They have a nice selection of higher end fixtures but the staff is not great. I am renovating one of my bathrooms (with future plans for two others) and came in to buy all the fixtures. I spent 25 minutes wandering the store and waiting to be helped (the two sales associates were talking with other customers) but nobody even greeted me. One of the associates was clearly just chatting, not making a sale, which made it more frustrating. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect with this place, but my designer recommended that I check it out to get an idea of what faucet and shower fixtures might be good alternatives for my bathroom remodel. I went in on a Saturday morning, fully expecting to just do some casual looking, but I was immediately greeted by Lynn, who asked about my project. She listened to what I was looking for and made some great recommendations to fine-tune and improve the direction my designer had suggested. She went above and beyond, pulling catalogs to do extra research and make meaningful suggestions, and she also managed to help other customers that came into the store while remaining fully attentive to my needs. Because of her engagement and good ideas, I kept expanding the scope of my questions, and I ended up discussing every element of my remodel with her. She took notes and followed up via email with a detailed bid and image book that I can share directly with my contractor. I was very impressed, and the experience was much more engaging, interactive, supportive and informative than I'd imagined it would be. read more

I went in once and was told that they carried heated towel bars, went back and the guy who tried to help me did have a clue, emailed me a quote later for 1,000. Went to this fancier place, got super attentive service, had a bunch of suggestions and the final price was sound 350. and I got exactly what I wanted. I really like this place. read more

Sometimes you find service that really stands out and that's what I found in my experience of working with Maryam on a bathroom remodel project. She was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We were working on two bathrooms and she walked us through their beautiful showroom connecting with ideas appropriate to our project and budget. Got some nice (and expensive) plumbing fixtures here, but the hand off to my general contractor (who sent me there) was sub-par. Chose a really cool Franke chef sink with all the integrated parts, but they don't work with how the countertop was cut (same as in the showroom). Talked like I would be taken care of but no action after a year of back-and-forth, finger pointing, and wasted time - I still have no accessories for my sink and I may as well have gotten something more basic. Go to Kohler - or Costco for that matter. read more

I came into the store today with a lot of questions as a certified newbie to the fixture world as part of my preliminary due diligence for some work ahead.  Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Ashley and she took the time to understand my fixture needs, show me around, and explain terms and concepts to me in ways that I could grock (no small feat).  It was also so cool to see the collaboration between Ashley and Lori as they both seamlessly assisted throughout our conversation -- it was really impressive, and wow do they know their stuff.   I came to your store first because of the great yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed!  I'm sure you know this already, but you've got an incredible sales team with Ashley and Lori.  They're rock stars in my book." read more

I waver between 2.5 and 3, though either is pretty generous. I'd been in several times before our bathroom remodel. Each and every time I was completely ignored by the sales staff which I then translated into, "Oh, look how lucky I am to have the whole place to myself and not be dogged by eager salesfolk." I'm delusional like that. So when it was time to order, I decided to save myself the frustration by handling it all over the phone. This approach had its plusses and minuses, to be sure. We did test out the bathtub we wanted (a dry sit, if you will), and so I knew what model I wanted to order. That part seemed to go smoothly, and I ordered the rough-ins that went with that tub as well as the shower door that "was the one that went with that tub." Well, now I know that's a crock b/c you can put almost any shower door for a tub. Then there was a slight correction b/c the first one wasn't really the "one" that went with that tub. More on that later. We had the tub on our front porch for at least a week before my contractor tells me that we should have ordered one two inches narrower. Our bathroom is really small so two inches is a big deal. Fine, I call to have the bathtub switched out, and I check out the new model online and all seems good. When the new bathtub arrived, my contractor called me to say, "You're gonna want to send this back." Why? Because it's only 17" tall, something they failed to mention to me on the phone. Measure 17" right now and see how shallow that is! Crazy. So you can see where this is going. I called to get the old bathtub back, and this is when they decided to charge me for delivery. Whatever. It's a remodel. I expected crap like that. And I hope to never have to go through this again. Meanwhile, the "correct" shower door had been hanging out in its box in our hall FOREVER. When my contractor finally installed it, I come home to find the World's cheapest, flimsiest shower doors EVER! It doesn't have a track along the bottom so the glass doors swing into the bathtub unless completely closed. Ridiculous. Fixture Gallery did come back with a replacement solution when I complained, but I really wasn't in the mood to spend another $500 (that's what shower doors cost people, even crappy ones). It looks nice if you squint, and we just hope we aren't cut to ribbons some day. So that's the long and short of it. If I never have to darken their doorstep again I'll be a happy gal. read more

