Wow, what a significant Change I have noticed the past 2 years. This Everett location is the best Costco in my opinion. There are many other stores around this Costco, and beautiful views. Also, remember that Costco products are the best. Amazing ! read more

I love Costco, the prices there (in general) really can't be beat. This has become a weekly shopping trip for me, picking up some fruits to get me through the work week (with the hope of avoiding the candy bowl). Yesterday's trip included a huge delicious container of blackberries for a fraction of the grocery store price. We also picked up some of the standard items for us, such as orange juice and red grapes. Add a pineapple and some grape tomatoes and I'm forced to eat deliciousness all week. Beyond that, I've bought things all over the store in the past, from electronics to vitamins and even jeans. The return policy is fantastic and the membership pays itself back in no time. Oh, and of course the weekends are time for demos, which can be delicious. I can't lie, I've definitely made a purchase or two based on the demos, the spinach raviolis that they demo often are the perfect quick dinner! And yes, they've become another staple item for us. read more

How can you not love Costco? Who doesnt need 150 razors and a 4lb block of cheese? Nothing says loving like the 500 pack of anti-diarrhea pills. I even got new tires here. All for a nice discount. Costco also has great deals on electronics and bedding. Customer service left something to be desired as I was charged twice by my cashier for an item as he yapped away with some random girl who may or may not have worked there. Also saw another employee loudly complaining about why she could not go on break. I dont know, maybe because the place is packed and you should be working. Two thumbs up for Costco even for a couple of DINKS (Duel income, no kids) like us. Didnt think it would be worth it, but we use it. read more

You can get great deals on some groceries (not all veggies are cheap, awesome deals on milk, etc.), the aisles are super wide to roll through on your cart, and wandering through on a weekend afternoon means your hunger will be satisfied by an array of tasty samples served up by mostly cheerful Costco employees. Prescriptions and contacts are pretty reasonable. You can snag some deals on electronics if you do a bit of research. The booze section at the front has some deals but isn't necessarily the cheapest. As usual with these giant-size stores, you have to be careful to not get carried away and end up with too much stuff you'll never finish. But 40 packs of toilet paper? Gallons of mouthwash? Definitely. Warning: It's packed on weekends. You can't pay cash in the self-checkout lines, only Debit Cards and American Express. People move slowly around while they stare at giant boxes of cereal and life size stuffed ponies. The $1 churros are addictive. read more

This is for the pharmacy. It's Saturday with 3 staff working. The rude older bearded gent stands at the register and ignores me for minutes before I finally ask him if he can answer a question. He doesn't look up, mutters that he is obviously busy. So I wait a few more min. I ask again, will you be able to answer a question anytime soon? Big sigh. Well you've interrupted me so what do you want? Gee. So much for customer service. Obviously not desperate to serve customers. Jerk. I won't be moving my prescriptions here after all. Can't even ask staff a question!!! read more

Costco is great - I get everything here. Vacuum cleaner, new tires, food, etc. Two notes: 1) This Costco does NOT have alcohol. 2) Google Maps can give a REALLY BAD set of directions, using a side access road which isn't even paved. The correct was is via route 16 and Mystic View road. DO NOT take route 99 and the little access path which doesn't look like a major road. Unfortunately, my little Z4 had to go on the unpaved road for a ways at night (dodging huge water filled potholes), only to find the end of the road was actually closed off -- locked with a big fence. Dear Costco -- it would be great if you post a sign on the other side of the access road, indicating that this is not a valid entrance!! read more

I was a total sucker and listened to the wrong people about what Costco had in stock. I was promised Dr. Pepper and Smartwater and was offered Mt. Dew and Poland Spring. Not dealbreaking, but annoying. the return policy is amazing, as my husband and i bought 2 cameras, decided we didn't like them, returned them and got cash. no restocking fees, no hassle, nothing. that was pretty sweet. i honestly got my membership primarily for some OTC meds and to buy a television, but I have since reevaluated my position on televisions and decided that the less tv i watch, the better off I am, so the idea of an LCD TV 6 pack is suddenly way less appealing. i need to spend some quality time perusing the clothing and makeup section, but as it stands, the cost of membership is made up by what i'm saving on zantac so it's all good. still pissed about the dr. pepper though. read more

