I called Gavin last week looking for a luxury Escalade and today he was able to deliver. He did a great job keeping me posted on inventory and worked with my limited schedule. Very personable and professionally dressed.. they are fortunate to have him on the team. Really appreciated Everette Bradshaw making the buying decision easy. Thanks for making it happen for my growing family of 5 in this challenging auto market! read more

Covert Cadillac - Car Dealers Near Me - Austin, Texas

The sales process went amazingly well. Everything was done over the phone and the new Cadillac XT5 Platinum was delivered to my door 30 miles away. They promised Valet service--a car would be brought to me and mine picked up for all servicing. Well the first event--they wanted to replace the material on top of the dashboard--did not go well with the valet service. They were over an hour late with no phone call. But, the fellow took my car and left a nice XT5 for me. They took my car last Friday, 9/6. The fellow who picked it up said it would probably be ready Monday or soon thereafter. On Thursday of the following week, I called to see what the story was. The service rep called me back after an hour and said that the new dash they had ordered was not in good shape. Please note that they told me this new dash material had arrived in mid-August. That they had ordered a new piece and it wouldn't be here until Monday. So, my car will not be ready until some time next week. My guess is it will take them 2 weeks to do a simple replacement of a dash upholstery. That wouldn't be so horrible if anyone WOULD EVER CALL ME! I asked Michele if I hadn't called her, when would she have called me and let me know about the issue and when my car would be ready? It would also be better if they had sent a loaner that was the equivalent of my car. This one has limited safety features that I think are so important. Guess I will consider servicing my car at the local GM dealer and see if they are any better. Don't go to Covert service department. It stinks. read more

I leased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 from Covert Cadillac in February 2019. It has been in their service department more than it has been in my garage. The car is a lemon. They cannot fix the stabilitrak that has been faulty since February of this year. They keep telling me it will be fixed either tomorrow or next week but it has not. All I want to do is get a different car that runs!! Without problems!! read more

Covert totally screwed me on my car lease. I have had a couple of leases in the past and have never had any issues until now. I was convinced to lease on of the "rental" vehicles from the lot that was in great shape & had ~4k miles; this would lower the lease payment by a few dollars etc. The finance department urged me to add the tire protection package to my lease and I did. In my past couple of leases, and years of owning cars - I have never needed new tires. I was told after my first oil change I needed two new tires, I thought it was crazy as I drive maybe 10 miles a day for work so I ignored them. I recently moved and am getting my usual service and they were shocked to see how much wear/beat up these tires have on them. I tried to use the tire protection I had purchased, but that only counts for accidental wear and tear. He agreed they certainly gave me some beat up tires to start my lease - I have tried fighting covert about this a few times and I finally gave up and bought some tires. I am so annoyed with these people, do not lease or buy a car from here - they're like the car salesmen from the Matilda movie... read more

