As I situated myself at the table, I sat my bag down and was about to walk to the drink station. Before I could proceed I was interrupted by the cashier as he came out from the office area; and what he said was unprofessional and uncalled for. Ken "these chairs are up for a reason". My reply, "I will be getting something to eat and drink, I'm a paying customer" Then Ken actually grabbed my chair and placed it back up on the table and said "you need to leave, you can't be up in here" I have never been treated like a second class citizen in Texas but that morning I had been. I will never give my business to an establishment that doesn't appreciate a paying customer. Furthermore, I will not spend a single penny at any Stripes establishment in the Killeen area!

The attendant was really friendly and helpful. This is just a convenience store and not a gas station.