I am not able to review the products they provide, as I didn't end up buying a sink here (mine had to match exactly another one in my apartment and it was so junky-cheap and basic they didn't carry it). However the fellow who helped me led me to find the right sink and really saved my neck!! He was polite on the phone and I went in to see what they had; then upon realizing they didn't have it, he was SO KIND and went through several ideas of where I might find the right one, and he even made a phone call to a provider to ask further. He not only found the place I needed to go, he then warned me about the traffic that afternoon (apparently baseball madness around the stadium area in the city - and he wasn't kidding, it was carmageddon that day) which led me there just in time to pick up my sink before the place closed for the day. Time was of the essence getting this project done and he made it happen for me - I really wouldn't have had a clue where to go without him! Terrific beyond-call-of-duty service, THANKS SO MUCH SIR! Beautiful fixtures but I decided not purchase here. I understand supply chain issues are real and demand is high, but I left this place feeling like they just don't want my business. I really wanted to shop locally and this place was recommended by my plumber (who we love) but after trying to work with them for 3 months I give up. The first appointment I had, I was accidentally left off the books and second one (where we basically started over) I felt like I was being hurried out the door. After picking everything I wanted to buy and sending multiple follow ups so I could spend my money here, I still can't get them to send me a style book so I can actually place an order. read more

Went through a major Broadview remodel which included all new fixtures in kitchen & master bath. The team at Fixture Gallery were sooo awesome to work with. Ashley began the journey with me, and never tired of my endless questions providing options at different price points. When most of the items ordered came in, Brian made sure that I didn't need to make a trip to the Ballard warehouse, and was kind enough to pick up my order with other Fixture Gallery items he was picking up. That saved me time, which we all know is invaluable. And then post-remodel, experienced a 'glitch' in master bath sink faucet. Courtney to the rescue! Handled with professionalism, timeliness, and offer of a free replacement. All good now, and I love all my fixtures and constantly receive so many compliments on them. Thank you Fixture Gallery. What a life-saver. I came here with a broken fixture and in need of some replacement parts. My boss couldn't remember where she'd bought it and stopping in at a more local place proved worthless. These people were fantastic in making the right calls to get me the parts that I needed and having them shipped directly to my boss' house. I visited the Fixture Gallery looking for a bathroom vanity. The showroom is fairly small, but a good variety of items were on display. My complaint with this showroom is the staff. I was "helped" by a woman who could not have seemed more disinterested in my needs or unhappy to be roused from her desk. I tried to ask questions, she just pointed to the photos in the manufacturer books, without even listening to what I was saying. When I asked for her card, she gave me her coworkers and said "I won't be here" - maybe that means she's moving on to something that might excite her a little more? Gosh I hope so. I might order from here as they have a product in stock I can't find anywhere else, but they should work on their customer service. read more

I was shopping for two American Standard bathroom sinks and miscellaneous associated fixtures. I had actually purchased these items from another store on Stone Way just south of the fixture gallery. The items were promised to be at the store in a week. In one week I showed up and found the items were not even ordered. The estimated date was now 4 to 6 weeks. What? I had them cancel the orders and refund my money. I went to the fixture gallery with my same shopping list and found Katie Doyle to be very helpful. The store itself is very nice with a lot of products on display. I purchased the items on Saturday. The first sink was delivered (for free) to my door on Monday. Nice! My second sink will arrive in a few more days as it is shipping from one of their other stores. A few other miscellaneous items were backordered. What made the difference? They did their job. I was treated like a valued customer and given real delivery dates. The level of customer service was far better than what I had experienced. Thanks Katie! read more

