We needed a piece of carpet pad after our portable A/C unit sprang a leak this summer and soaked our carpet all the way to the floorboards. We got a huge piece from Carpet Liquidators. We used a piece of it and gave the rest to a neighbor who needed it. It didn't cost much. I'd definitely return to this place to buy carpet or flooring. read more

Mike Murphy is why I return to Carpet Liquidators. I've purchased floor coverings at this location numerous times for my rentals and personal home . Great service and inventory at competitive prices at this store. Mike Murphy is the primary reason I keep coming back. He is knowledgeable and listens to what I need. Mike shares the pros and cons of each product I'm considering---there is no "sales pitch". I'm confident referring friends and family. I know they'll be given excellent service. read more

Fast response time and they were able to schedule me quickly (which is amazing considering these busy times). To be clear, I used their "Shop@Home" experience, and I went into this knowing exactly what I wanted, so I skipped the actual showroom part. I asked for a specific carpet type/look and the sales agent brought me a few similar types to check out in-person. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Installation went great and I'm super happy with how it looks! I highly recommend Carpet Liquidators. Carpet: Native Component - Overcast read more

Had a great experience at Carpet Liquidators on Aurora! We stopped by on our way home one night, was given help right away...Picked a carpet, and floor underlay. Arranged for the install on the day that worked for us. The installer kept us up to date on how his day was going and even called to say he could be there a few hours early if it worked for us! Came, tore out the old carpet, put the new one in, looks great! read more

Lee was very helpful and easy to work with and got us the right product. The contractors who did the installation were super (Hannibal and Kimberly). They were very nice, very proficient and professional, and very fast. 3.5 hours to do the job and I must say that I didn't realize how much of a difference the new carpets would make. Really changed the whole look of the apartment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A really good experience. Pete Sher read more

I have used Carpet Liquidators twice for carpeting my condo apartment. The install for living room and one bedroom is done in less than 1 day. They do require payment up front but offer financing options. The second time I was able to arrange everything over the phone from out of town as they still had the measurements from the first install in the computer even though it had been a few years. Lee at the store was quick and efficient, and the installers had no qualms about moving my furniture. read more

Attentive and great customer service. Lee is knowledgeable and provided recommendations to what I needed to replace my carpets. Location is clean and easy to find. Ample parking. Highly recommend. read more

i'm a realtor and use the North Seattle Carpet Liquidators location frequently to help my clients prepare their homes for the market. All the employees are friendly and knowledgable and responsive. there's always at least a couple of options available that work for the project and budget, and their installers have always done a great job. definitely recommend. read more

Overall, it was a good experience. The prices are very reasonable; the customer service was fine; and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The house looked great, and I had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend this store over any of the "big box" stores. read more

if I could give it less than one star I would! Do not ever let anyone from carpet liquidators install any floor for you! I had a floor installed from them and three months later they had to put a brand new one in for me and six months later, that one fell apart as well! Horrible workmanship from there! read more

Mike did a terrific job - the carpet and installation was flawless, he was immediately responsive and helpful, and the price was very fair (low!). I particularly appreciate how Mike worked with me with carpet choice and installation. Thank you! read more

Quality product at a great price. Conveniently scheduled installation was also high quality. Very happy customer!

Great service from this company. I used them twice already. Special thanks to John Ivey. He made sure my new carpet is intalled ontime.

My husband and I had a really great experience here. We own a one bedroom condo and the bedroom (only carpeted room) needed new carpet. Carpet Liquidators has a HUGE selection of remnant pieces of carpet that typically wouldn't accommodate several rooms, but when you only need it for one, it's perfect. There are some really nice really high end options for insanely low prices. Lewis Pardun was our guy from start to finish and he made the process so simple and painless. Sean came and measured for us ($50) and then a half an hour later we were in the store looking at remnants. You can also get standard roll carpet as well if you require more than one room. We found the perfect one, size and color, but it did not have a price tag. Lewis came to see the roll and put a price on it for us, and we were VERY happy with the cost. I have a feeling he was doing us a favor because it was far less expensive than even lowest end carpet from the big box stores up the street. Anyhow, he explained the cost breakdown for removal, disposal, and installation of the new carpet and pad, showed us the total and then took off the $50 measuring fee from that total! Great guy, great experience, highly recommend this spot. read more

We just bought flaky coconut carpet at Carpet liquidators! During these super stressful times where every home remodeling delivery or service is being delayed for months, we were able to get our carpet and have the install date set up literally the following week after picking it out - right near thanksgiving even! We are so happy to have found this place, remodeling a new home is stressful and Lewis made it super easy. Definitely a huge weight off our shoulders. I will be updating my review with photos of the new install. Thanks, carpet liquidators! read more

Overall a good experience. There was a sufficient number of carpets from which to find a suitable replacement for the area we wanted to do. Other than going into the store to look at the carpet and flooring selections, I did most everything else remotely by phone, text, or email. The removal and installation were well done and completed quickly. My only complaint is that when I provided my credit card for payment, I was charged the balance of the entire job prior to installation. That's not normal, and leaves the customer with nothing to retain if unsatisfied with the resulting product. read more

Lewis is one of the best sales consultants/store managers I've ever worked with. He even gave me a full history of where carpet came from. I've gotten quotes from quite a few places, carpet liquidators had the best price/flexible schedule. You can schedule for measurement within the week and demo/installation done within the month. I highly recommend the bitter lake location. The most friendly and knowledgeable staff in my opinion. read more

