stopped to ask this Bitch for the bags of ice and she gave me the ugliest scowl , like I had killed her Mama! She ran past me mad as hell , with her phone in her hand and I felt the wind blow by me! I was shocked because I didn't even get a chance to ask for help and still, can't understand why she was sooo hateful to me! I'm Mexican and Native American, golden brown skin and a woman. Thanks to God there was another man working the register. Although he had a mouth full of food, he was kind enough to help me and ring me up for gas and a bag of ice, he was even friendly . Most of the time , I can find a friendly person at this store even though they have high prices and the Dickey's bar b que has refused me service twice when my hair was darker and I looked more Mexican. This bitch though doesn't even know me and was acting like I was the damn devil! Last week I went to that store and saw her, 5 foot 5 inch , skinny, with dark black hair , beady rat face and her name starts with a K or a S, she work's in the evening, and she was prostituting her ass to this married man with a cute little boy with blonde hair, she was holding his hand when she gave him his change and slipped him her number saying " I'll give you a wild ride!". I was shocked but thought, damn they will hire anyone. I walked up to pay for my Canada Dry and she walked away from the register and gave me the ugliest look, rolled her eyes and ran outside. I don't know why she thinks it's ok to be rude to female customers but the whole world needs to be warned of this slut and homewrecker working in Morgan's point! I called the owner and was happy she heard my complaints and validated my feelings but she said " oh that's not like her", which is southern for, i don't believe you! My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - If Walmart and 7/11 had a baby, it would be Buc-ee's. If you're visiting on a weekend, expect Buc-ee's to be very busy, inside and out. As you walk in, you'll be amazed that this is not your ordinary gas station. Buc-ee's has a BBQ station, sweets (like fudge), a section dedicated to beef jerky, drinks, merch, and even clothes. And in the center there will be (lots of) people lined up to use their clean bathrooms. 1 Star. Service - The staff is very nice and extremely efficient. There are tons of people to help you check out at each entrance, so what looks like a long line moves extremely fast. Seriously, you get in and out in no time. 1 Star. Facility - The BBQ sandwiches are legit, the Beaver Nuggets make a fun gift, you can buy any snack item you want, and the ICEE machines are always full. But for me, I never leave Buc-ee's without buying the Candied Pecans. The sweet, warm nuts are packaged in a paper cone that fits perfectly in my hand, so it's a perfect snack on the last leg home. But I can't stress this enough, the Buc-ees bathrooms are very clean. There are multiple stalls, so you never have to wait long. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The woman didn't even open the bleeder valve and when I had questioned her, she ran off with the mouth and began swearing at me. When you go to this place, the "office" is a pig sty and polluted with cigarette smoke! The have a nasty RV park in the back, too. I'd not advise to go there! The bleeder valve is a SAFETY feature on all propane tanks. It lets all the trapped out OUT of the tank!
