They have breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner items along with sweet pastries and treats and coffee, both boozy and non-boozy available. we ordered the challa french toast, biscuits and gravy, and I had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp and it was really good flavored well with a perfect amount of cheese. It came with about five juicy shrimp cooked to perfection with green onions and a nice little seasoning sauce that they put on top to bring it all together. I tried the bourbon iced latte, it was just OK for all of us. The food I would give five out of five coffee, three out of five decor and service also five out of five. they had fresh flowers for sale, Waltons merch, as well as There famous seasoning. would definitely come back and try more on the menu. I was happy to see they did have vegetarian options available as well.

I can't say enough nice things about this place except everything is homemade and FRESH! The cooks and wait staff are so sweet. They also sell the best honey and all purpose spice. It's also a little flower/ plant shop. Talk! Talk! Talk! Just GO! You won't be disappointed.

Sister business in same area/if not same company. I had order single stones in sets of 5, that were quite expensive and received a couple stones that were awesome and unusable-which, would be my complaint *pending I find out any of these orders are glass or compounds rather than the natural stones that are advertised. The 3d turquoise clover in 10 mm *which also, was 8 mm~one stone was not usable. These are stones not on a strand but instead orders of 5 or 10 counts. I expect nicer quality. A strand will have stones that are chipped, not cut or drilled properly but if I am purchasing a loose stone, I want to be able to use it. I dont mind the stone size-I am using g the others for some pretty earrings but sizing is off, on everything. I am ordering a couple more strands because I am making very pretty bracelets but I cannot tell a customer, with confidence, these are genuine stones, so I can't price accordingly and will not break even for these collections at this point. I just dont want to lose money on returns or bad publicity. So I will say this-if you are purchasing for art/crafts and your gifting or personal enjoyment, this is a terrific hub to purchase. The stones really are pretty and fun. You can make BEAUTIFUL jewelry/crafts, for sure. I WILL order again. I am aware it is possible some are not authentic as listed. They have nice sales. If you buy 500 plus, awesome discounts. I recommend this business 100%, with caveat-this is likely not jeweler authentic stones 100% of the time. If you are just making fun stuff-who cares...the stones are pretty. *I do want loose stones to be as nice as tgey can be is my only complaint

We arrived only an hour before they closed, and I only saw about 1/4 of the vendors areas before they announced the 15 minutes till close. I ended up walking through the rest of it as quickly as I can and I didn't get to see everything. The prices vary widely, which makes sense, since items are priced by different vendors. I ended up purchasing a vintage frame holder, and I can't wait to go back!

It definitely leans toward the grotesque which makes for an interesting browsing experience. Creepy dolls, haunted masks, odd surrealist art, a lot of funky religious pieces. In regards to art, the prices seemed to be on the higher end although there is quite a bit of variety (a few hundred here, a few thousand there). I mostly focused on the art but if you're interested in smaller things, I'm sure you can find cheaper items. I did question some of the pricing -- there was a small dinosaur painting for over 3K! We were told it came from a children's museum. Seemed a bit steep nonetheless. I personally prefer to dig around small antique shops and score treasures for a low price. However, this place is just fun to browse. It's like a museum of ugly and interesting objects. If you're looking for a unique date idea, you've found it. Parents -- I wore my baby in a carrier and we had my toddler in a small umbrella stroller. Worked out fine. There's enough room to navigate without little hands grabbing super expensive objects (just keep a close eye, obviously). After our visit, I read some of the older negative reviews (10 years ago) where folks with strollers were kicked out and not allowed in. I guess they realized how much that policy can hurt them. Glad to see them wise up and start to accommodate families.

