They gave me a steak torta with no meat ridiculous they were busy but if you can't keep up then don't drown yourself with DoorDash and grubhub order shows to me quantity $$ over quality so sad how quick and far down they are going

Loved the vibe here, quaint, colorful, friendly service. The food here was so tasty, sad I'm just passing through town. I loved their photos of all their dishes up on the wall. The salsas were pretty mild imo, but h perhaps that's to be expected in Moline, IL. Breakfast Torta Niko was 5/5, bread was soft, chorizo and egg were tasty. Burrito Al Pastor was 3/5, okay flavor, meat was not as tasty as I was expecting. Still a decent size though!

This is so far my favorite Mexican restaurant to go in the mornings. Being Mexican myself, this spot makes it feel like I'm back at my moms house. Try the cafecito (cinnamon coffee) and chilaquiles! It's a cozy spot to sit and get an authentic meal. My wife enjoys the chorizo eggs/fried beans

Delicious taco place in Moline. I had never had quesobirria tacos before. These were a nice hearty stew. And a Saturday only special. Very good. We had eaten here before and gotten the regular tacos. I love this place.

Authentic Mexican food. Loved it. I had a Huarache (pastor), tasted great but I still hungry so I also had a taco. Never had a Huarache before it's like large sope or taco with more masa. My wife had 3 Tacos (1 Asada and 2 Pastor) which she enjoyed. We also had chips with salsa (nice spicy kick). For drinks we had two agua frescas, I had jamaica and my wife had lemonade.

Great authentic food and service at very reasonable prices. Coya's is on our "go to" list for great Mexican food from now on,

Food is to die for, their birria tacos are , wish they had them available rest of the week and not only on saturdays.

Average Mexican food. Nothing special and no need to hurry back. We had a group of 8 and all ordered differently.

Our waiter was nice but timid and didn't know how to take an order, or use the iPad order system. I ordered the patty melt which comes with fries and choice of soup or salad. He didn't know what a melt was. He just kept asking if I wanted anything else. I said well what is the soup? He said he didn't know. So I said, "can you ask?" He came back after asking and told me there isn't any soup. So I said fine I'll do a salad. I asked for no tomatoes or onions. I then had to say could I have French dressing? Twenty minutes later, I had to get up and go ask if I was getting my salad before the meal. The woman looked at the kitchen and said it's coming. A few minutes later I explained to the waiter how the soup and salad offering works, that it comes out before the meal. He said he understands now. He comes back with a bowl of lettuce with a few cucumbers. Nothing else, not even the French dressing. We asked for that and he said, "I don't what that is." So that's when we left. He did say as he brought out the lettuce in a bowl, that the two cooks were backed up. We will not be back unless there's a major change.

Took our order and almost 40 minutes passed before I asked where our food was and she was bothered that I asked even for the small salad that was with my wife's meal. Then after getting our food, she didn't once come to check on us , again too busy with friends and family. To top it off it wasn't busy at all, all of the tables in the middle were empty. I was tasked with finding a place close to our hotel and this one sounded like what both Emily and I were craving. We got there a bit before 9am and were greeted with a 30-40 minute wait time. Since there probably would've been a wait time anywhere else, we gave them our name, number and headed back to the car to chill. Not even 15 minutes later, we got the call to come in and have some breakfast. Since we had time to kill in the car, we planned out our orders before we went back in so we were able to order right away. Emily got the Western Skillet and I got the Western Omelet. For how busy it was, the food took no more than 10 minutes to come out and it was a lot more than I was expecting. For an omelet, this thing must've had like 12 eggs in it. Same for Emily's skillet, it was served in a bit pan and it was filled with so much food. One of the reasons we picked this place is because they are known for their cinnamon roll pancakes. Emily got some for her side and I cautioned her that since its a side pancake, it might be normal ones. Turns out, it was the normal ones but good god, the one bit I had of them was heavenly. Turns out, the whole meal was mostly divine. The omelet could've had a bit more flavor to it but a little bit of salt and pepper helped bring it to life. Emily really liked her food but found the ham in her skillet to be a bit too bland for her taste. The food here was super good and a great value for what you paid. On top of that, the entire staff was super friendly and professional and handled the breakfast crowd like veterans in spite of the young ages of the staff. As we drove around the Quad Cities the day before, I pointed out the million different pancake houses to Emily, so, its funny and fitting that we ended up going to one for breakfast the next day... and what a good one we selected. They must really like their pancakes up there. I might have to add a few of them to my list of places to check out next time we are up here.

There was a small wait when we got there but we were seated in the back and boy was it busy, our server was very fast and had a good knowledge of the menu!
