I specifically asked for fresh rolls, but they arrived cold, dark, and looked like they had been sitting out for quite a while. The chicken was cold as well. I also asked for extra Serendipity seasoning of both types and only received three total. The service was even worse. The employee taking our order repeatedly forgot items we had already ordered and kept reminding him what was missing. We had to send him back multiple times with our card because he again couldn't seem to remember what we asked for. Each time, it felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than customers. To make matters worse, other employees were giving us dirty looks because he kept having to come back to the window, despite the fact that the mistakes were not ours. I'd also recommend checking your order before you leave. I've been charged for items I never received on multiple visits now, and it's gotten to the point where I almost expect something to be missing every time I come here. I understand everyone has bad days, but if you don't like your job, don't take it out on your customers. We were polite the entire time and fully intended to leave a good tip, but the attitude and poor service completely ruined the experience. After years of being a customer, the decline in food quality, accuracy, and especially customer service has become impossible to ignore.