i live out of state. i found the vehicle we wanted on autotrader. i contaced covert cadillac bee cave. worked with the salesperson - rod harrell over the phone, email, and text messaging. i looked at their online ratings - didn't see anything that would dissuade us from buying from them. my husband and i scheduled an appointment to come in, view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. i had the financing all put together with my local bank for that specific car. we flew in with the expectation of driving the vehicle home - which would be approximatley 12 1/2 hours drive. we arrived at the dealership at 9:15 am. the suv was parked out front and ready for our test drive. we took the test drive and we decided to purchase the vehicle. i had a cashier's check for the out of state sales taxes and a down payment. all my bank needed from the dealership was wiring instructions. the finance manager told our salesperson that a wire takes 3 days to clear and that we wouldn't be able to take the vehicle for 3 days. i had work meetings the next day - we couldn't take 3 days. but they had a solution - the dealership could do the financing through one of their banks and they would do everything they could to match my banks rate and terms. i gave them the information needed to do the financing. after about an hour the finance manager came back and said that we were approved but the rate was slightly higher. she is going to work for us to get the bank to match our bank's rate. so, we sat some more and we sat - for almost 2 hours at this point. at 11:30 am my banker called me to follow up on the wiring instructions. i informed him that they told me that a wire took 3 days. he informed me that wires are same day and can be verified. what?? they lied to us?? they made us wait around for no reason. my banker let me know that there was a 2 o'clock cut off time and to get the wire instructions to him. i let the salesperson know that i was aggravated and that i was not going to finance with them and that i was misinformed about the wire. i was still willing to buy the vehicle - just using my own pre-established financing with my bank. so, the not so nice finance manager - sandra borrego came back and took us into her office to do our paperwork. she handed me a paper with wiring instructions. i asked if she could email those to my banker. yes. so, i sent her an email and included my banker so that they both had each other's emails. i also called my banker on speaker so that ms. borrego could get any information from him that she would need. this was at 12:02 pm - i have an email that is time stamped. the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. i gave her my cashier's check and then went back to the salesperson's office to wait, and wait, and wait....... at 1:23 pm i had not heard anything from anyone so, i touched base with my banker to see if he had sent the wire. no, he had not received the wiring instructions from the finance manager and he had even sent her another email request since the last time we spoke with him. so now i'm mad. i had been there for over 4 hours. i came through the doors this morning basically saying i want to buy that $65,000 car. i have a check in my hand and a wire to be sent to you. where do i sign. this company lost a sale that was "in the bag" because their finance manager didn't get her way - she didn't get to control the financing. she didn't get the sale on the extended warranty - so she held up my financing - in my opinion - trying to force me into a corner so that i had no other choice except to do the financing with through her. remember, we did fly in and we needed that car to get home. i was lucky that we were able to book a flight home that day, so i booked our flights and scheduled a lyft to pick us up from the dealership to go back to the airport. i apoligized to our salesperson - he didn't do anything wrong - not his fault. told him that we would not be buying a car from covert cadillac. i walked into the finance manager's office, got my check back and went to the lobby to wait for the lyft to the airport. then the sales manager came out and asked us what was wrong - i explained. at this point he said - "just take the car" we will figure out the wire tomorrow and get it taken care of. what??? really!!!! what about the 3 days thing that was told to me 4 hours ago?? buying a $65,000 car is stressful enough without being lied to and manipulated. i have bought several cars and i have never had this kind of experience before. i thought i was an experienced car buyer. i can add this to the experiences, i guess. my husband and i spent slightly over $1,000 in travel costs and lost a complete day of our lives to this experience. so, beware of this dealership, unless of course you don't mind being lied to and manipulated. read more

COVERT CADILLAC ROCKS, entire staff, but to call out one amazing individual, Jason in the service Dept is the superstar of the group, a guy that will go the extra mile for you....! Here is my story. It's not every day that you find consumers giving high praise to a dealership, especially in the service department where typically you pay a premium for having your vehicle repaired. Well, it's for this reason that I'm writing a VERY POSITIVE review on what has to be my best experience in having my car serviced. I come from the Northeast, new to area and Covert was the closest location for my Cadillac to be serviced. My radio touch screen on my 2013 XTS was not responding. Out of nowhere, it began to break down and in less than 2 months, the screen just was numb, did not respond to touch. With 76K miles, GM claimed that they would not cover this defect. Estimated cost to fix, $1,800 just for the new screen. Jason at Covert was my service manager. He placed a call directly to GM on my behalf to make my case but unfortunately with no success. Independent of this news, Jason combed the wholesale market and found an option for $1,400 but I was still upset with GM taking no blame for a defected system and while I thanked Jason for his efforts, I passed and asked that he just proceed with the other services requested....well here is where it gets good. One, for those who are not aware, Covert wants to make everyone's experience either in showroom or service center very happy. They want to make sure that they can go the extra mile (literarily) so you don't have to. So they have a service for those who work downtown and will come to your office, pick up your vehicle, and will also drive the vehicle back to your office when finished....it's a first of its kind first class service benefit! But Two, again, not by our asking, very independent, Jason went to bat one more time for us on fixing the radio screen. Jason spoke to his district manager/boss/owner or all the above and pleaded our case one more time. As a result, third time is a charm, we received a call from Jason informing us that he has received approval to fix the radio for a super minor minimal charge, saving us enormous money as well as the massive inconvenience this would have caused us in the future. Again, this was not something I've ever seen take place at a dealership. The service manager never goes that far out of their way. Jason had no need to make the extra calls and go the extra mile but he did. Yes, we may be up against Thanksgiving and maybe in spirit of the holidays it would be nice...but I don't believe the holidays have anything to do with this amazing wonderful service. I believe Jason is just that type of guy. I believe that Covert has employed this type of culture internally to encourage ALL STAFF to go the extra mile for the customer. And while Jason was our savior here, I must add that the ENTIRE DEALERSHIP has been nothing but EXCELLENT to us since we moved to Austin. You will never find a more professional dealership in the auto industry no mater where you travel and thus, I STRONGLY recommend that if you are looking to service your vehicle or purchase a new car, that one thing is for certain, you will get the BEST service and experience that you can ever imagine. Covert clearly cares about the consumer and wants the repeat business and I hope that this review will help Covert in some small way as my gratitude for their gracious first class service! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.....and again, BIG THANK YOU to Jason, the guy is a ROCK STAR! read more

