Then, being a contractor I got the distinct feeling that waiting on me was an imposition. After setting everything in motion it still took no less than 3 emails to get my small order processed. The sale totaled less than $2000.00 so maybe small potatoes but come on, every sales leaves a sense of either remorse or satisfaction and in this case it was remorse. Product was shipped terribly on a single pallet like the leaning tower of Pissa and arrived damaged. Packed by some idiot in their Oregon warehouse. My recommendation, avoid them. This is the best quality, most gorgeous, and most unique tile you'll get anywhere. There's imported tile, there's ceramic, marble, porcelain, concrete, steel, glass, wood, and more. There's big tile, tiny tile, there's tile for bathrooms, tile for floors, tile for kitchens and backsplashes... It's tile heaven! But that's not all. There are also custom countertops, custom fixtures, faucets and and some accessories. If you have a big budget and you want to go all out on ensuring you have the most stunning bathroom, kitchen, entryway and beyond, this is the only place to shop. The service was great too. My mother and I were shopping and we were welcomed and greeted warmly but left to browse on our own for the most part. When we had questions we got great answers and advice and when we just wanted to look for ourselves we were left to spend as much time as we wanted just scoping the place out. I was giving suggestions on bathroom storage solutions and will absolutely be using help, advice, and services from Ann Sacks thanks to this visit. Seriously - even if you just want to admire this store and buy nothing at all, it's worth visiting.

I went out of my way to check out Seattle Interiors on Saturday- the Saturday after Black Friday. They were closed for the holiday! So, that was a complication, but I could see into their lovely showroom through the windows and I could see they had the faucets I wanted. So, I called just to check and boy was I glad I did- their price for the faucets was almost $200 less (each) than at Aurora Plumbing! I had some email back and forth sorting out the finish details and Mike was super helpful and pleasant, despite some stress on my part. They look like they've got a lovely selection of interesting designers. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to browse the showroom.

They did carry many of…read morethe items that we were interested in and were able to order ones that they did not have in stock. That said, there were several problems afterwards: * items that were told had not yet been delivered were cancelled, and we confirmed this with staff. We were then told afterwards that we would need to pay a restocking fee in addition to shipping back to the distributor. I asked to know the amount to help decide whether I should try to sell privately, though our phone call was ignored and we were charged said fees. * we were told that we would be charged as items arrived over several weeks. Instead we got a single surprise $10K+ charge on the credit card, and most things still have not yet arrived. The staff still has not yet answered emails or returned calls with our questions about this transaction. * the amount that was charged to our credit card was several hundred dollars more than the receipt. We still do not understand why this happened and whether or not it will be corrected. I can't say that I wouldn't go back, but I would go in understanding I would need to manage them very closely. They were not customer focused, though did have better overall prices for items that we ordered.

They go out of their way to help you get what you need. They have the selection and the knowledge that a lot of places don't, and their service can't be touched with a 10 foot pole! (I think they also stock 10 foot poles) If you're not a "pro" then this is absolutely the place you want to go. I get that some people will find it 'intimidating' compared to The Depot, but just go in and ask questions. If the first person you run into is busy, try asking another. If you think you might require a bit more personal attention, I would avoid going in the morning when all of the contractors are there to fill their orders. Afternoons can be a lot less hectic.
