A lot of times there's even employees just hanging around the front on their phones. Like what in the world? Then she said I can't do anything about it sorry I'm like are you serious can I have the corporate number she gave me 609-387-7800 and the lady told me she couldn't do anything for me to call back and ask for a manger higher then her and so I called back Aubrey told me she couldn't give me that name per policy or her number so I asked her what time do she come in so I can talk to her she said I can't tell you that either per policy which she gave me another number which is the same number just different. So I called back she then continued to hang up on me while laughing in the background i called 6 times which I have the screenshots of the call then I called her from my other phone she then answered saying Hello I said why are you playing and hanging up now I'm pissed off because your playing games. All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back. Aubrey needs to be demoted from being a manger because you don't do that to paying customers this is bad customer service something needs to be done and I need my money back. I feel like this is not the first time they been stealing money from customers. This is definitely stealing .if someone would've been stealing from this company actions would be taking.

Store had Dubai chocolates, and adorable crafted Christmas cards in stock, Plus a very nice Ulta Beauty department, and a busy Starbucks. Lots of Cashiers on duty, and self checkouts. Easy parking, and a person was staffed at the entrance to help guide customers. Picked up some cleaning supplies, and shopped for an iPad case though they had limited choices so this was instead purchased online. Overall a pleasant experience.

First, many of the storage areas/cases in the frozen food section had lights that were dimmed and went on as you approached them. And, the young woman at the check out -- her name was Esme -- was absolutely lovely in terms of being welcoming, interested in making sure I had a good shopping experience, and being a good conversationalist. I have shopped here for years and have always been greeted with cheerfulness and offers to help without hovering. The staff always offers to start a dressing room for me when they see I have found something I might like. Courtney's also has good jewelry choices, adorable little girls' clothes, and darling home accessories. It will always be my first stop when I am looking for an outfit or gift!
