Here's what happened: * The first sectional was manufactured incorrectly. * The replacement was also manufactured incorrectly. * On the third attempt, I was notified before delivery that the sectional was gashed and missing components, so it could not be delivered. Three failed manufacturing attempts. More than a year. Still no completed order. I am out $12,000. I understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is how a company selling premium furniture can get the same custom order wrong twice and then have the third replacement arrive damaged and incomplete before it even reaches the customer. When someone spends over $12,000 on custom furniture, they expect quality, accountability, and customer service that matches the price. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.

I've found some ridiculously good deals there, including a Stanley Tucci pan and a matching KitchenAid mixer for nearly $150 off. Not only that, but the staff are super nice, helpful, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Shout out to Judith, who helped me and was especially awesome. I called this location to see if they had 7 of the Breville Sear & Press Grills in stock for me to pick up the next day. They told me they had 5. I said that was good and would work with another location for the rest. I worked with Kristen who was super helpful and kind. I told her I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to schlep all of these to/from the car, which is why I had placed the online order. She explained that after I went into the store and paid, their loading team would be able to load up my car. I received a call the next day from another rep that they got additional inventory and now had 7 total to save me a trip driving to another location. Yay! The day of pick up, the cashier and the three people at the loading dock were all friendly and helpful. They also rearranged my items in my trunk to make room for the grills without me having to ask. My team was excited to get their gift, as this was a business gift of gratitude. I'm glad I didn't have to change plans. Used the restroom which was clean and stocked. The store overall is well thought out and was organized and stocked, even though they were very busy. Their "line starts here" sign isn't clear. Saw several customers going to the counter which has 2 registers and an internal computer (which some clueless customers also thought was a register) instead of going to the start of the line which is 10 feet away from the registers.

My only negative (which doesn't effect their rating for me) is that the pick up process from their warehouse is annoying - they have one worker processing the pickups who was very unprofessional. nonetheless, can't wait to use them again.

We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth. I don't know about their past, but 2024 through the beginning of 2025 makes them a non-viable vendor. Consider others that will be responsive and prioritize your project.

I really liked the style of cabinets he was offering and really connected with him. I found Terence to be very hard working and honest. He really wanted to help me achieve the modern look I was aiming for. We connected and developed a great working relationship! I had quite a job for him, a kitchen, walk in pantry and 3 bathrooms that all needed cabinets. He was attentive to details and very responsive with communications in his emails and texts. Terence has so many years of experience behind him. He is so good in trouble shooting areas that might need a little help. He is also very hands on and did some of the install himself. He inspected every single cabinet and adjusted them where it was needed. Terence has a great attitude, happy and so easy to get along with. I really enjoyed working with Terence. I trusted his insight and judgement. I even would ask him for his opinion on decorating my home and he was so helpful with his design tips. I highly recommend Luna Kitchens and Bath if you are seeking a beautiful kitchen/bath outcome!
