We stopped here for a quick dinner. Plenty of parking outside. There's lots of seating inside and a drive thru. It's very clean and has a good atmosphere. This location is 24 hours and serves breakfast for 12 hours. The staff was very friendly, but unprofessional. There were a lot of high school and college kids working, didn't seem like they had worked there that long. The food was just ok. The French fries were very good. I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup they gave as an option. The burger was just ok. Not the worst fast food burger I've eaten, but far from the best. I will say the burger was huge. I got a double, but the Pattie's were much bigger than other fast food chains. read more

Had the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger with fries and their Nashville hot boneless wings. Fries were a 6/10 but the burger was AMAzing!!!!!!! So good and juicy amazing flavors had a great kick of spice. BEST WHATABURGER IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!!! I went to eat here on a busy lunch hour of the day walked in around 11:45 line was at least 15-20 people deep and questioned if I should even wait. I ended up waiting and I after only 5 mins of waiting in a line of 20 PEOPLE I was already ordering food. It's like they were on there game and had enough workers to support in the store service and drive thru!! finally place my order and not even 7-10 mins later I had my food when there was about 15 people before me waiting for food. I got the #1 and fries with a sweet tea. FRESH. Taste Great. No problem. My husband and I ordered $21 worth of breakfast today and left assuming all of our food was in the bag. Got all the way home and did not have our hash browns. It is frustrating because you are at the speaker telling your order and you can't finish without them wanting everything to be a meal. So she offered and we took it as meals. Only to not have our hash browns. What was even more frustrating is you call to advise and they have the ringer off because I called 13x and no one never picked up the phone. Wow, we were discriminated against here. They refused to make our order or give us any help after waiting 40min and seeing everyone before us come and go. They flat out ignored us, had to flag what we assumed was the manager. Found they hadn't even started to fix our meal. Don't order online thinking you're saving yourself from waiting 30 minutes in line for your food. You're still going to wait over 30 minutes. They have 2 lines on the drive through, they should make 1 for the online drive through pick up. You know this place is bad when I have to download Yelp just to write a review. First off, this place is filthy not clean at all, I walked in to get my order and the floors look so disgusting to step on. Second, I had online ordered my food and i literally had to wait 45 minutes just to get my food!! Awesome burgers, great chicken fingers, and the hands down best ketchup for any fries or burger! However, this location, while being one of the best in the Waco area, is pretty slow at any time. It doesn't really matter if there's a line or not, they're going to be slow, so be prepared to wait. Fries are a hit or miss, some days they're salted to perfection and other days, they're limp pieces of cardboard. Can't go wrong with ordering a #1 Classic Whataburger, but if you're feeling fancy you can always try the Patty Melt, Sweet and Spicy Burger, or the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich! First, let me say, we both got different menu items & the burgers were GREAT; absolutely NO complaints there! However, the restaurant was in desparate need of cleaning and refilling of sweet tea & the napkin dispenser; both were completely empty. While we waited, we were also witness to no less than three separate customers complaining about something in their orders (which made us uneasy about ours). What bothered me the most was the black hair on the counter at the beverage station. I know things are going to happen but, a restaurant should always be clean...especially fast food. Whataburger is what a burger should be. This review is for the drive-thru. I was headed home back to Ft. Worth and wanted something to munch on and decided to stop in at this location. People have to understand, Whataburger's drive-thru is not fast, they cook to order. You must understand this and be patient. My mushroom swiss burger was sheer deliciousness. Whataburger is a Texas tradition and I'm a huge fan. Whataburger's fries are awesome especially paired with their spicy ketchup. It doesn't get much better than that! read more
