It's the epitome of clutter - a bit unpleasant to navigate and there's a bit of a smell that made me not want to venture farther into the store. The front desk person was wearing headphones and didn't respond when I greeted him, through he finally noticed me and took them off to say good morning. I was curious about the Fiestaware colors they carried (if they had pre-86 Rose) since they appeared to carry retired items as well but didn't especially want to linger in the space. Overall, they could do with a strong air purifier and cutting down their shelved stock so it's more manageable to view.

They had some that were reasonable priced and some definitely on the higher end. Unfortunately we were traveling only with carry-one so we couldn't purchase any. But everyone who worked there seemed very knowledge and were quite helpful. We will be back with a check in suitcase next time!

My girlfriend is Polish so she took the opportunity to grab some Made-in-Poland products and send them home to her family. Ceramics are great. Soup mixes and other cooking mixes are awesome (and in Polish). Everything is a tad pricey but most of these items are imported straight from Poland and give you a sense of pride when you purchase them. A plus -- they accepted AMEX and shipped it tax-free to my home state NH.

She has a great eye and understanding of color and space. There are so many options in the showroom that you really can do all of your shopping and one to go. They have excellent resources to help you. The showroom has a parking garage which they validate if needed although many times there is no charge. There's plenty of street parking. And it's right next-door to Ferguson Plumbing- Where you can also see some of their work in that showroom as well

The warranty offered by this company has fallen far short (just one sentence) of what is necessary to provide adequate protection for your customers. Selling my condo so had to update both kitchen, bath and separate vanity cabinets and countertops…read more I went to all the usual companies for quotes (Sanyuan, GS, A1, Pius etc) and made a crazy spreadsheet comparing them. 1st Ave came in second cheapest (GS was the cheapest). I decided to go with 1st Ave because they were very responsive on the phone and email, and they were able to do the work faster than GS. I also really liked that the people at 1st Ave weren't pushy like at they were at some of the other companies. They came though with all they promised to do - called me when they were on the way to the job site, installed everything so all cabinets and drawers lined up and worked flawlessly, cut the quartz offsite and came back to install countertops, and cleaned up after themselves. I have been recommending them to friends and neighbours, and I would most definitely use them again.
