Why do you need so much info when I just want to buy something? I felt like I was filling out a credit application. When I asked her if this was necessary to make a purchase she just gave me this blank look and said yes. I walked out and will never come back. Last time I was there I had a service plus bought about $250 worth of products. Just went there as most places are closed on Sundays. No problem, I'll never return
