This is the dirty napkin that they had on top of my service plate. This place is disgusting. Stay away.

Wait 10 minutes to get a server. Never got a server went to the bar. Had to wait about five minutes before one of the two bartenders that were playing around. I finally had to ask to make an order. Spoke with the manager didn't seem too concerned, never came back and checked on me at all.. The food was great, but the Services sucks. you can see in my pictures to disgusting napkin. They had my civil wear rolled up this place is disgusting. Stay away.

Never had a chance to go to a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in California. So today, now that I am in Texas, it's just but a shame not to experience dining in one. Reservations was made by my daughter-in -law on the app and we got in in 10 minutes . We were seated in an over crowded area that had diners conversing too loud and practically can not help hearing their exchange of discussions. Katelin gave us an exceptional and attentive service. Brought us 2 bread baskets of their tasty rolls and creamy cinnamon butter. I ordered the FALL-OFF-THE-BONE BBQ baby back ribs and it didn't disappoint. The ribs were tender and seasoned well.

This place is terrible! They have terrible customer service and do not know how to cook food. Ordered medium rare burger and it comes out rare almost blue all mushy. The waitress was not willing to do anything about it and finally the manager came to grudgingly take it off of the ticket. Don't go here as there are so many better places to eat in Waco.

Went to dinner this evening. The parking "Gods" were with us ... found a parking spot directly across from the entrance... walked in and was seated within 5 minutes. Our meal was right in line with our luck! It was delicious! I got the steak and shrimp with 2 sides. My "Guy" got the pulled pork dinner. I can't express how delicious my meal was. That steak was melt in your mouth tender! And the shrimp had the perfect amount of seasoning. Our waitress was spot on with drink refills . So all in all it was a perfect Friday night date night! Thank you from one very satisfied customer.

Oh yes!!! Texas Roadhouse was awesome! I had a sirloin steak and my husband had a burger and fries! It was hot and good tasting food! The server was quick and attentive. We were there for the special Olympics fundraiser. The Waco police were there & we bought a T-shirt to support the cause! The restaurant was busy but everyone was taken care of properly! Our food & service were awesome! We will be back for sure!! They have the best rolls and honey butter? Yummy!! The burgers are amazing and my steak was cooked to perfection! It tasted great! It was very delicious! The French fries are really tasty at this restaurant too! I can't wait to go back again! We also enjoy sitting at the bar because it's a great atmosphere ...

We came here because I won a 50 dollar gift card at church as a door prize and got a 20 dollar one from my boss. So the place as others noted was busy and they text you when you are about to be seated. We waited about 20 minutes. The hostess was very nice. It was somewhat loud. We were seated. It was my roommates birthday. We ordered a cactus blossom and got the free rolls. I didn't care really for the cinnamon butter. The dipping sauce for the cactus blossom was pretty great and the fried onion what could be wrong with that. She got the road kill dinner and liked. I ordered the country fried sirloin w salad and fully loaded baker. Everything was very good and service was very good. Neither too little or two much. I can see coming back for special occasions. Our tab w a hot tea and iced tea was about 45. The service so good I gave the server the balance from both cards. It is a good value for what you actually get. We will be back again.

All the silverware pretty much look like this.

They have a designated parking lot making it super easy to visit here. They brought us to our table right away, which was this beautiful large family table set in its own alcove, so it felt very special and away from the main hustle and bustle of the restaurant. The vibe was like a modern upgraded diner. I had struggled deciding between going at brunch time or for the dinner menu, but I am super happy that we decided to do brunch because we got to enjoy the famous Jo's Buttermilk Biscuits with the flight of butters. All of the butter was great, but I especially loved the blackberry butter. The biscuits were so good though, that you didn't even need butter at all, they were just so light and fluffy. Not dry like your typical biscuit that you'd get at any other restaurant! For the main meal, I picked the crunchy French toast, which was perfectly crispy on the outside but nice and custardy on the inside. I love the use of the cornflake cereal on the outside, I don't think I can go back to any regular French toast after that! They have some seasonal drinks available, so make sure you ask your server. On our particular visit, we tried the 1905 latte which had a toasted marshmallow syrup inside and surprisingly was not too sweet despite being marshmallow. The restaurant is connected to the little merch area/market where you can buy a lot of of the Magnolia merch if you can't make it over to the Silos. The decor and feel inside is so beautiful, as expected if you're familiar with Joanna's work! What a treat to be able to visit here and may they last for a long time!

On top of that, the air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto our table the entire time. After being seated, we watched several employees standing around chatting while we waited nearly 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. No one greeted us, offered coffee or water, or even said hello. Eventually, our server arrived, and she was wonderful and very friendly. I ordered the Kind Breakfast, and my husband ordered the breakfast tacos. The presentation was beautiful, and the food looked delicious. Unfortunately, both of our meals were served cold. My eggs, bacon, and toast were all cold. Thankfully, my plate included a fresh salad and tomatoes, which tasted great because they were meant to be served cold. Overall, it felt like the focus was more on being a popular tourist destination than on providing attentive service and ensuring the food was served at the proper temperature. I had expected a much better experience.

It came with this amazing poppyseed dip that made it even better. We also ordered the cheese poppers with jalapeño ranch and definitely underestimated them. They were crispy, curdy, and super addictive. The chicken fried steak was another win. Hand-breaded, flavorful, and covered in their homemade gravy. Straight-up comfort food. Dessert is a must. We got the banana pudding meringue and absolutely demolished it. It's said to be one of the owner's mother's recipes. The atmosphere has a clean 1950s vibe with retro decor and vintage car parts everywhere, which was pretty fun and different. Our server, Cindy, was super friendly and gave great recommendations.
