the copperas cove, Tx, Walgreens is wonderful. everyone is helpful, even when they are busy. the pharmacy is always helpful and takes time t help me get what I need. the rest of the store is the same way. someone ways steps in to help. love this store! read more

I went in to get batteries. I chose the ones that were $7.99, I went to the register and they rang up $12, when I showed the lady they were hanging up with the $7.99 tag, she said "oh, that's not even where they go" so I walked out. I can't trust their prices. read more

I just want to say I really appreciate Ute. She has a very strong personality which I admire and she handles customer inquiries to a T! Why she is not a manager is baffling, maybe her choice not be one but she would make an excellent one. You can't find workers like her anymore. She does the work of two employees. read more

My dad ran out of his insulin and due to the bad weather it wasn't delivered. Walgreens gave me a vial to get him through the weekend without charge. They contacted his doctor on Monday, verified the prescription; but I was grateful for be able to get the insulin for him. Thanks you Walgreens. read more

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The are so unorganized and slow. It blows my mind that people who need to be so smart to get a pharmaceutical degree can't figure out how to fill an order or deal with more than one customer at a time. They have multiple people working when I go in so it's not a lack of help. They need better management or something. read more

The treatment I saw from one of the technicians towards an older gentleman trying to get his flu shot was pretty crappy. Trust me, I get it. I was a technician once too but she was incredibly rude to him. I was also told it would be a "20 minute wait" which turned into almost over 45 minutes for a 25 ml liquid. They weren't busy even with 3 vaccines in line. I'd skip this pharmacy. read more

Got canvas pictures done. I went shopping and got a message saying they were done... I came to pick up and got attitude bc they weren't done. I showed the message and the proceeded to throw stuff around and talk about me (Jessica and John) when I'm standing right there. read more

The staff that works the store are all very friendly.. the pharmacy staff seems a bit overwhelmed or under knowledgeable... I'm not sure which. It took them a full 7 days to get a simple antibiotic filled and delivered to me that was promised next day. Not impressed. read more

The store staff is amazing just don't use the pharmacy they are horrible the staff is rude and just hateful. They have a whole attitude that they are above you and that you are just the dirt underneath their shoes. Seriously they need a whole new pharmacy staff. Or customer service training. read more
