[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]…read more I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!

I'm glad to see that they aren't contributing to the panic and huge over-reaction to COVID, unlike a previous reviewer has commented. It is a very personable and down to earth pharmacy and they will always have my business and as much business as I can send their way. Being a physician in the area, I can send lots of business their way.

I normally like supporting local businesses, but I also expect those local businesses to be…read moreresponsible in their caring for customers and employees. I went to pick up a prescription recently, and none of the employees were wearing masks (even though it is a Governor issued mandate in Texas right now for them to be wearing masks). Not even the person running the medicine was wearing a mask, so all her germs would be getting on everyone's pills. I no longer feel safe getting my prescription from them, now that I see the lack of health safety that goes into their daily work day. I would rather not drive out of town to use a chain like Walgreens instead, but at least the people there care about everyone's health (and following State laws), and they show it. I'm really disappointed in you, Hodges and Sargent.

I don't shop here often, just once in very blue moon, we'll, more like eclipse, lol... But I decided to stop by after visiting the new Dollar Tree down the road. I get inspired by watching you tube and doing arts and crafts, lol.... But anyways, this store has a lot of good stuff. I bought a few items for my arts and crafts, and I think this is where I bought my E6000 glue. I also, bought a couple of cleaning supplies. I like this store and I need to try to join the digital coupon because you can save a lot money too, per the cashier. She was really nice and helpful. I will probably be visiting this store more often for my cleaning supplies and some other good stuff too... Oh, I hope they keep it a little brighter inside too, coz it was kinda dark looking for some of the products.. But overall, I was satisfied! Thank you Dollar General!
