Went to this location and they had what I was looking for. Staff was ok no greeting but it ok.. shelves looked stocked. Place was clean .

The woman I spoke with says they don't develop film then preceded to ignore me. I doubt I will ever come back to this location. Rude!!

I will drive the extra mile for this CVS location! The staff are amazing. The store is always clean. What more could I ask for. Would like to Travis for his welcoming spirit. Worst place in town to try to get a prescription filled. My wife has had two that they couldn't fill because according to them the Insurance wouldn't approve. We called the insurance they said it was submitted wrong. After we talked to insurance they were ready in just a few minutes. I have been trying to get in touch with district manager that was supposed to call me two weeks ago. Hasn't happened yet. They have changed their hours (shortening them) since opening. Probably wont de long before they close up. read more

Great place to shop, in a hurry! All good staples and more. The staff is attentive and helpful. The pharmacy is great! They are so accommodating. The prices are not bad, slightly higher than H-E-B or Walmart. I love using our CVS card when the cashier says you only owe ______, because of our cash back from using the card. So, the prices even out, and we don't have to fight the crowds!!! read more

I would give them a zero if I could. This place never wants to do its job. Instead they ask me (the customer) to do their leg work. They also say that they do not get any fax prescriptions from my doctor when they have a few times. It's not like I need medication that is a controlled substance. It is pretty simple. read more

Brand-new CVS located across the street from Walgreen's. This is a prime location, but it's at a disadvantage for drivers due to the very busy and congested street known as W. Trimmier, so take caution with the heavy traffic. Drive-thru pharmacy was quick and easy. Really great location. The store and parking lot were well kept and clean. A friendly associate greeted us upon entering the store which improved the shopping experience. They have a good selection when it comes to multi-vitamins and cosmetics. The shelves were extremely organized and adequately stocked with product. I try to get a COVID test done. I made the online appointment like they asked. Well they are under staff so we must come inside so we did so. Like they asked. Then we get in side of the trimmer location. They apologized for the inconvenience but they are not doing the testing no longer even though online said we could an appointment. They now said go to Stan schlueter. We call and they inform us now we can not get one today dude to the appointment we were not able to even get. Because the lack of taking down false services provided. Waste of my time and gas that no one else but me is paying. Which I am 2 more days out of work now which I am not getting back. Plus the anxiety this has brought to me and stress that no one is going to pay when I have to see my doctor for more anxiety issues dude to this. Who is going to pay for my mental health when just a few months ago it was easier to get a damn COVID test. They reps should know their job and be able to inform customers about testing and requirements. Before they waste there time. read more

Went in to get a picture printed out that I had on my iPhone. Should be pretty simple, right? Nobody was at the photo booth when I arrived, and then it became apparent that we had to use a lifeless machine to do all the work for us. After many failed attempts to get a simple 8x10 photo print out of the machine and the staff not being able to help me, I simply left. Don't worry about me returning - it won't happen. read more
