Stood confused for a few second then realize they had their new hours, not updated anywhere online, Monday's close at 6. Then I realize there are no days they are even open to 8pm. Went back to my car and sat there for a couple minutes. While sitting there 4-5 other parties walked up and tried opening the door. One party said they were just going to go to Ulta instead. So in the span of 5 minutes they lost about $100 in sales. I know I'd have spent a minimum $20 in there. I'll be going to Ulta.

You were lucky if they gave you a total. The big one scoffed obout the drink cups, like opening a sleeve of cups was difficult. There were chewed up cups scattered everywhere. Peehaps, replacing the bad ones would have prevented people from just setting them down. The last time we traveled through there, about a week ago, they shut down the "kitchen" because the "water main was out". No part of a fryer uses water. Want to wash up, use purell or bottled water. No one there wants to work or help customers. GO WHERE YOU ARE WELCOMED OR WANTED!