Huge selection, you can get most things you'd want there in bulk. Shopping is very casual probably because there's so much room you don't feel crowded. I don't really know why I'm not giving this place a 5 out of 5 but there is something missing, maybe its the lack of decoration and the exposed metal shelving and florescent lights and the strong tire smell near the back of the store. Good place to get great deals. read more

Ample parking and near a bunch of other business in a strip mall, this is basically your average Costco. I'd say the bakery selection is good but the muffins seem to go fast on the weekends. The soft beverage options were a bit disappointing. Note this location has few samples, even on weekends. This location also doesn't have a makeup or beauty section. While there is personal care stuff like moisturizer and even some Korean skincare stuff sometimes, this store doesn't stock cosmetic items you may find at other locations, e.g. mascara two packs, eyeshadow palettes, etc. read more

Great store! Customer service is top notch! My last trip, I struggled to find what I needed. The item was out of stocked, but they helped me find it on line and I was able to get exactly what was needed. He was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!! read more

2nd year as a costco member, it is definitely worth the $50 membership fee. Buying silk soy milk already makes it worth it for me @ $7.29 for 3 half gallon cartons while foodmaster has them for 1 @ $5. Plus you get tons of coupons from costco every month in the mail. Love this costco since its not as busy and plenty of parking space. read more

This Costco Pharmacy is pretty bad... Their staff is slow and incompetent EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't recommend coming here. But the Costco itself is awesome! So just avoid the pharmacy staff and you'll walk in and out a happy customer :) read more

To who it may concern, I was there today as usual to buy my weekly grocery, I when to try the crispy chicken that the lady was sampling when I reached for the chicken she slapped me in the harm!!!! My mother believes nothing ever goes bad - this can cause problems when navigating the fridge at home, but has also made me a big fan of Costco by birth. Also, now that I have a kitchen that's actually larger than my thumb I can actually buy some of the bulk stuff without having to store it under my bed. Plusses, though are the fancyish items you can pick up: 5$ log of goat cheese, prosciutto, capers, olive oil...and they're starting to stock a lot more organic stuff which is nice. Oh, and 55$ cashmere sweaters too. But the major drawback to this Costco though is the layout. It's not altogether clear the best rout to take - I usually end up milling around and then realizing I forgot something only once I get home, or getting lost. Oh, and if you go on a Sunday evening, like I tend to do, there are rarely boxes that are any sort of well-suited for carrying your gross of granola bars. Bring some sort of carrying device. read more

Costco pharmacy has the BEST prices on prescriptions. I highly recommend filling prescriptions here. I drop off before shopping, and everything is ready when I am done. I do recommend waiting for Robin or Julie to help you. The other lady, Carol has a snooty attitude, she acts like she is doing you a favor just to wait on you. It seems as if she wants an argument with her snippy comments. I also love that this store has many organic choices. The new salad with soy protein is excellent. It is unfortunate that the photo part is no longer there. read more

If this review has half star, I will definitely give them half star, really bad and upset shopping experience! I will not recommend and will not go there again! Today I shopped with my mom's membership card, the cashier said I can't buy anything unless my mom is here with me because the card is belongs to my mom, but I used to do that too, every time they let me buy why this time can't? We will not continue to buy their membership card next year!! Bj is much better! read more

What a rude encounter I had with the cashier Jen this past weekend. A friend and I stopped in for a few things and decided to share a cart. We both had separate memberships and went to check out. We separated our purchases with the plastic divider, and both had our separate membership cards in hand. We noticed that when she got to the end of my purchase, she quickly removed the separator and continued scanning the items that my friend was purchasing. We politely mentioned that these were separate purchases. She rudely snapped back "then you should've had your membership card on the belt". No apology, no remorse, just condescendingly talking down to us because we didn't do it her way. This lady needs to go back to customer service 101 and is not the way I expect to be treated at a place like a Costco. read more

They are all defrauders. I order solid hardwood flooring for my 12*13 living room. But they installed engineered flooring for me and charge $2,700 dollars. If To replace the engineered floor with solid hardwood will add the other $1,900 dollars on top. Total cost $4,600 dollars for such size room was a joke, It isn't? They are not trustworthy and don't deal with them. Because complaint it never ever work. read more

Most amazing store in the world. It big support for big family with small budget. Products always fresh, and nice stuff on location.

