You can tell immediately that this isn't the typical grocery-store olive oil. Most store-bought oils aren't truly pure, but their olive oil is 100% genuine, which means better flavor and real health benefits. They have a huge variety of oil and vinegar flavors, and the tasting experience is half the fun. Everything is clearly labeled, easy to sample, and perfect for cooking, dipping, or gifting. The owners, a friendly husband-and-wife team, are wonderful to meet and greet you with a warm welcome. The whiskey experience here is pure Texas style, with a fantastic selection of house-made options. You can't go wrong trying any of their offerings. They also provide samples if you want to explore their variety before committing. The menu features classic bar food, including hamburgers and pizza--simple but satisfying. While I was there, they didn't have live entertainment, but they do regularly advertise performances on their Facebook page. In fact, they mentioned there would be live entertainment later that evening at 6 p.m., which was a bit of a disappointment since I couldn't stay. Their food is all made in house and very delicious!! I had the Texas Ranch Style burger with fries. The burger was very flavorful and I am glad I added jalapeños. In addition to whiskey, they also brew their own beer, which I didn't get a chance to try but will definitely check out on my next visit. They even offer tours upon request, depending on availability, which adds another layer of fun to the experience. They also sell meat products here. You can either buy from the freezer inside or by the box. Prices are listed on the menu. If you're looking for a great place to unwind with a drink and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, this spot is worth a visit!

Our server was very young and wasn't very enthusiastic about any of the wines and seemed like she would rather be at home playing video games. It didn't help that she had a face full of pustulous acne and gave little information about each wine and kept walking off. The place wasn't busy and there was another woman doing a tasting with a few ladies on then other side of the bar and some people sitting at the tables having a whole glass. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the whole experience. The wines are all very good and made in super small batches but were very expensive. The tasting even was more than most other wineries in the area. I really enjoyed the Cornelius and Temp-Cab but at nearly 100$ a bottle with no romance story behind them was hard to take any bottles home. She gave as much enthusiasm about each wine as a fast food clerk gives taking your burger order. Then the last wine Ch. Marie LaRose was amazing but why have it on the flight of wines to sample when it's not available to buy? Lower the price of the tasting and leave out the last wine that you can't buy anyway. I would've taken pics but there was really nothing amazing to capture.
