We got the wrong food in the drive thru. The tag on the outside of the bag had the correct order but the food inside was not correct. As a frequent patron of Chick-fil-A's all over the nation, I have been to this particular location dozens of times since it first opened years ago. My family , friends and I have enjoyed many delicious meals and fond memories. This evening however I had a rather disturbing experience. Despite politely asking for a cup of water, which was promptly refused and then offering to pay for a bottle of water if that would be easier, the manager (I believe his name was Ryan) not only refused to serve me but threatened to have me arrested for trespassing and "coming onto the premises only to cause problems". This is no issue with Chick-fil-A or the other people working there. Judging by the puzzled expressions of everyone else around it didn't even seem like this was a common practice for this particular manager. I'm not sure if he was just on a power trip this evening or having a bad day. read more

This location is BUSY! We almost didn't stop by after seeing how long the drive thru line was when we arrived. It was lunchtime and we were kinda in a rush. We were craving Chick Fil a badly though, so we decided it was worth the wait. The girl taking our order seemed a bit overwhelmed and it was hard to hear her. We ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches and an order of grilled nuggets. We scanned our app and we waited. Another employee came on over and gave us our receipt. The cars ahead of us quickly received their orders and off they were. The window employee repeated us our order, handed us our food, and off we were. The most time we spent here was about 10 minutes. You just can't go wrong. My favorite is probably the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries with lots of that delish chick-fil-a sauce. You can now buy the sauce by the bottle and use it at home! Revolutionary idea right there!! The Southwest salad is a total winner for summer days! The cherry on top has to be the Peppermint Chip Milkshake - a seasonal item for Christmas. Sooo yummy!! It's super minty and has a little crunch that I love!! Make sure to try it while they have it! There was literally only one Chick-Fil-A in my home state... We used to have to drive hours to get it! I decided to stop eating Chick-fil-Aa year ago for personal political beliefs. However, in the spirit of forgiveness, I recently tried to give Chick-fil-A a chance again. That was a mistake. I recently went to this location twice and both times somethings was wrong with my order. The time before my sandwich was incorrect along with my drink. On my last visit I ordered a Large lemonade and instead a water... I called the manager to have my drink refunded and she stated that the would credit a free drink to my Chick-fil-A rewards....that was Saturday and today is Tuesday...granted I didn't have high hopes of any resolution, because if they'll mess up on a drink they'll mess up on anything. read more

This is a nice Chick-Fil-A. We stopped here on our way through town for a playoff game. I had two buses full of 50+ kids. I needed to put everything on one order and have it be tax exempt. I asked the female manager if she could get the tax exempt form for my school. She snapped at me saying I was to provide the form. When I called my district they said the restaurant had it. She went into the back and came out with the tax form. No apology from her or anything. The young man taking our order was so kind and patient. He got all 50+ orders without screwing up any of them! I was incredibly impressed. The food came out it waves which was perfect. So as the tail end of the group was ordering, the first part of the group was getting their food. This is a very clean restaurant for a fast food place. Even the bathrooms were decent. I would definitely stop in here again if in the area. read more

I specifically order the spicy strips every time, and somehow I hardly ever get them. My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing, and somehow I got swindled yet again. Can't actually believe this is a Chick-Fil-A, absolutely ridiculous and will have to start going out of my way to attend the one on Franklin drive. Rarely does this store get my order right. Today, I decided to call. My problem was small in relation to ones in the past but I received 2 sauce packets for 20 nuggets and fries. i asked for three different sauces and couldnt get multiple. Maybe you have to buy the sauce packets now, seems they've raised the prices. The story gets worse, I was told the guy would add points to my account in compensation for the order error. He was a very nice guy. Unfortunately, he lied as I've yet to recievet points and in my opinion is more frustrating than not getting the sauce packets. This is by far the best fast food restaurant I've been to. Even out of all the other Chick-fil-A's I've been to which is a lot. They always seem to get you through the drive thru extremely fast. They have messed up my order a couple of times but for as much as I come here they're bound to make a mistake eventually.