I was interested in trading in my MB for a bigger vehicle a d decided that the XT5 was just right for me! I have shopped around for over a year looking for the right vehicle for my budget that would satisfy my needs for luxury. I decided to visit Covert on April 10th at 9am. I completed my credit application before I even visited the dealership to try to eliminate wasted time. Boy was I wrong, I arrived at the dealership at around 9:30. Meet the sales person and sales manager. The sales rep was wonderful and understood what I was looking for and how it was important for me to have all the bells and whistles of what my Mercedas Benz had to offer. Not only did the sales manager continued to miss the Mark. But he never took the time after many failed attempts and several hours later to come sit with me to understand my needs. He continued to send the sales person to talk for him! I tried many times to leave to go pick up lunch for myself and son, at this time it was way after 12noon!! The had my keys to my vehicle and would not let me leave!! We were getting no where and I was at the end of my rope. Until the sales person found someone else to assist him with finding that just right XT5! It was love at first sight. It took them over 4 hours to pull this rabbit out of the hat. So now that we found the right vehicle now it's time to wait for finance. Here we are waiting hours for finance. Thankfully signing the paperwork was quick! When we finally had keys in hand and after being there for a full work day. My son was tired we were hungry and the vehicle was not cleaned! Fast forward to now. It is June 1st. I have not received my payment information from the bank. I have contacted the bank several time and they have NO record of me! I have contact the dealership and left messages about my Financial paperwork and my gap insurance reimbursement that was sent to the dealership. I really Thought after selecting covert that I would be satisfied with my entire purchase that up until today I am still waiting on information so I can pay my car note and also my reimbursement for my gap insurance. I could have went to any Cadillac dealership but I decided to drive from my home in Kyle to North Austin for the worst car buying experience!!! read more

This review is for the service department only, my purchasing experience here was great. I've referred many people to buy cars from Juan. The service department on the other hand, I will never refer anyone to much less go there myself. I typically don't write bad reviews, but after today I had to say something. I called because I had a few questions about an estimate that I'd gotten at a shop much closer to my house; my service advisor was busy so I had to speak to someone else and he was just rude. I understood what he was saying but he made me feel dumb for asking questions and conveyed that talking to me was a total inconvenience. Maybe it's because I'd gotten an estimate at another place? I didn't feel like it was a good idea to drive my car 40 minutes when I can safely take it to the place down the street. Or maybe he was just cranky, I don't know. When I asked him if I should bring my car to them instead he just told me questions that HE would have asked the other shop. What!?! My other experience was when I went in to get an oil change and an inspection. It took 3 hours... And then my service advisor, who had been in to see me multiple times to upsell this or that, didn't even tell me my car was ready. I was just sitting there waiting for who-knows how long until the nice greeter/attendant came to tell me that my car was ready to go- greasy fingerprints all over, no vacuum service, no carwash. I found out why my service advisor disappeared when I got home, there was a new scratch/dent on my vehicle! I called for two weeks, I left voicemails... No response, ever. I really wanted to enjoy my experiences at Covert so I continued to give them chances, but I'm tired of throwing money at a business that doesn't appreciate their customers. So, now I go to a great shop on the east side that charges half the price as the dealership and provides double the service. read more

