My sick daughter was taken here by her roommate to get a simple, generic antibiotic. They told her to come back an hour later, the pharmacist was about to break for lunch. She sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before they got to her. No apologies, no empathy. The manager attempted to cover for the pharmacist by making up a law that doesn't exist. If you have time to go to lunch next door, this CVS might work for you. If you are truly ill, or if you don't have time to wait, you should go elsewhere. This location is always so busy! They often seem under staffed BUT the staff that is there is always working very hard and are very helpful. As well stocked as any CVS I've been to in the last 12 months whether it was Troy NC, Dennison OH, Fort Myers FL or Ellisville MO. Once you walk inside and the door closes, it is the same as every other CVS in their network. I had no problem finding the coolers along the wall and the snacks nearby. A good location with food on every side and everything looks new. The staff was friendly and the girl scouts were selling Super Bowl cookies out front. Place is clean and parking is pretty good. One of the outside trash cans was overflowing with trash at 4:40 PM. Layout seemed strange but I usually shop Walgreens so maybe that's it. The place was also well stocked so very few things missing or large empty holes. Overall I can recommend this for your quick in and out Pharmacy. read more

I found what I needed quickly but when I went to check out, both of the registers appeared to be closed. However, there was a woman there and I greeted her and asked if I could check out. She sighed very angrily and exaggeratedly and opened the register. She was very abrupt and unfriendly throughout the entire transaction and made it clear she didn't appreciate my being there. I felt unwelcome and won't be returning to that store. read more

I am highly disappointed in my visit to your pharmacy today. I got called up by the pharmacist and she was rude off the bat. When she got my prescriptions I told her I had a coupon for the mounjaro. She grabbed my phone out of my hand and sulked away. She gave it to a different associate who had my phone on the other side of the pharmacy. She never asked if I was ok with them taking my phone away from me or anything. The bigger gray haired lady with the arm thing brought me my phone back but tried giving it to someone else before me. She said nothing to me just handed my phone to me. I went back to the register and was ready to be checked out and it was still not ready. The older lady was taking her sweet time, I think it literally took her 10-15 minutes to finish my prescription and give it to the associate at the register. Before she did and before I was told, not asked, told to move over again I saw the grey haired lady took it to the pharmacist and the pharmacist ignored it. I waited another 3-5 minutes for my prescriptions, that were already filled. I was at your location for over 30 minutes for two prescriptions that were already ready. I am so disgusted in the way the pharmacist and older lady treated me. They acted like I wasn't there, talking about me at their stations. I really hope you'll take my horrible experience and use it to coach the pharmacist and the lady so this doesn't happen the someone else. read more

CVS workers are always so kind but the pharmacy takes awhile to get to helping you. Overall, this CVS will remain my go-to but just wish that the pharmacists would atleast acknowledge that they'll get to me in a minute so I am not standing around too long unnoticed. Usually don't like to leave bad review but every single time I go to fill my prescription there is some sort of complication... The pharmacist has a bad attitude and is unhelpful. This has happened every time I go in no joke! I'm switching pharmacies and if your planning on filling scripts here it's probably not the best idea. I've had problems here more than once-tonight they didn't have their signs in the right spot, doesn't trust a customers picture of the sign and you can't get your money back (it has to be store credit)-why should I have to get store credit for their mistake?! read more