We changed the tires for our car on October 3. Before the tires changed, our car is in good condition and no strange sound in our car. No tire sensor light on. We have the witness who went to buy things in Costco sat in our car. But after the tires changed, when we drove home, strange sound (pengpengpeng) occurred. Tire sensor light on. We drove back to Costco at once. Costco workers asked us to go to repair shop to repair our car and keep the receipt. We repaired our car and told Costco Customer service. The repair man said the wheels would fly out of the connection axle. Very dangerous!! But on October 13, Costco claim department told us Costco will not pay the repair fee. We are angry. They know there is something wrong after the tires changed, But they still asked us to drive to repair shop. They don't care about the customers'' life. And we have witness. Our car is in good condition. Also we registered our car on August 13th. We have a check. The damages occurred after tires changed at once. The damaged parts are connection axles between wheels and brake systems and tire sensor light. They are all relevant to the process of changing tires. If they are bad before tires changed, why no sound, no light? And why the operators can't see the damage and change the tires for us? The operators drove our car to their shop, if there is damage (sound and light), why they still changed the tires for us? All proved that our car is in good condition before tires changed. Costco need to pay the repair fee for us! On October 17th. The three tire sensors changed. Costco didn't pay for it. But until now Costco is still not responsible for this. Costco rejects to pay the repair fee. Don't buy the tires and change tires in Costco. Waste time and money and be dangerous for our lives. read more

This Costco store has a lot of Asian products than the other store which is the best part I like about it, but the worst part I didn't like about is that they don't have their gas station which they should have at this store because there are so many people here and also they have a Hugh parking lot outside which no one park by the entrance of the parking lot so they should build a gas station around there. And another thing is that one of their employees are so rude and strict, I went to the self check out line and I already have everything scan and ready to put my stuff back to my shopping cart, when I scan my stuff the cart was at the right side of the scanner machine, but after you scan your stuff you will need to put all your stuff to the left side where there a huge spot you needed to put your stuff each item after you scan. So when I was done scanning everything I pull the cart to the left side so I can easily put my stuff back to the cart but this employee keeps pulling my cart back to the other side where it was when I was start scanning my stuff so which I need to carry my stuff all the way to the other side and some items are heavy. So I told him can you please carry my stuff to my cart and he ignore me. read more

Wonderful place Costco. I love Costco. I love the food court- hot dogs and pizza for super cheap. Great selection. Costco is the winner! read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Costco. This review is strictly for their cafe. The cafe is extremely unsanitary. I hate the straw dispensers. Straws are unwrapped, and you have to press down on the dispenser for a straw to come out. Problem is, a million people probably touch the dispenser, and your straw lands on their area everyone touches. The tables are always messy with food. I never see anyone cleaning the tables. When I put mustard on my hot dog, the dispenser was so close to my hot dog, it was almost touching it. The condiment dispensers are also unsanitary, and there's little space to put condiments on your food. When I went to get a drink, there was soda all over the table by the soda machines. read more

I had a horrible experience yesterday June 3rd 2020, at the Everett Costco. Up until today I have encountered nice professional people there. Today I encountered Shane. Shane might have had a bad day, but he should always put his personal troubles behind, as he serves the public, and his actions and demeanor reflect poorly on Costco. I was treated poorly, and I felt bad for my son who was there with me. I was asked for ID, but he asked for my son for an ID as well. I don't think an ID is needed when you are not the one buying liquor. I buy it for my own personal use, and the presence of my son is not relevant to the purchase I am making. I was angry, and still am. Shame on Shane, no pun intended, for his poor customer service skills. You should let him know that he is not the one allowing me to shop there, but rather I am in charge of my spending dollars, and there are 100 places between Costco and my house, and I chose Costco. He works because of all us customers. I am doing Costco a favor by shopping there, not the other way around. He definately needs help, and sensitivity training. No one should be made feel this way. read more