Once you buy a car, and have no payments, then you mean nothing to them. I got the run around from 4 people and I was supposed to get a complimentary oil change. Because of course, my time means nothing, I should drive around and find the right guy. No I don't need to go to work. No I don't have time constraints. No I would not like a cup of coffee. No, I just wanted to get there at 7:30 to be ignored. Hell, even the useless girls who just answer the phones and transfer calls couldn't even be bothered to connect me or leave a message with the guy who sold me the car. Because the guy who sold me the car was honest and a fellow vet, I give this place a 1. But I will not be returning. Every little counts to me, and if these little things mean nothing to them then I can only wonder how something big fits into their big picture. I will not buy a car from this dealership EVER again nor would I encourage anyone I know to spend their hard earned money at a place of business that could care less about them, or their time, or the small things. read more

My experience at Covert Cadillac was by far one of the worst car sales experiences that I have ever had. I own a BMW X1 and was considering getting a Cadillac CTS Coupe (which is about to be discontinued for a far more muted design) as a second vehicle . I had done my research and I wanted to test drive and talk numbers. Here is where things went wrong - to an absurd degree. Note, I am an American of indian ethnicity in my late 20s. 1) The sales associate, Joel Melles, in what was perhaps a feeble attempt at small talk asks me where I'm from (presumably since I'm not talking with a Texas accent). I tell him I'm from New Jersey. He replies, "No, i mean where were you from before that?" New Jersey - born and raised. I know what he means, but if he wants my ethnicity he should come out and ask it - and not assume I'm a foreigner because I'm brown. 2) I like how the CTS drives but I have a few questions about it - since i wanted paddle shifters for the sport mode and wasn't sure which trim level I wanted. Joel tells me that he doesn't know about the car or trim levels - since they are discontinuing the coupe he hasn't learned the details - and tells me the ATS sedan with a turbo v4 would be sportier and closer to the 2 series I am also considering. He encourages us to test that - even though I came for a coupe and liked the CTS drive. When I press him on details on the trim levels, he says he doesn't know but that I "can look it up online"! 3) I asked him about the range for the auto start feature because I'd like to start the car from my office when I'm leaving. He tells me he doesn't know, but the app can start the car from anywhere, "even back in Saudi Arabia." Its clear this is a not so subtle dig about my ethnic origin sidestep from earlier. However, I really liked the CTS to Cadillac's credit so I ask him for the lease numbers - at which point he says I should fill out a credit application - which is absurd since I am not going to start doing paperwork until I have ballpark numbers. At this point, I had enough and felt like I just wasted an hour of my day. The whole experience left me soured of the Cadillac brand, despite a great drive experience, and I definitely will never go to another "Covert" dealership. Clearly, the sales associate was not very covert with his subtle racist digs. How can Covert and General Motors think this is OK behavior for a client who is prepared to spend upwords of 40k on a new vehicle from a brand that is struggling and desperately needs young guys like me to buy their cars? Suffice to say, I am not getting a Cadillac this year. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. read more

