Alex is always super patient with me & my "mom brain," and she is able to be surprisingly flexible with scheduling given her busy schedule. There is a super convenient loading parking sport right in front, too! Can't beat it. Thanks One Love!!! You RoCK.

The place itself is nice, clean, and cozy, and there was no strong pet smell at all, which made me feel comfortable right away. The lady was very friendly, kind, and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about the animals. After the grooming, my dog BB looked clean and fresh, and smelled great too. I was really happy with the overall experience and would definitely come back.

My pup loves everyone there--she has leapt over their counter--and they managed to ease my mom's very meek 8-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy after two visits. My mom's other Great Pyrenees is prone to contact dermatitis and has handled their shampoos and fragrances very well. They all came out chill and happy, smelling lovely and sporting a seasonal ribbon. Of the bad reviews, I do know exactly why they ask the owners to leave during the grooming. Your dog sees you and wants to reach you; they can't and that will provoke a lot of anxiety. And of course, an anxious dog will be hard to control while managing kinda sharp tools. More so, a guarded trimmer will virtually never nick a paw, just like it will virtually never nick your scalp at a barber.

You are not spending time with the owner, your dog is and she creates a space where dogs aren't disrespected and gets that best cut. I have three dogs: a yorkie poo, medium poodle, and bernedoodle. And each time they come home with the most perfect grooming. 20/10 recommend Again, the owner does have a strong personality but there was a time where I walked in a few minutes early and she was still finishing up my poodle. She tends to get matted in the bum area and my dog would try to nip her but the owner was so patient with her and talked to her like a person. The owner didn't force her to stay still and waited until til my dog was ready to resume. The owner could have told me she couldn't finish and asked me not to come back, but she didn't. She was determined to finish her work and worked with the dog to make she was comfortable.

I have been taking Sally here for 3 years and quality has clearly gone down. I will never bring my dog back here, and if you actually care about your pet, you shouldn't either. We wanted a dog that was unique and different... A French Bull Dog, a Frenchie. We did our research and learned a lot. Yes, French Bull Dogs are stubborn, but I wasn't prepared for "stubborn" my neighbor suggested Dan Brutsche. "Dan the Man" "Dog Whisper" she calls him. Off our cute little stubborn Frenchie went to spend some quality time with Dan. When we got him back he was transformed!! OHMYGOSH we could not believe it was our precious little bully! Dan trained our dog, then has the patience to train us humans to work with our already trained dog. We've had to learn a new language so that our dog would believe us, that we know what we are doing. This was totally foreign to me. We are learning and working with our dog. Dan is really awesome, we are really happy. We highly recommend Dan Brutsche

So it had been awhile since I'd utilized Jet Pet, but I remembered loving them previously and trusted them again while I was away in NYC for a wedding with my husband. I left my kids and my older dog, Georgia with my father in law for the weekend, but decided to treat Neymar, my 8 month old puppy, to a staycation at JPR. Based on the report card I received, the pictures that were posted, and how tired Neymar was when I picked him up five days later, he had an absolute blast! I swear - he was sad to leave when I drove him home! I'll definitely return for boarding... and perhaps even some doggy daycare too. Thanks to the fabulous staff at Jet Pet for taking good care of my pup!
