Great pizza loved this location especially before the older gentleman started working there. Haven't caught his name quite yet but every time I've gone in and he's there I've gotten nothing but some of the worst customer service from him. I get having a bad day but literally every single time... He's just a straight ass hat It's repulsive and I'm realllyyyy starting to sadly not ever want to come back until he's gone... :( Hope he can figure out how to put the bullshit aside and put his job first when he's on the clock. The first bite into this pizza was awesomeness. The crust was crispy and crunch. Great crust and the extra cheese on top make it taste so good even through I don't like cheese that much. It was free with the home made drip sauce.. creamy and light that bring out the favor of the crust. Great find while waiting to pick up my niece somewhere in Denver. Love Cosmos. Don't know the manager guy who runs it at night but I've been sitting at the counter for a couple years and he's affable/friendly, and makes a killer pizza. And while slices are pretty good: a fresh one MY WAY (anchovies and extra mozz) is unbeatable in Denver. read more

This place is the best, their spicy ranch is amazing. I ordered a pizza for pick up, I was told it was a 25 minute wait. After arriving at the quoted time I paid for my pizza and was told it wasn't ready yet. I continued to wait for another 30 minutes and went to ask and they had lost my ticket and the pizza hadn't even been started. I was very disappointed in the service here and when my pizza was finally ready they said they gave me a jar or ranch for free but didn't give me the ranch cups that I paid for so it wasn't really getting anything. I order cosmos all the time as i used to live in Boulder. I recently moved to Denver and this is by far their worst location. Staff is always incredibly rude and appears very poorly managed. Orders are also never ready on time, and have waited 45+ minutes for orders just to be told it's been sitting on the top of the oven the entire time. We had this last night because everyone was "Ooohing & aaahing"with their reviews and there was an exposé on TV about Cosmos. Eh. Not so much! We picked up the pizza & it was tepid; not even close to warm. It was definitely lacking seasoning & flavor & sauce. It looked good, but not very tasty. We ordered from Cosmo's Pizza at 11:12am today. We were quoted by the manager that our pizza would arrive within 45-60 mins and now it has been over ONE HOUR AND HALF. This is completely unacceptable and WILL NOT order from Cosmo's Pizza again. You should think about ordering from Cosmo's Pizza before you do... Food was cold. My friend and I got into Denver about midnight and was recommended this place by the hotel staff. I don't usually get calzones but figured I would try something a little better this time. My friend got pepperoni and mozzarella while I got the veggie calzone. Delivery was really fast, got there in about 30 minutes. We couldn't believe how huge these calzones where! Probably about 3 pounds each! They were perfectly cooked though. The dough was still warm and fluffy and the inside had the perfect amount of toppings. Next time we will have to share one. read more

I placed an order online early for two pizzas for our office lunch. The confirmation said our Pizza would be done at 11:30. I go into the restaurant at 11:35. The girl at the front taking my money really acted like she did not want to be here. I paid, and then she just started checking out the next person and didn't even look for my pizzas. When I ask her if they were ready, They haven't even started making the pizza and told me it would be another half hour. When I told them that's unacceptable because my staff only gets lunch from 12 to 1230, they basically told me that I could wait or they could give me my money back. When I asked to speak to the manager, he didn't come and talk to me. He continued to make pizzas. He did say to me that they are busy and all he could do was give me my money back or I could wait. He was very nonchalant and rude. He was Not apologetic at all and when I asked if they could go ahead and start making my pizzas now, one of the other staff members said it's in rotation to be made they wouldn't even, try to make it right knowing I was upset. The manager said that their general manager will be in tomorrow if you wanted talk to him shrugged his shoulders!!! Very very unprofessional place and I'm very disappointed. This was my first impression as I've never been to this pizza place before and I do not think that I will be coming again. I don't usually write reviews because I'm a very patient person but this was way out of line. I manage an office in a medical practice and I would never treat my patients the way that I felt treated today by their staff. I did end up waiting because I had no other choice as we had not ordered anything else and by the time I got somewhere else to order and they make the food, my staff's lunch would've been over. Cosmos is definitely one of those places I've gone to during my college years and it brings back beautiful memories of my drunken nights out with my girls after hitting up a bunch of house parties lol. Anyways, besides feeding drunk, high, hungry college students, Cosmos feeds normal adults who are on their lunch break looking for something delicious. The pizza slices are big and reminiscent of New York style pizza and it's very cheesy and oily, like the way I like it! I've always wanted to try Cosmo's, but never pulled the trigger until tonight. My friend told me they sell by the slice, figured it would be easy to try. Very happy I did. The slices like everyone mentions are HUGE, literally the size of your head. I ordered the pepperoni and spinach with artichoke hearts. Less than 5 mins later they were warmed up and ready to go. I've came here for years- this is my favorite late night food stop and the people are amazing! However, one older, caucasian man aggressively yelled at my friends and I when we were trying to clear our wallets and phones off of the pizza bar so he could set our slices down. Honestly, I love a good crust and customizable pizza and that's what Cosmo's offers - IMO. I think pizza can be hit or miss based on your preference, but Cosmo's is definitely on my list of rotating by the slice. Parking is easy, street and lot. Now this is what I'm talking about! Fast, friendly service and just as importantly, great pies! I had a slice of pepperoni with extra pepperoni. Great taste and not too much sauce. Also not greasy (most places I must take napkins to soak up the grease from the cheese and pepperoni but not here). I ate at the counter in order to watch them make the pies and also cater to the walk in customers - I am impressed. I've eaten food from this place for a couple years now and it's pretty good, but their customer service can be atrocious. Tonight we ordered a supreme with gluten free crust and after it arrived I called back to ask if the sausage is gluten free. The guy who answered didn't seem to know what gluten is (which happens, it's fine) but was extremely condescending and swore that it was just protein..