Went in today for a certificate preowned Escalate. It was a horrible experience. Honestly I did not get the sales persons name. It was a short lady with long black hair. She was a HORRIBLE listener. Could not get our names correct even when my husband gave her his license and we do not have odd names. She wanted to Say our last name was my husbands middle name on his license and say his first name was his last name. Plus his first name is Jeff, really where do you think Jeff fits in if not a first name?? She fixated on a Tahoe when I told her I wanted some big like a Tahoe or an Escalade, And we wanted to drive an Escalade to see how we liked it. She has no idea of features. When we asked if they had one that had a full length sunroof she told us we really needed to make an appointment so she had over an hour to search for the Escalade we wanted. Now this was after we had already told her 3 times we wanted to test drive and Escalade to even see if we wanted an Escalade. The Escalade she picked for us to test drive was parked behind another and that was an ordeal, for no reason, get the keys to the Escalade In front. Then she would not let me rider as a front seater passenger. Stated it was for safety reasons. I stated in my 25 years of buying cars I had never heard this. As I was sitting in the back set I told her that if this was the company's policy I would not be purchasing a vehicle through them. She then states that if I want to also give my drivers license "that she never asked for" we could take the vehicle out alone. She has my husbands license. Now I could drive and she would be the front seat passenger with out seeing my ID but I could not be my husbands front seat passenger?? Now after I told her this was Ridiculous and told her we would not be buying a vehicle from Cover Cadillac she then stated her riding in the front passages seat was her decision. Okay if you are that afraid to test drive vehicles with a married couple then You should not be selling cars, Pick another profession. At this point she had lied and Contradicted herself and that was just pulling out of the parking lot, so we turned the corner and pulled right back in. Basically Horrible sales person and would not let ride as a front seat passenger where I mostly am because my husband drives most of the time. We will never go back to this dealership. read more

I wasn't going the report my experience until I had another BAD one. Well, here is. I noted good appeal only because there is only one Cadillac dealer in Austin. Went in to get the oil changed, 27 point inspection and state inspection. No tire rotation needed on my model. It shouldn't take long. It took 3 hours. I opened the hood I found 2 hoses not snapped back in the proper location, one of them getting pinched and the engine air filter housing completely loose and 1 screw missing. I also found that one license plate lamp was out and they didn't say anything about it. They have to check it during the state inspection don't they? I took the car back and they seemed shocked and apologized. They found the missing screw in the frame. I needed a replacement key and they told me that it was laser cut key and couldn't do it at the dealership and had to order it for $90. The key IS NOT a laser cut key, they lied. I have ordered a blank online and had it cut at a locksmith for 12 dollars. Now they forgot to call me on my paid order of touch up paint. After I was told by the parts department and my service adviser that they would contact me when it arrived. It's been there for over a month. Their process are poor. I've had 3 visits and one went right. Sorry Covert, you screwed up to many times on my 70,000 dollar car. read more

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Covert Cadillac and can't say enough nice things about how I was treated from the second I walked through the front doors. I knew coming in that I was very interested in the Cadillac SRX, as I had just seen the vehicle for the first time the weekend before at the Austin Auto Show. I had already been given the whole song and dance about how great the car was by the lady at the Auto Show, so I didn't want to have to go through that all over again.... just wanted to go for a test drive and get a quote. So I told my sales associate that, and he respected that through the entire process. He wasn't pushy, asked all the right questions, and did his very best to accommodate all my needs/wants when it came to selling me this car. The whole experience was very professional from start to finish, and when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I felt very comfortable and not like I had been taken advantage of in any way shape or form. Covert actually went above and beyond and followed me back to my home in my old vehicle and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle when it was ready to go! Wow!!! A special thanks to Amit in Sales who was with me through the whole process. And another special thanks to the entire team at Covert Cadillac who came to tell me "congratulations" on my new car! I look forward to the great customer service I will receive while I have my Cadillac. Highly recommend this dealership.... and be sure to ask for Amit if you're looking for a friendly, no pressure, professional car buying experience! read more

Shout out to Covert Cadillac for great service! I was not happy that my car was dirty with a part broken off of the drivers door handle when I picked it up at the dealership yesterday after having it in for service! However they made it right immediately! Fixed the broken part then sent a driver out today to pick it up so I didn't have to go out of my way during work, and returned it just a couple hours later fully detailed inside & out, with a full tank of gas. A big thank you to Nathan (assistant service manager who provided excellent service and made sure I was happy) and Lupe (the driver that picked up and dropped off my car today)! read more

