The store was packed full of people which told me that I was in the right place. There is a great selection of almost everything. When you have the word boot in your name, you had better have a great selection, and they did. Clothing galore. If you can't find it, then they probably don't make it. The selection of hats, however, was pretty lackluster and out of my size in the higher end hats. The staff were amazing. They were all dressed professionally with the men all wearing blazers and all willing and ready to help. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I needed but look forward to coming back on my next visit to Waco.

They aren't very helpful, there have been a few time where I've tried to ask a question and they are very avoidant. She stood behind the counter the entire time and kept asking if we wanted a fitting room, needed her to hold anything at the counter, etc. What really earned them a 2 star review was the fact that quite a few of their clothing pieces had stains and marks on them, and some had the tags ripped off. If it had been one or two pieces, I would've said something to the statue behind the counter. But almost everything I looked at had at least one that had stains ranging from little specks to giant streaks. This really lowered the value of this boutique. There's lots of potential here. Great location, it's been there for a while. But every time I try to love this store, something just feels...off.

I can tell a lot of time has been put in to filling this store with the latest trends, classic pieces and items that will flatter women of all shapes and sizes. They even had the cutest selection of baby and children's clothing that made me wish my kids were young again. Sigh... My husband accompanied me so I know he appreciated the sales rack! I got a few items from there that were just as cute as the regular priced outfit I got. I didn't have a lot of time but there were several shelves that had wonderfully scented soaps, jewelry, candles and more.
