Everything was so amazing!!!! My boyfriend ordered a horchata, strawberry tres leches, a hot Cheeto burrito with streak, esquite, & a fruit bowl with chamoy, lime & salt. Everything had a great flavor profile, came out quickly & the atmosphere was absolutely adorable. Will be back to try more things read more

Counter person was rude, dismissive and had a tough time taking my order. They had the phone on "mute" according to the counter person. Then got this as a steak quesadilla. Meat was cold, cheese almost non existent, just bombed with onions and cilantro. Cold meat is inexcusable, especially when the order was waited on and taken immediately. read more

Stopped by during a date, and the staff was friendly. The food, however, was a bit greasy. Definitely do not wear your Sunday's Best when coming to this restaurant and grab tons of napkins! They have some candy & lovely desserts - I took a slice of Tres de Leche cake on my way out - but this is definitely a late night grease spot. read more

This place is such a vibe... A little standalone building facing a gas station, Coya's serves up deliciously simple Mexican fare from a tiny kitchen with lots of character. Service was friendly and quick, with a walk-up counter and self-serve salsa station. We really enjoyed our tacos, the portions were huge! read more

I can't comment on the food quality, because I never received my order. waited 25 minutes and never got my order. Got a table number, sat down at a table and waited and waited. When I went to the cashier, they couldn't find my order. There was a girl walking around with the same tacos we ordered but had a different table number. Pretty sure that was our order. They need better service. Very disappointing. read more

we tried placing an order online voicemail was full! I got the chilaquiles and husband got a quekas( like a sandwich) .The portions were large which was good and his was fine. Sadly mine seemed to be missing the meat and tasted burnt. I really wanted to like this place but will not be trying it again read more

I had lunch with my family here and was excited to try the food based off the menu. The customer service wasn't that great, we spent about 80 bucks on food and drinks and asked if they had a water cup for my son and they told us we had to buy a water bottle. I could understand if we didn't buy any drinks but we bought 2 horchatas and a coffee. We ordered 4 carne asada burritos and none of them came with rice and beans like the menu said. Decor is very cute but food was not worth the price. read more

Fabulous food with great customer service. Wait time is reasonable. It's a popular place where locals are greeted with a smile.

Loved the vibe here, quaint, colorful, friendly service. The food here was so tasty, sad I'm just passing through town. I loved their photos of all their dishes up on the wall. The salsas were pretty mild imo, but h perhaps that's to be expected in Moline, IL. Breakfast Torta Niko was 5/5, bread was soft, chorizo and egg were tasty. Burrito Al Pastor was 3/5, okay flavor, meat was not as tasty as I was expecting. Still a decent size though! read more

Food is to die for, their birria tacos are , wish they had them available rest of the week and not only on saturdays.

They gave me a steak torta with no meat ridiculous they were busy but if you can't keep up then don't drown yourself with DoorDash and grubhub order shows to me quantity $$ over quality so sad how quick and far down they are going read more

Amazing place! A real gem. From breakfast to everything on their menu absolutely delicious.

This is so far my favorite Mexican restaurant to go in the mornings. Being Mexican myself, this spot makes it feel like I'm back at my moms house. Try the cafecito (cinnamon coffee) and chilaquiles! It's a cozy spot to sit and get an authentic meal. My wife enjoys the chorizo eggs/fried beans read more

Authentic Mexican food. Loved it. I had a Huarache (pastor), tasted great but I still hungry so I also had a taco. Never had a Huarache before it's like large sope or taco with more masa. My wife had 3 Tacos (1 Asada and 2 Pastor) which she enjoyed. We also had chips with salsa (nice spicy kick). For drinks we had two agua frescas, I had jamaica and my wife had lemonade. read more

Coyas is the best Mexican food in the QC. You can't beat the taste, vibe, and service. It's family owned which makes me love to support it more. They also have the best horchata and you can't get a better hot Cheeto burrito anywhere else! They are NOT going downhill. read more

We love this place! The food is great! Very authentic and served quickly. Pleasantly surprised at the service, it was very busy.

Only place I've found that had actual Mexican food in quad cities. Delicious and fresh

I was too lazy to venture out; so I decided to order through Bite Squad. I was called right away when they realized they were out of avocado to see if I would like something in replace of it. Everything worked out perfectly. This has got to be one of my favorite places now. The food is so hot, fresh and delicious. If you have not tried it, please do. read more

Nothing we have had is bad. Everything has flavor and is a good portion very tasty. The service is very polite and respectful. I will say the wait and times can be a little more than what they tell you, but it's to be expected with how busy they are and how good their food is. The place is small but very inviting, if you have a party of 4 or more it's better to carry out. read more

The food is really good, just a little expensive but worth it. Only issue is that their hours are messed up. I've driven there twice now in the last week and they've been closed both times, once because they were working on the building and all they had was a little paper sign saying they were closed that day (I live like 25 mins away so that's why I was so annoyed). Also, here's a pic of their updated hours to save everyone else's time lol. read more

Average Mexican food. Nothing special and no need to hurry back. We had a group of 8 and all ordered differently.

Great small cozy spot with excellent fresh made to order dishes. We had the Queso Birria tacos & Pambazo.. so friggin delicious the birria meat was tasty and (not fatty like some places) the Pamboza ( basically a torta with the bread lightly soaked in enchilada sauce) was messy (as expected) but GREAT flavors with the chorizo and potatoes and cheese and lettuce and tomatoes. Some wrote about the prices being high but I don't think so, especially considering where I'm coming from (Chicagoland area) and Considering inflation I think everything was priced right. For $35 two of us ate good food had great drinks and even dessert with their Abuelita Frappe which was very rich and flavorful read more

First time here . . . took 40 minutes to get our food. If we hadn't asked, it would have been longer. After 2 groups of people that came in after us got their food before us - we asked if we had been forgotten. Apparently our ticket fell behind something . . . and we were left sitting. My wife and I both ordered huaraches (homemade corn tortillas with refried beans, choice of meat, topped with onion, cilantro and fresco cheese) . . . she had carne asada and I had pastor (marinated grilled pork). They were actually tasty . . . had the service been better I'd have given 1 more star . . . . read more

The first thing I noticed about Coya's Cafe is that it's ADORABLE. The outside of the restaurant has been painted bright blue with pink accents. The surfaces inside are covered with Frida Kahlo and Mexican art. I ordered a carne asada huarache, a long corn tortilla covered with a layer of beans, a heaping portion of beef, and a layer of queso fresco. It was REALLY delicious and I know I'll be back to order it again. My grandma got grilled pork tacos and she loved them, too. At the end of our meal we shared a strawberry smoothie which was tasty and light, a perfect dessert. I love Coya's! I definitely recommend it and am looking forward to a repeat visit. read more

Our first time ordering here was during the COVID-19 shut down. The ordering process was very hard to get through, because everyone was ordering at the same time. Once we got through, we were told to order online instead, so we did. We ended up doing through door dash. We were missing some of our food, and when we called to let them know, they didn't seem shocked. They said we will refund. Which is fine, but the food missing was my meal . We have decided to try this again after everything opens again. read more

Delicious! Kind people serving amazing homemade food in a special little spot. Edgar was behind the counter and was so gracious the whole time. We ordered the pozole verde and a nopal sope and both were scrumptious and filling in the most hearty and homemade way. The variety of self-serve fresh salsas are each incredible too. Edgar told us they make everything to order, and you can taste it in the freshness. They sell beautiful wares from Mexico, which the owner brings back from her trips. We bought a few gorgeous handmade mugs for our new home :) Can't wait to come back. There's a beautiful heart at the center of this place and it comes through in the food, the decor, and the people. read more