Worst experience I have ever witnessed. I meet my friend Kim there because she had a bummed leg and in a wheelchair. She was there to get a flat repaired due to bad tires that Cadillac had put on her car. Which is a low profile high performance tire. As we are waiting for tire to be fixed we decided to see about trading in the car to get a different model. Reason being she had 3 flats with the same tire. Only had the car 10 months bought it new to in December and the car is paid off. She spent close to 50k on this car. As we being to talk numbers they came back and said we will give you 23k for her car. It only has 14,000 in less than 10 months. Then the service guy comes over and said that that even though the tire keeps going flat it is not there responsibility and she would have to buy a new tire for 600.00. The two people stand out in my mind are Bob which is sales manager he is a straight up asshole and needs to be flipping burgers at McDonald's, and Nathan the service manager. Because of these two guys and how my friend was treated at that Dealership I will never buy a Cadillac there nor will have my Cadillac services there. I will drive to San Antonio to buy my Cadillac and I will take the time to drive there to have it serviced. Covert Cadillac is a rip off and it's the only Cadillac dealership in Austin. Go figure. SORRY GUYS I MET KIM THERE TO KEEP HER COMPANY AND DO SOME CAR SHOPPING. Bob and Nathan y'all ruined that for me. Thank you so much I could have made a huge mistake. read more

First Class all the way! I recently purchased a pre-owned CTS from Dallas that came with a small issue. I got in contact with a Service Advisor named Tony who was more than helpful in getting my vehicle back on the road! As soon as I arrived I was greeted by someone in the bay and my vehicle was checked in. I had a seperate question about my vehicle and what could be done. Tony got together with some of his crew and came back in less than five minutes with a statement of "Don't worry about it, we have you covered and will take care of it for you" Tony introduced me to the receptionist/lady who was going to set me up in a rental car for the duration of my repair. At 7 am she was friendly, quick, and more than accomdating. There was a small hiccup with getting me a rental car, and when I say small I mean I wouldn't have know the difference had she not been concerned with the issue and brought it to my attention....And the issue was the rental car company forgot to bring the key for the vehicle they were going to give me. The Covert team got a brand new CTS online and ready for me to leave within minutes. The only regret I have is that I didn't purchase my CTS through Covert. I looked at their inventory, had a wonderful sales representative who went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted WITHIN my price range. They were just to good at their job and sold the vehicle I wanted before I could make the decision lol. I would recommend the Covert Team to all my friends and family, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

Yesterday I went to Covert used cars to test drive a 2015Corvette, while my 2015 Cadillac was in Cadillac service. The nice young salesman went to get the key for me to test drive the car. He came out and said "His manager wants to know if I am serious about buying it." I was very insulted as the manager saw me inside and that I am an older man, who obviously did not want a joy ride. I walked away insulted and went to the new car showroom, to complain to Corey Covert the general manager of that store. He would not not come and talk to mer , instead sent an Assistant manager to hear me. The Covert's spend a lot of money on advertising but don't back it up. I am treated royally as all the customs are in the Cadillac store, but now I have serious doubts about buying another vehicle from any Covert dealership. Don't go to Buick GMC or their used car department read more

I do not trust this dealership. I had gotten financing separately from my credit union and visited this location with some specifics in mind. I wanted a low millage, black with black interior. I had a price in mind too. I was told that was impossible in a luxury vehicle. Which was complete nonsense. I went to Audi North Austin and purchased a 6000 mile, A4 with all options within my budget. Everything is impossible because they want to move the vehicle they want not the vehicle that is best for you. read more

I will start off with I hate dealerships and consider them a necessary evil. I was surprised buy Covert, very surprised. Their finance guys are slow, which cost them a star. I was delayed 2 hours because of this and I was late picking up my daughter. They were trying to find a better deal for me then I already had with USAA. I kept telling them they need to hurry up and I didn't know what the hold up actually was until later. Other then that, it was a great experience. I bought a used truck from the Buick/GMC side, which included a free dealership 3 mo/3000 mile warranty. I left happy, with a truck I got a great deal on, and an exceptional price on my trade-in. A month later, I did have to have to take the truck in under their warranty, it developed a bad oil leak. The service center was pleasant to deal with and I felt taken care of. Turned out be a bad oil filter seal, nothing major. I'll give Covert a visit the next time I'm in the market for another car/truck. I am overall very happy with my experience. 5 stars if you don't have to deal with their finance department. read more

