A lot of times there's even employees just hanging around the front on their phones. Like what in the world? And there are literally eight cashier stations and every single time that I have come to this place (and keep in mind I live very close by so I come fairly often) and every time there's only one cashier station being used.... Hey, improve that and then ya'll have a great store!

Then she said I can't do anything about it sorry I'm like are you serious can I have the corporate number she gave me 609-387-7800 and the lady told me she couldn't do anything for me to call back and ask for a manger higher then her and so I called back Aubrey told me she couldn't give me that name per policy or her number so I asked her what time do she come in so I can talk to her she said I can't tell you that either per policy which she gave me another number which is the same number just different. So I called back she then continued to hang up on me while laughing in the background i called 6 times which I have the screenshots of the call then I called her from my other phone she then answered saying Hello I said why are you playing and hanging up now I'm pissed off because your playing games. All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back. Aubrey needs to be demoted from being a manger because you don't do that to paying customers this is bad customer service something needs to be done and I need my money back. I feel like this is not the first time they been stealing money from customers. This is definitely stealing .if someone would've been stealing from this company actions would be taking.

Nice conservation idea and one that I have not seen in the United States before. And, the young woman at the check out -- her name was Esme -- was absolutely lovely in terms of being welcoming, interested in making sure I had a good shopping experience, and being a good conversationalist. Nicely done Esme. Definitely made me wanted to visit the store again soon.

The toilet paper dispenser was fully stocked, and I appreciated that the toilet had a hands-free flush. The inside of the toilet was clean as well--no stains or grime--which tells me the restrooms are cleaned and maintained regularly. The entire restroom smelled like it had just been sanitized with a bleach-based cleaner, which was reassuring. My only concern was with the paper towels. Instead of being in a dispenser, the rolls were sitting directly on the counter. That meant I had to handle the entire roll just to tear off a few sheets, which didn't feel very sanitary in an otherwise spotless restroom. Overall, this was one of the cleaner Walmart restrooms I've used. With a proper paper towel dispenser, it would have been an excellent experience.

This store is super clean and everyone is so nice. Out of all the Wal-marts this is my favorite Wal-mart to shop. Robinson is so blessed to have this close to our community. Just go down Greig Drive and your almost there. The only small complaint is some of the pavement at the entrance needs to be fixed.
