I love the ladies here!! I have a pug who can be wiggly but her nail trimmings have never been an issue for me. It appears others had a different view, but that doesn't phase me nor should it phase you. The ladies are excellent communicators with any issues such as earwax, behavior or concerns, and it makes me happy that my dog gets very excited to see them every time. A horrible grooming experience! I brought my bichon puppy in for his first grooming with the owner, Angie. She seemed very kind and experienced with grooming. When I picked him up, I was surprised to see that she cut uneven layers all over his coat and he had hair sticking up in every direction. When I got home and attempted to brush him, I realized how bad it was. I showed him to my vet and various friends and family -- as well as another groomer -- and they all agreed it was a very bad haircut. The groomer said it looked like she was busy with other dogs and quickly used scissors on him without any care. I left a message for Angie to call me to address the issue and she ignored my call. I am now bringing my pup to another groomer to try to fix her damage. This was my pup's first official haircut and it was a disaster -- I feel sick about it. read more

Amazing staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and pleasant, and still they work hard to get every dog done in a timely manner. My pup loves everyone there--she has leapt over their counter--and they managed to ease my mom's very meek 8-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy after two visits. My mom's other Great Pyrenees is prone to contact dermatitis and has handled their shampoos and fragrances very well. They all came out chill and happy, smelling lovely and sporting a seasonal ribbon. Of the bad reviews, I do know exactly why they ask the owners to leave during the grooming. Your dog sees you and wants to reach you; they can't and that will provoke a lot of anxiety. And of course, an anxious dog will be hard to control while managing kinda sharp tools. More so, a guarded trimmer will virtually never nick a paw, just like it will virtually never nick your scalp at a barber. read more

Took my chihuahua for a mail trim. They don't allow people in the lobby, so we watched from outside. We saw him cry and so we knocked on the door to get them to stop. not bad at grooming but horrible customer service. I made an appointment and they refused to accept that they may have made a mistake by scheduling it for another day. I could not have made the appointment they say as I already had a meeting scheduled for that time. Then they they proceeded to scream at me instead of simply saying there was a mistake somewhere and try to accommodate my schedule. and the person who made the appointment is no longer there so they blamed me. The worst grooming experience. I do not recommend them. I've gone a total of 3 times for nail trimming. First two times, my PUPPY was very anxious and jumpy. She did get some of her nails trimmed too short the second time, but I know that's normal. My puppy was obviously agitated and scared. What's not normal is the 3rd time I go, a different lady tried to trim, and after 2 minutes, she gives up and goes "I can't do this, this is not normal for a puppy, she seriously needs medication or CBD." what??? I've been to multiple groomers and vets who have said it's normal, she's a PUPPY for Christ sake. If she thinks it's not normal, that lady has no right taking care of other dogs. Oh, and you'll see multiple posts on community apps how they have hurt other dogs while grooming them. Super rude, disrespectful, and no patience. Don't recommend this place to anybody. read more

Top notch service. We were looking for a new place to bring our age 14+ ailing dog, and Jennifer and the staff took exceptional care. He's a keeshond so we like to shave him for summer, but have had bad experiences before. We had asked about just brushing out his matts, bc due to his age, we haven't been able to keep up with grooming as often, but Jennifer suggested shaving to make it a less stressful experience for our dog and that she'd keep it as long as she could. Best shaving he's ever had. She even carried him to our car so that he wouldn't have to move as much. Finally found a great place for him and can't wait to bring him back. read more

I took my puppy there for his first grooming and although I did research on this groomer and had a recommendation from my vet - I was not pleased. Why? Angie, the owner, nicked my puppy whilst performing a sanitary groom on his private area and I only noticed this because he was licking himself from the minute I picked him up right after he was done (within 5 mins). I also ascertained that they were entirely too busy - like a hairstylist double-booking to get the extra $$$ then we - the customer - are reaping the negative repercussions. I even paid extra so his first experience wouldn't be traumatic and look what I end up with. I must mention that he is a good puppy and enjoys shampooing and the blow dryer - so he wasn't being difficult and they confirmed that. Angie tried to tell me his private area was "red" because he was licking it and had irritated it. Well - it must have gotten red within minutes then - because it was red when I picked him up - not the next day. I did not appreciate her dismissing this. I took a picture & sent it to the vet and he ended up wearing a cone - what??? A cone from a groom? You've got to be kidding right? No. I am still flabbergasted. They should know better than to nick a puppy and at his first grooming? I was devastated. And, when I went in to pick him up she would barely look at me - (she said it was because she was busy). i was a regular customer, bringing in my 2 dogs every 2 weeks, which they gave me a special price. the one time that i didn't bring them in i was out of town and my grandson forgot, so a few days later when i came home they charged me an extra 60.00, so the next 3 times i brought them in i didn't give them a tip which was 20.00 each time. i brought them in yesterday, which i was going to tell them to add on the 20,00 tip from now on, my girlfriend told them why i didn't tip the last three times, so they said they seem not to be able to please them so don't bring the dogs in again. the owner does not know how to treat customers, plus she has a bad attitude and she should not be able to handle customers. if she would have worked for me, i would have to let her go. there is no problem getting someone else to take care of my 2 dogs, i'm sure they will be out of business soon with her attitude. read more