Honestly, the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sold us a sink from the showroom, and a faucet from the same brand from a catalogue on the same visit. The faucet is a coiled design, with a coil wrapping around the cord. It is designed to look like, and is marketed as an extendable faucet. Their salesperson said nothing about the faucet's inability to extend. When I called them to get a replacement they told me that they were sorry that my particular salesperson was new and didn't know all the products. They would not take it back because it was installed. They assure me they changed their future training for salespeople to avoid making that mistake in the future, but they were happy to have me eat the cost of that faucet for their mistake. Took it all the way to corporate, and contacted BBB. The store manager, Courtney, actually laughed at me, several times when I contacted her, and the company declined to respond to the BBB. The company just doesn't care. Do yourself a favor. Avoid! read more

This place is great. Found it while in the midst of 2 bathroom remodels. Mike helped us and was so womderful to work with. He was very honest and assisted us in finding faucets, sinks and toilets that were all in our price range. They have working bathrooms, toilets, shower heads and faucets so you can test drive before you buy. Mike's follow up and the delivery of the fixtures were flawless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone remodeling a bathroom or kitchen. Very cool store!! read more

I am unable tell you about their products because I was not even welcomed into the store. I was referred to The Fixture Gallery by my contractor and I hustled to get there before closing, just wanting to run through quickly to determine whether I wanted to make an appt. I walked in with my family today at 3:50pm, knowing that 10 minutes was more than enough time to see what I needed to in order to determine whether I would come back. We could have been out in 2. The moment we walked in, a woman jumped up and said that the store was closed. I was very aware of the time and asked if it was 4pm. She looked at her watch, which must have been 10 minutes fast because she said that it was. There was no greeting, no, "so sorry, we are just about to close, but would love to see you back another time." She was literally pushing us out of the store and locking the door behind us. I know because I came back to give her my feedback and the door was locked (still before 4pm). When I knocked, she ignored me the first time. I had to knock again before she would open. She had the opportunity to turn the situation around at that point, but continued to show that we were not welcome by ignoring me. You only have one chance to make a first impression...ours wasn't a very positive one. I hope she finds resolution to whatever makes her unhappy in life as it sounds like we aren't the only potential customers who have been treated this way. read more

I impulsively wrote a negative view earlier and have shifted my position considerably, having returned and given this supply store a second chance because they were one of the few places in Seattle that carried the product line I wanted. The second try the service has been excellent and so far communication has been swift and kind. Businesses and staff people all have off days. Sometimes you have to soften your frustration, and say mea culpa (my bad) on Yelp, and this is one of those times. read more

I recently visited the Greenwood store looking for bathroom vanities. The customer service was horrible. No greeting despite several staff in the store, none involved face to face with a customer, and only two staff on the phone. After several minutes I finally got the attention of someone on the staff, but when he found out that I was not sent by a contractor but instead researched the store on my own as a designated supplier for a cabinet brand I wanted, he had no time for me. He said he had phone calls to make, and he did not offer to summon any of the other available staff for me. I asked if I could look at a catalog for the brand I wanted, which he provided. I spent about 15 minutes or more browsing the catalog to give one of the several staff an opportunity to help me. No one offered. Clearly they are only interested in contractor referrals and if you are not attached to a contractor, they are not interested in your business or money. After my long perusal of a catalog I found the exact item I wanted and still no offer of help. I decided to leave to find one of the other showrooms listed as a supplier for the cabinet brand I want. As I walked out the door one of the other staff who had heretofore ignored me offered a half-hearted "can I help you?" No thanks - taking my business elsewhere. I suspect if you are working through one of their favored contractors you might have a very favorable experience, but they are not interested in any other customers. read more

we bought a bathroom faucet at one of the big box stores (home depot) a few months ago. one of the faucets completely broke within a couple month and home depot had no idea how to identify which brand we bought, even though we brought the malfunctioning part in. just by chance, i dropped into The Fixture Gallery and Mike Woolson spent 45 minutes with me looking at the picture i had taken with my cellphone (i had showed the pictures to home depot also). he called american standard in ohio and they mailed me the malfunctioning part which i received in the mail three days later. I asked Mike how much i owed him and he looked at me uncomprehendingly and said of course there was no charge. this was after 45 minutes of hunting thru a number of websites for this tiny part. thank you Mike for your excellent customer service. any other plumbing needs i have, i'm going right back to the FixtureGallery. read more