I don't fault Waterloo for that because they were asked to leave. The place is great and their collection is awesome just like the originally. I really think they just picked up their stock and moved it. It is in a great spot, they do great events with artists from in-store performances to listening parties, and I feel that they have so many great collections in genres that some record stores don't have like in electronic music and jazz. The genres represented at Waterloo are always eclectic and their stock is always pretty substantial. My wallet always hurts after visiting, but that's part of record collecting. RIYL: Record hunting

At first, I didn't want to bring it up, but the more I think about it the more annoyed I am, so I…read morereally hope the management/whoever was in charge of it sees and pays attention to the feedback. Last week, for 3/20, the store organized a listening party for BTS' new album "ARIRANG." The way it was presented on social media, it seemed like a fun event for the local ARMYs (fandom name) to attend and have fun together. This release is significant to us because it was the first comeback after a long hiatus. It was highly anticipated and people were genuinely stoked and excited. So when you see a local business organize an event, you want to be there and celebrate with people who share the love to this group. Calling it a listening party was an overstatement. You stand in line to register for a raffle. The girl who ran the raffle seemed like she didn't even want be there. She mentioned that people need to write names and last 4 digits of a phone number, which was odd (normally people ask for a full number or email) and she seemed irritated when I was confused about the last 4 digits. By the looks of it, it was under 100 people who were there specifically for the occasion (aside from just customers browsing), not a crazy crowd. So it shouldn't be that difficult to prepare for such a large business. Yet it felt not just underwhelming, but more like no effort was put into it at all. Most fan-organized events gather more people than that and they are in no way a well-known business with a budget and staff. The freebies ran out 10 minutes after stated start time, the CDs sold out even before that, no vinyl for this release was available, I was told they wouldn't get it. A raffle prize was a bootleg canvas print which the girl who ran the raffle announced as "official from the BTS label." Big Hit never released such item for this album merch lineup. Absoluetely nothing against fan-made merch, this community is super welcoming and encouraging to it. However, transparency matters. Overall, equally not a good look whether it was intentionally misrepresented as official item OR just ignorance about the matter. Nothing was done to create an exciting event and engage people who might have turned down other plans to attend this "listening party." Once dropped your name for the raffle, you just wait around and maybe flip through the records while the new album plays on the background (not even very loud). That's it. I can do that on any random Tuesday - come to the store and flip through records while listening to music on my headphones. If you don't know what to do but want to organize an event worth attending, connect with local fans! There's a whole community of enthusiasts in the city (and online) of people who regularly organize fan events locally and would be stoked to do this. It would've been less frustrating if Waterloo just ignored this release and did nothing. At the end of the day, kpop community wouldn't expect a business that doesn't specialize on kpop to participate in celebrating this new album. This "event" was a huge disappointment and a great example of what happens when non-enthusiasts try to capitalize on something they have no clue about.

Then they indicated they never received my returned item; shortly after that, they told me that tracking indicated my returned item had been "delivered to an individual," implying an individual at Wildlife Wonders had received it. But they didn't have it. What would any customer think in that situation? Hence my negative review. More recently, when I wanted to know what was happening, there was a period of zero response to several calls and emails. What would any customer think at THAT point? The return was addressed correctly, and the remaining possibility is that USPS delivered to the wrong address and it has been Returned to Sender, me. We'll see. I'm not going to say that WW has been faultless, for the above reasons, but I now believe they tried to determine what happened and I retract the harsh words in my earlier review.

A week after I made the order, I called the store in the morning and got a recording telling me that if I was receiving this message, all their customer care representatives were helping other customers and if I left a message, someone would call me back. I left my name, phone number and order number. Before the end of the business day, I called back and actually spoke to someone, who confirmed my order and its in-stock status. He promised my shipment would go out that day and I would be receiving an email with the tracking information shortly. 24 hours laters still no email, so I called again -- and again got the greeting saying they were busy and asking me to leave a message. I left another message. When I hadn't heard from them I called again and got through. The employee checked online availability and confirmed it still said "in stock". He then put me on hold to check with the shipping department to inquire about the delay. When he returned he told me the item was, in fact, NOT in stock. He told me they were expecting another shipment from the artist "next week" and I would/might be getting my item about 10 days from now (the time of this conversation). I see a couple problems here: - How many times does an employee have to confirm the stock status, before the information is updated online? - When does communicating with the customer come into play? I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns and was promised a call back. I'm not optimistic I'll get that callback. This is the third time I've left a message and told to expect a return call. To date, I've gotten no call backs. This company has interesting and unique items to sell, but apparently little to no customer service to support it.