Leaving me alone in this place...is generally a bad idea. No, seriously. I don't know if it is the free samples, wholesale aspect of life, rows and rows of on sale electronics or the corporate world sucking out my soul. I love Costco. Not only do I love it. But I begged my mother to add me to my family's business account. Strawberries in bulk? Yes please. 24 glasses for 19.99? Yes please. A magic bullet blender? Yes please. The latest "Caroline Herrera perfume for 1/3 of the price? Yes PLEASE. I tend to be one of those that stalks up on everything I like and then has to weed out what I don't want/can't afford. By the time I leave, I realize I really "needed" a lot more than I thought I did. My experience at this Costco has been pretty decent. Nothing overly cordial, but I guess you can't really expect that from a warehouse... read more

Worst Costco ever!! Never go here. Clueless and inattentive staff, poorly stocked shelves, only Costco in Metro Boston that doesn't sell beer, wine, or liquor! read more

Love it. Love their staff. Store is clean, well organized and the prices - delightful. I must say that sadly once in a while you get some jerk passing out free treats (those folks work for the companies providing the samples, not the store) who seem a little passive/aggressive or just downright unhappy to be there. They make you "pay" for the "freebie" with attitude, sometimes so watch out. read more

I hate shopping here. The hours are inconvenient, the place is always clogged with people with their ENORMOUS carts, the checkout lines are always long, and the security stop after checkout is a ridiculous waste of time. What am I going to steal between the checkout and the door? The aisles aren't labelled, and it's annoying to get here whether you're merging across three lanes on Route 16 (or ending up in Chelsea, which is the first place you can take a left turn if you miss your exit), biking, or walking from the Wellington T. But if you're not in a car, you're probably not buying enough to make your membership worthwhile, and it's not easy to fit many giant Costco-sized items in a backpack such that you could actually take them with you anyway. I tried that once; I got comments from the staff that I was the person with the smallest load all day, and then had to open my bag to get past the security checkpoint. From now on, I'm going to walk or bike to my local 24-hour Shaw's, which will be much better for my health and peace of mind. read more

The day before classes started, I borrowed a zipcar and drove my way over to restock my refrigerator and pantry. I'm trying to experiment and see if I can possibly lower my monthly food cost. So although I spent over $100, I bought: 3lb of bananas, grapes, frozen dumplings, smoked salmon, paper towels, 1 gallon of pickles, two large packs of individually packaged yogurt, ten cans of soup, tons of tuna, 48 pack of granola bars, eggs, and oranges. Yes the bill was kind of high but my goal is to only go grocery shopping once a month to save time and also see if it's possible to live on a tight grocery bill of around $150 - $180 per month while eating well. Although costco is a great place to stock up on big items, you still have to go to your local grocery store to buy the other odds and ends so you can actually make a meal out of things. I went on a Monday so it was really quiet. The people giving out the samples almost looked as if they were the last residents of an abandoned ghost town. People raved about their cheap hot dogs but when you're renting a zip car, every min counts and so I didn't make a stop. I probably will next time. Oh and in case you're an aspiring new member: 1) This location takes AMEX, debit cards, checks, and cash for payments. 2) Membership is $55 a year and you can get two cards for household members (but they do check whether you are living in the same place) 3) Only members can buy gift cards but if you have a gift card, this gets you into costco for free so if I'm not feeling Costco this time next year, I might buy a ton of gift cards and cancel the costco. 4) You can apply for membership online or at the store. read more

I'm falling in love with this place. Awesome deals, happy employees, what's not to love. I originally signed up in order to get the tire service. I would definitely recommend this Costco. read more

10,000 pack garbage bags. 200 roll extra mushy toilet paper. 400-pack apples. Family pack of LCD TVs... Family pack of condoms, for that matter! These are all things you can buy at Costco, at prices cheaper than anywhere else, and a return policy so good that it makes you feel all dirty inside. There's just no excuse not to shop here.. in fact, if I think hard -- the only reason I can see for not doing your shopping at Costco.. you've traded your car for a horse and it's out of gasoline. I am writing to review a specific service from Costco--bulk flowers. and specifically the manager-Petko. We got flowers here for our wedding. and they vastly exceeded expectations. The flowers were about 1/4 of the price of formal flower shops (and even cheaper than making bulk orders from the internet) and came on time and looked great (we arranged ourselves). We were accidentally overcharged at the register but Petko fixed everything for us with one phone call. I can't recommend him enough. read more
