Since this is the only Kosher pizza option it's good that the pizza is solid. It is more expensive than other options as ingredients do cost more. Overpriced pizza that's not really NY style pizza. We spent 12 or 13 dollars on 2 slices of pizza that was just sub par with the crust tasting crackery and the sauce pretty stale. I've had some of the best pizzas in NYC and other joints here in Denver that are more NY style with better cheeses and sauces. The pizza is just too expensive for what you get. One redeeming factor is that their meatless options and meatless sausages are actually good. The pizza here was pretty good. There were high chairs blocking the bathroom door which seems like a safety hazard.

Large portion, quickly made and very tasty. After leaving the nearby King Soopers, we wanted a quick lunch to go. We were really pleased to see that they had other offerings in addition to pizza! I had a wrap with feta cheese, lettuce, onions (and I think olives). Everything was fresh; lettuce was crunchy and plentiful, the feta cheese creamy and tasty. The wrap was also very fresh. You want a good pizza made fresh from order, this is the place! They have excellent choices for vegetarians. I love the anchovies, ripe olive, mushroom and onion pizza slices. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The crust is not too thick or too thin. The sauce is delicious. Just a note to newbies, this is a Kosher pizza joint, so don't expect any pork products or a meat and cheese mix. With this being said any negative reviews based on lack of choices should be considered null and void. read more

Pizza is excellent. Service is very good. Rest room is filthy. The sink and toilet look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. The trash bin is overflowing onto the floor. This place is great. I came with friends on a Sunday afternoon and spent over three hours here chatting and enjoying the pizza. The employees were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great. The bathroom was clean. Most importantly, the pizza was delish. We tried two different pizzas and both were fantastic. The crust was crisp and not soggy and it all tasted great. Don't expect to get meat on your pizza though, this place is kosher (yaaaas!) and vegetarian. I wish these guys were in my home town because I'd be a regular. The only thing that I would recommend changing would be the size of the paper cups they provide for water. Those things were teensy tiny and I must have had to walk back and forth from my table to the water dispenser 8 to 10 times while I was there. :-D What can I say? Pizza makes me thirsty! read more

What do you do when your new hairdresser hasn't any command for the English language and chops off your hair like a marine? Then upset as I was, couldn't find my car in the parking lot till I remembered I was driving my husband's car. Then my phone ran out of battery, and the new charger recently purchased wouldn't work. Went down to Brooklyn Pizza for some emotional eating. Your family might fight over the last piece so make sure everyone knows how many slices they are entitled to. At least you won't have to cook dinner. Although I missed an important call while balancing a large pizza box while trying to open my front door, it didn't matter anymore. One bite of Brooklyn pizza comforted my soul and fed my family. It's that good. Although beware of people offering you their unfinished pizzas. Jewish people don't like to waste food. While my son and I waited outside for our dinner to bake, another customer offered me his unfinished pizza. He was quite upset it would go to waste. SOOOO good!! We went in since I saw that they have vegan options and manager Jordyn (Not sure how to spell name based on pronunciation) was so welcoming and thoroughly explained the menu. We got the daiya cheese pizza with jalapenos and faux sausage along with a Oaxaca calzone and man it was amazing! He also gave us some zeppoles (italian doughnuts) since it was our first time there, which were uniquely delicious. Those were devoured. They only would sell me a cup even though they had a fountain drink machine with water. I felt like I rubbed them the wrong way. I saw one of the workers spit on slice. I ended up walking out. Brooklyn's pizza is my favorite!! I always order the very delicious Park Slope pizza- olive oil for sauce, white cheeses, garlic and Roma tomatoes. The magic is in the simplicity- a perfect mix of chewy, crunchy and creamy. I've never actually eaten pizza in New York, but this is my favorite New York style pizza in Denver. Ha! My other favorite Greek Salad is heavenly- no lettuce, just lots of fresh chopped vegetables, soft feta and the tastiest vinaigrette in the world. I've never actually eaten salad in Greece, but... I'm not a vegetarian, but it doesn't cross my mind that there isn't meat when I'm eating their pizza. read more

It's Kosher & vegetarian... and I would have loved a good sausage & bacon pizza slice. They have pepperoni, but it's veggie pepperoni. While we were waiting 4 customers came in to pick up orders and every single one of them was wrong. They had to remake a bunch of stuff and the owner was out on the floor apologizing for the mistakes. At one point my girlfriend turned and asked "Did we order it to-go?" I replied "Yes, but it's probably not going to be." Sure enough... they brought it out on plates for the table. read more
