I was tasked with finding a place close to our hotel and this one sounded like what both Emily and I were craving. We got there a bit before 9am and were greeted with a 30-40 minute wait time. My wife ordered their Wednesday burger basket special for $8 which was a good deal and correctly cooked medium rare. The order of tots that came with it was very good and huge. I was really excited to order their home smoked pastrami but was informed they were out of it. Rats! I eventually settled on their brisket barge which was smoked brisket on a pretzel roll with fried cheese curds on it. A real Wisconsin touch! The spicy coleslaw was different and I really like it. The burger basket was a steal and the brisket was typical of prices these days. The food was a thumbs up!
