One of the best Road Rangers throughout the states. Lots of parking, clean restrooms, and 3 different dining options to choose from inside. A churches chicken, Dickeys BBQ, and a taqueria. The Churches is always hot and fresh here so you won't be disappointed. My favorite place to stop when I'm going to or from Temple. read more

HOLY COW! Boot cleaner! Never have I've been so compelled to write a review. They had a wide range of snacks, drinks, and souvenirs with a fast food joint attached next door. Restrooms were clean, clean, clean! Major selling point for a pit stop. Employees were super friendly! Not sure about the hot food they sell there as I usually stay away from those anyways. read more

I frequent a lot of truck stops good, bad, ugly, the normal popular ones .... however this is the first Road Ranger I've been to and I hope to see more of them. Thee ENTIRE staff was polite and courteous they really asked how you doing not just something you have to say when a customer walks in. (The night/ evening crew was awesome they spoke smiled as if they loved there job even at closing hours) Showers and bathrooms where very clean the store was very neat, and more importantly they had HOT coffee. They dickeys and churches for food not your regular burger and fires ...Brand new place from what I can see and a great place to park for truckers lots of parking. Now, I'm going to start this out with the fact that, yes, I was hungry. Walked in and stood in line at the food bar for two minutes and 10 seconds before deciding to walk out. Five people behind the counter, two of which made eye contact with me, and everybody was either doing something at the job or playing on their phones. Dickies. My lord. Delicious, delicious, delicious!! Sweet bbq wasn't too sweet, the spicy bbq wasn't "hate your life" spicy. I had the brisket and pork plate with mac and cheese and barbecue beans. My brisket i drenched in spicy bbq sauce and my pulled pork in the sweet! Topped each bite with a cold slice of pickle. Amazing. The mac and cheese was savory, creamy and delicious. The bbq beans were steaming and went perfectly with the mac and cheese! The sweet tea wasn't too sweet but also what you'd expect from Texas. LOVED it!! read more

Waited in the food line for 15 minutes ...the only one in line while The workers passed by me several times they waited on I say about 10 people ahead of me and the other line while I stood there waiting . Disappointed in the food-the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls were not that good-whataburger is better, the macaroni for the dickies BBQ too cheesy and then the employees messed up our orders from the church's chicken from there. Have not been back there yet-was excited when it first opened but not so much anymore. read more

Be careful. The girl that attend us at the register over charged us for one drink. She asked if receipt was needed and even after saying yes she didn't give it to my friend..(Just said thanks her being shy left) Big mistake. I told her one truly was not 12.92 bucks. I called and she woman claimed she couldn't pull up anything but SOMEHOW was able to remember my friends order (who I paid separately from and he paid with his card.) then she asked me to bring in the receipt... how if she didn't give it to my friend? Yet she somehow was able to know my (overcharged) friends exact total and claimed cookies and other stuff were charged when we talked on the phone. Over all sketchy and screams untrustworthy. I know it's only 8 or so dollars but it angers me to think that this was done on purpose and they know how to get away with it. If we hadn't of had a flight to catch we would have gone back. This would be a great place to stop if the employees were the least bit friendly and helpful. Don't try to pre-pay for fuel because if their pumps malfunction, you can't get your money back for a week and they don't care. Also, even though there are biscuits at the counter where breakfast burritos are made, don't ask for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. As I was told, "We make burritos and things up here. If you want a biscuit, they are over by the coffee under the light" WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THE FRESH BISCUITS IN FRONT OF ME. I don't know about you, but food looses its appeal under the light in Saran Wrap all day. This is not a review from just one experience. This has been months of poor, inexcusable customer service. read more
