People who shop at this location tend to be careless and leave them open. I've noticed that my eggs and milk are less fresh or spoil quicker than when I shop at other locations. I just went there today and there were pallets of milk and cream sitting out for God knows how long. They were sitting there when I arrived and were still there when I left an hour later! A considerable amount of the produce will be spoiled. For example, it takes a while to find a carton or strawberries that isn't moldy. Also, the printer at the Online Pick Up station broke almost a year ago and they STILL haven't replaced it. So the employee has to walk over to the service counter desk to get your receipt. The fact that they haven't replaced the printer over that long period of time is an indicator of how this BJ's is operating. The cart return is usually overflowing as well.
