The worst staff you will come across. The 30 day return policy is totally unrealistic especially when you have to order custom goods in time to make sure they are onsite for your contractor. Charlie, the sales manager told me I was "assaulting him" when I called him out for selling the slab that we had reserved behind our backs. Of course I was upset, the slab we spent hours choosing was gone because of him and his little cronie Casey. But it certainly wasn't "assault." As a woman, who's actually been assaulted many times I find this DEEPLY offensive. I'm so livid I don't really know what to say except please, if you have any respect for women or yourself, bring your business elsewhere. I'm disgusted. Customer service is non existent at this location. We had a sample of tile and just wanted to know if there was anything comparable in the store. We saw five employees on the floor, three of which were sitting at the front entrance. Not one person greeted or acknowledged us until we finally approached the woman at the front to ask if they carried what were looking for. Without getting up from her seat, the woman who seemed annoyed at our very presence waved in a couple directions where we could look, but said they probably didn't carry it. No offering to help us look or any questions about our project. I suppose they don't really want our business so we will move on to a company that does. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in quite awhile. I highly recommend some additional customer service training for those dealing with customers, or maybe they should be seated in the back of the store. After weeks of searching for the right marble slab for our condo project, we found everything we needed at Bedrosians. There are other marble showrooms in Seattle with slightly larger inventory, but Bedrosians feels curated. They have a beautiful selection of quality pieces displayed in such a way that you can clearly see the whole slab. Add to this the outstanding customer service of Amanda Huntley. Amanda is extremely helpful, both design-wise and emotionally. She has a great eye and sense of style and is incredibly patient and cheerful. Once we chose our marble, Amanda also led us to the perfect coordinating tile and grout. This was a big purchase for us, so we wanted to make sure we REALLY loved our slab. I have been a professional in the stone industry for 16 years, and everyone knows that Bedrosians (aka OTM) has good product, not everyone knows they have the best sales reps (and if the sales rep is terrible who cares how good the product is!) For the last (Has it been?) 8-9 years I have been working with John Randall. He was at the Portland location, and then relocated to Seattle. Every single time I have needed something, he has been available, he knows the product, he knows the stock, he knows the policy, he is consistent, he is friendly, has excellent customer service, and can get anything done. Don't order this tile from Kent. The woman at the front desk was terrible. I ran out of tile and was in urgent need of more. I told the woman this, and she never forwarded my order to the Portland office, where the tile was to be shipped from. This cost me a week and a half delay on my bathroom. She was super rude when I called to ask about it. Not a kind person. I will never go in that location again. read more

Highly recommend this place as the selection is great and the customer service is amazing. I came in on a whim after discovering it on Yelp. Was a little confused since they were recently bought by Oregon Tile and Marble and almost didn't come in thinking I went to the wrong place. Glad I did! The store manager Amanda was very helpful and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions. I was planning on installing a white cabinet and was insistent that I would get white tile to create a "clean look." She was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I asked her for her expert opinion and she suggested a silver tile from the Islands collection. However, we discovered that it was not readily in stock. She was able to suggest an alternative that was in-stock at the Kent location: The Matrix collection in Azul. And boy does it look sleek. The white cabinet I installed was nice, but the tile complemented it perfectly and turned my bathroom into exactly what I was looking for. The showroom is nice and stocked with a variety of samples. They don't sell to the public, so you will either have to ask your contractor to submit the purchase order or you can go through another tile company to purchase through them as well. Either way, you will not be disappointed. They have a warehouse in Kent, so as long as they have the tile in-stock, ordering and pickup is incredibly easy. Amanda was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I called her back a couple of times for assistance and she was always willing to help (and remembered my initial visit, which allowed her to provide alternative suggestions when we discovered that my tile was out-of-stock). You are better off going across the street to Michelangelo's across the street as they have about 15 rows and tons more to look at. What I liked about this place was how helpful the people were. With so much to choose from matching textures, colors, materials is very confusing especially if you do not know all that is available. I am looking to redo a bathroom and the staff here respected the fact that I was looking for function as well as looks. They advised me on what was porous, what was easy to clean, how to clean and seal as well as the cost. My plans are not yet final but I will be working with this store. I have looked at other places and the selection is great in most of them, but the patience of the staff here has sold me. read more

Mary at Bedrosians was so nice and helpful when we were looking for a specific granite material. She checked their incoming shipments and emailed me photos from the lot. We didn't end up buying this material from Bedrosians but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if they have the material you want. read more

Renee McKay is one of the designers here. She was very helpful to me in making tile and quartz selections for our new home. Not only was she helpful in-person at the store, but also very responsive via email. When I requested a sample of something, she was quick to get it shipped to my home right away. I can only give four stars, since I've never actually set foot in the store. I had to give some feedback after talking to them on the phone, though. I told them I didn't live in the area and already had a fabricator. I was just looking for advice, since my local fabricator is less experienced with soapstone. I was really impressed that despite the fact that he knew they wouldn't make a profit from me, the guy I spoke with was very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions very thoroughly, and even offered to help my fabricator over the phone if any more questions came up. It seems to me this is a mark of someone who is passionate about what they do, not just looking to make a buck. Lovely to be treated as a person rather than a large dollar sign! I wish more places were like this one :) read more