I recently bought an ATS and was pleased with my first service appointment at Covert. I made the appointment online, and met up with my service advisor, Nathan, on the designated time and day. He was very friendly and professional, going over what I had submitted online. Covert had a loaner for me. The entire service reception area had been renovated since the last time I had had a Cadillac, so now it's sort of like the Lexus dealership or a luxury hotel lobby with comfortable waiting area, coffee, snacks. Nathan kept me posted as to the progress of my car through texts which was great - (no playing phone tag like other service depts do!) With the online reservation, Nathan's option of texting, I was pleasantly surprised that they were using technology at its best. When my car was ready, it was REALLY ready - all washed and waiting for me by the time I got back to Covert. My only suggestion would be that I'd like to see the MyCadillac.com site better synchronized with the Covert service records. Right now, I have to manually enter information. I bought the ATS because of its great reviews, looks, handling, solid build and quality. The efficient and friendly service at Covert just adds to the "Cadillac" experience!:) read more

After a terrible experience with the Used Car Sales Dept at Covert, I was uneasy about bringing in my Cadillac SRX for service. I even thought about driving a little farther to a different Cadillac dealership. I ended up getting Tom Ballou as my Service Advisor. I have had many luxury cars from Lexus to Mercedes, and have never had the outstanding service I received with Tom. He was quick, timely with updates and my drop off - pick up loaner was done with ease. These people have it together over there. It was all so easy. Tom has single handedly changed my mind about Covert Cadillac. :-) read more

I bought my dream car 5 years ago... the only part of the car that I hated was a bad design of the headlights, where it lets condensation in... I received a letter from Cadillac saying come in and get free headlights. I thought wow they real it was a bad design and I must not be the only one who thinks this. So I go to Cadillac thinking that I'm going to get new lights... oh no that was not the case. They wanted to sell me some for $3,500. For something that should be good in the first place... I NOW HATE CADILLAC. And I will NEVER buy another one, because if something is wrong they will not stand behind their cars... super disappointed. And the service manager Nathan was NO help at all. plus they let me out with an open recall on my car. Which proves that they don't care about my safety... read more

I bought a brand new Cadillac ATS two weeks ago. I walked in just planning to "look" at the ATS and not really buy anything. Maaaaaaybe a test drive. I had been looking at cars from other places and my wife mentioned she liked the look of the ATS on the street. So here we are. We were instantly greeted by a young man as we walked on the lot. This scared me a little bit because it's the last thing I wanted to do was get into a "sales pitch". I just like to take my time, decide for myself what I like and don't like and go from there. If I want to talk to someone, I'll come find you. He actually just passed me off to someone in the new car section who was a really nice man who was not pushy at all. Was very matter of fact and let me do what I wanted to do. We went for a test drive. I loved the car! They gave me an incredible price on my 2004 Audi A4 as a trade-in site unseen, on the spot with my word on how it looked! There were great rebates as well and the number was so good, I couldn't say no to a brand new 2014 car that I knew I already wanted. The process took a little long. We went home to drive my car back to the lot. We were excited about getting the car and we had already started the process with loans and all this before we left. Since we left, the loan guy was with someone else and we had to wait quite awhile before getting back in line. This was really the only hiccup in the process. It took a long time and by the end we were tired. You start thinking second thoughts at that point like "maybe I don't need a new car right now you know?" "We could wait until....". The sales guy was super smooth and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We just bought a used Ford Expedition from Covert. Our salesperson was Brian Chock, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Unlike many car sale experiences I have had in the past, he was genuine, honest, and far from pushy. He is a true class act and made my wife and I feel like family. I would highly recommend Brian, and Covert Cadillac to anyone looking to buy a car. Thanks for taking care of us :) read more
