Prepare for your time to be wasted. I am writing this review because of the encounter I've had with the rude receptionist in the vision center. I recieved a text that my contacts were ready for pick up, I go try to pick them up and she pretty much hands me the contacts and almost sends me on my way. When I mention that I'm supposed to recieve some training because I've never worn contacts and that I've already paid for (training). She continues to say that I need to schedule that . I am overall frustrated because I never recieved the original phone call for anything stating this or no one had mentioned this prior to this encounter. Holy crowd! Thought it was going to be a lot less crowded, but it seems like customers from both MoVal, Lake Elsinore, and Temecula decided to start shopping at this location. It was so packed, that I had to leave my cart at the end of the aisle just to get around everyone to retrieve my items. Sad to say that some of my regular items weren't in stock either. Now about that gas station! I was more excited about that than anything... that is until I saw the layout. Seems like the line is made to go out into the street! Staff seemed as to be more interested in standing in the isles than working. Two times staff were causing congestion in the isles because they stood in the way talking. Person running the checkout was fast and courteous but personal loading the cart acted as if customers were a bother. Building is poorly laid out and lacks the ability to get in, grab your stuff and get out. Food court inside the building adds to congestion. Also, the tire shop opens into the food court so you smell tires while you eat. I'll keep going to the Temecula Costco. read more

This Costco is on the smaller side for me and doesn't have as much product as other locations, but they have the main staples. The parking lot that I see people complaining about is on trend with Murrieta's infrastructure, nothing makes sense lol. The tire Center is awesome. The customer service that I dealt with there was great. Shot out to Charles, Angel, and Ray. I also like that I can enter from the exit to go to the Tire Center unlike Sam's Club who makes you go through the entrance and walk all the way around to the exit where the Tire Center is. read more

I love going to Costco. Bargain prices. So many things to choose from. I leave with a full basket almost every time. They have a bag of meatballs that are so tasty. Their eggs are the best price around... especially now that eggs are priced like they're from a golden goose. I can't really complain about the fact that there are so many people that shop there at just about any time of the day they are open. It's "gridlocked" . Staff is super friendly and so helpful and quick at checkout. Food court is outside the facility so that's a plus for me. It beats shopping at non-member places. Not being snobby or bougie. But this place has gotten better the staff is always so helpful and friendly even though the costumer can be rude. The food court is the only down fall on where it's placed, you go from checking out then to having to battle all the people standing there waiting for there food. I always need help lifting cases of tea in glass bottles. Someone is always easy to find and happy to help. This Costco is great!!! It's easy to find a place to park. It's clean. The workers are friendly. And, the check out lines are always short. The workers even help with the self check out to keep things moving along. The selection is great because it is well stocked. I would recommend this Costco! read more

Today was the grand opening, I expected it to be a madhouse...it was hi we the madness was more on the customers side. Cutting in line for the samples and just not be courteous of others. So now you have to wait in a huge line to enter because of their new scanner and I can no longer send my kid in to get some stuff and he can no longer go for lunch, you sit in a huge line at the gas pumps, you sit in a huge line to check out and you waited a huge line to exit the building. I think this Costco is great and way less crowded than Temecula. I've always had GREAT customer service here. Ive been coming to this costco since they opened, limes are always dry and avocados are always too hard, once they look/feel ripe, they're black on the inside, like they freeze them to store and keep longer. I no longer buy limes or avocado at costco. My favorite items happen to sell out too soon, I sometimes make 3 visits, thats when i'll find them again. They need to stock up more frequent. read more

I needed to go to this location specifically because they had a pair of earrings that I wanted. When I went on yelp to get directions, I saw the reviews were poor, overall on average. When I looked at individual reviews, I was curious what my experience would be. But I was also surprised to see this, because Costco overall has been a very positive experience for me. My experience from walking in to checking out, was exceptional. In fact, I had to make a return of earrings before purchasing the new ones. The Costco employee which happen to be a female at the return counter loved jewelry also. We started a conversation and she showed me that a certain pair of earrings were on sale for the holidays. She pulled the catalog and showed them to me. My interest initially was in a different pair. I actually ended up buying the promotional pair on sale and love them. Even the person helping me at the jewelry counter and the manager because it was a high-end piece Initially, I wanted to look at, we're exceptional. I loved this location. I loved how friendly everyone was to me. I wanted to confirm where the bathrooms were and they were in the usual Costco location but the person was very helpful to answer my question. I have no agenda. Just telling you that my experience was very good. And I would go back here in a heartbeat.
