They billed insurance as 27 day but charged me more for the two extra treatment days. I went inside to ask for clarification and the man argued with me and asked no one for assistance. I left because he said I would have to contact my insurance. As I was leaving parking lot, I received a text about my prescription. The price had been reduced to what I previously paid. Very poor customer service. This happened on 05/01/2026.

This pharmacy does not have its customer processes under control. First you call and try to order…read moreyour RX but they use the cheapest ink ever on the label so you can't read it by the time it's ready to refill, so you have to talk to a person. They give you an approximate time it will be ready They auto call you to come pick it up. If you call and ask how many are ready, they will say all are already when they aren't. You spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting whether it's in the car or inside. It's not until you get to the counter to pay for it that you find out.1) it's not ready, 2) it's not covered by insurance, 3) they gave it to someone else, even though you special ordered it, 4) They have no record of it in their pharmacy so you have to go home and get the bottle, 5) it requires a pre-authorization or 6) it's not in stock. And, they don't take GoodRx, so the worst surprise - you anticipate usual $7.50 copay; the nonchalantly say, "That will be $575.00." Why is it they don't know these things when you order it or why don't they call you back and tell you there's a problem before you wait in your car 45 minutes smelling fumes or go inside and wait even longer. Baylor, Scott and White needs to update their processes for customer service in a very, very bad way. There is a much better way to run a service business. Sadly, they don't know of it.

At that time Johnny was the Pharmacist and he was amazing took care of all my needs. I was worried when he left the Georgetown location to seek a promotion at another pharmacy. The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home. Prices are reasonable with my insurance, but when I didn't have insurance prices still were cheaper than corporate pharmacy business. I highly recommend Liberty Pharmacy!!!

I noticed at the checkout when the pharmacy employee said the price my husband said "boy that's expensive" and then she said the name of the medication which is revolution and I said "no that's not right". I said "the medication that the vet prescribed is revolt not revolution. " She then walked to the pharmacist and she came back and said "there is no such medication as revolt". I said "yes there is I've been using it for six years "and she said "no you're wrong. Revolt doesn't exist. " So as she was processing the refund of $245 -oh my gosh- to my husband, I looked up revolt on my phone and was trying to show it to the checker. She refused to look at my phone and I said "please look , revolt exists" and she said "oh look it's a chewy product" and I said "no it's a Google search." Then she said "your prescription was for revolution" and I said "no it wasn't. It was for revolt" and she said "I already talked to the pharmacist, the prescription was for revolution. She has the prescription". well thankfully I took a photograph of the prescription on my phone and I pulled up the prescription on my phone. I said "look" and again she refused to look she said "it doesn't matter. The pharmacist has your prescription" and I said "may I show my prescription to the pharmacist" please so she called the pharmacist. The pharmacist looked at the prescription and said we will try to find it for you. This was very stressful and the checker was very rude. Actually telling me I was wrong and that my medication did not exist. The pharmacist said "oh we thought that revolt was an abbreviation for revolution." Oh my gosh, GUESSING on a prescription!?! That can never happen. This is medication that is only available with a prescription and they are guessing!?! The only reason I gave this review two stars instead of one is because the pharmacist called me back later and apologized. I had a horrible experience today at Costco pharmacy. Please make sure that the prescription you receive is a prescription that you submitted and always make sure to take photograph of your prescription because if I did not have the proof on my phone today would've even been worse. At Costco pharmacy the customer is not always right, that was made very obvious today. Me being right was not even considered, and I was. And we're talking about prescribed medication. They guessed on the name and gave it to me with directions to use on my pet and it was not the correct medication. I do not like having to prove myself. The fact that my words could've been correct was not even considered. I was simply told I was wrong. And the fact that they were guessing on the prescription because they didn't know what revolt was. Amazing. A revolt is not a new medication, I've been using it for six years for my dog.

What a blessing to have a hometown doctor that explains everything in an authentic way and doesn't rush you out the door. Obviously clean and sterile but the whole office has such a sense of warmth. You can tell that they love what they do. From walking you through the initial tests to the picking out of frames the whole experience was such a difference from those chain stores. I'm glad I went to see Dr. Tomeff and know I'll be going there for years to come.

I received different answers from staff, which left me feeling confused and ultimately dissatisfied with my experience. I was specifically told that I would receive both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription, but I did not receive my contact lens prescription as expected. I also did not feel that my exam was as thorough as I anticipated. There were very few detailed questions about my eye history, previous eye concerns, or other relevant information. What made me particularly uncomfortable was being asked several times about my career and what I do for work, while I felt that more time could have been spent gathering information about my eyes and medical/eye history. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns were not fully addressed and that the service did not meet the expectations that had been communicated to me beforehand. I hope the office can improve communication among staff and ensure patients receive clear, consistent information about what their exam includes and what prescriptions they will receive.

Walked out with a prescription for frames and contacts on a nice laminated piece of paper...first time receiving an eye prescription that nice. The office felt new and extremely clean! It's attached to a Pearle Vision if you're interested in frame shopping after, but there was no sales pitch to buy contacts or frames! I saw Dr. Birkmann, and I'd highly recommend the overall experience. It took about an hour to get in and out, which I didn't think was bad at all!

They sent a text on Wednesday for a reminder of a $ 17.44 remaining payment that insurance did not cover. If you think you have till the week end to deal with it, then you are WRONG. Collection starts calling you on Friday adding a $50 fee making the total dues 4x the original amount. Other clinics would take few extra dollars from you beyond the deductible in case the insurance does not cover all the promised amount and then reimburse you the difference.