Lewis in the showroom was excellent to work with, he was very responsive and helpful. Lewis gets five stars. The installer, whose name I never got, however, was rude and disrespectful. My building is secured and the building rules prohibit propping the exterior doors open, so I arranged to have someone there to open the doors as needed while the work was done. The installer refused to have someone open the doors for him and threatened to leave unless he was allowed to prop the doors open or given keys to the property. I ended up deciding to give him the keys while he worked, but felt like I was in a no win situation. The installer gets zero stars. read more

Lee at Carpet Liquidators on Aurora Avenue and Ismael (installer) were fantastic! I called Lee because I wanted to install LVP in my place. Lee helped me chose the best product for my condo. He is very professional, attentive and always willing and ready to answer all my questions. The installation was easy to schedule and the floors were replaced in 2 days. Ismael did an amazing job. Thank you Lee and Ismael for the fantastic work!Highly recommended! read more

Came in looking for a remnant to go wall to wall in our bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find quite a good selection of pieces in our size. Lucked upon a very soft light beige piece that worked perfectly! Found out also that they contract with an edge binding service so our remnant looked like a beautiful giant area rug. Very low pressure sales. We were able to wander around looking at rugs without a salesman on our tail yacking in our ears about thread count & wear & blah, blah, blah. I would go back again if I needed another room size remnant. :) read more

They showed up on time and and did a professional job. High quality carpet and excellent customer service. I wish I had done this years ago!

After spending $2,300 to carpet our living room and stairs it all went downhill from there. The installers were almost two hours late and by the time they were done it was dark and we couldn't see anything wrong with the carpet, u til we woke up the next day and found drops of blood EVERYWHERE on our new carpet. During the install, one of the installers cut himself pretty bad and apparently didn't bandage himself up good enough and left drops of blood EVWRYWHERE! We also found blood on the outside of our house and a pile of leaves that were used to cover up a puddle of blood that our dog found. When I co ya yes to salesperson that day to inform him of what we were finding all I got was a sorry, no offer to send someone to professionally clean the carpet that was just installed! Talk about piss poor service! We will never use Carpet Liquidators again! read more

These guys are the best! So helpful and knowledgeable in what they do! Lewis is amazing and will definitely get you taken care of!

I have been a long time customer of Carpet Liquidators/Mike M. Mike has helped me with nearly 50 jobs for clients and just recently my home. He has never been anything but great. He has gone out of his way many times when time was of essence (even on his days off). He is my "go-to carpet guy" and I would highly recommend Mike and his associates. read more

Came in looking for a rug on Black Friday. These guys are very reasonable, friendly, and I'd call this an honorable business. This place is a big space, and there are plenty of carpet and flooring selections. There wasn't a big rug selection (maybe 25 rugs hanging up), but we did find a 8'/11' rug we really liked selling for $300 below retail, excellent quality. We spoke with Mike Murphy and he gave us a Black Friday deal of another $100 off which became a very, very fair price. Once we took the rug home, we realized it didn't work with our existing color scheme so we took it back to Mike. Mike was totally cool, and refunded us no questions asked. The whole return process took less than a few minutes and was painless. We loved the no-pressure style that Carpet Liquidators has and we'll certainly be return customers. read more

This place is great. I've been going here here years but thought I'd share my experience from last Friday. Went to Lowes and Home Depot first to pick up some vinyl flooring tiles. Lowes didn't have stock, even though they said the material was somewhere in the warehouse, and there was no one at the home depot flooring help desk until Saturday. Went to carpet liquidators and found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your help Louis. read more

Look elsewhere. After the sale, CL is not focused on customer satisfaction. They do have friendly staff and reasonably priced products. But there's a lot left to be wanted: * Overly optimistic up-front pricing The install quote went up $500 once they came out and did the detailed estimate. Apparently they didn't consider things like "remove the toilet" in the initial price for laying linoleum in a bathroom of a 100 year old home. Newsflash: if it's not a new construction, then the bathroom probably has a toilet in it. * Failure to install on committed date In my business, a missed date is a problem. In this business, once they have your deposit...you're no longer treated like the customer * Damage caused during install Home was professionally painted 2 days prior to install and there were 3 eye-level gouges in the wall. I called the sales person expecting customer service. What I got in return: you'll have to talk with the installer. He's the one who is licensed and bonded. The sales staff here are clearly paid on the up front deal Update: Despite that I had perfectly painted walls one day before the install, the installer denied responsibility for 3 of the 4 blemishes that were obviously caused by his team. He was very resistant to the thought of paying for the damage. I'm going to have my painter quote a repair. If there's an attitude turnaround and I get taken care of, then we'll up the star rating to a 2. read more

We were in a bind and really wanted hardwood installed in our new house. Nothing was working put, so we went in looking at LVP, but found they had a pre-finished hardwood available. We worked with Lewis at the North Seattle (Aurora) location, and he was never pushy and communicated throughout. Installation went as planned and the floors look great! read more

If the installers did a better job cleaning up when they were done this would be 5 stars. I have used Carpet Liquidators twice this year for two separate properties and have enjoyed working with them, but cleaning up after the job was done was sub par. The prices are competitive. The sales team is easy to work with. The installers are skilled and friendly. The lead installer was great to work with. They vacuum the new carpet, but then there is the dust and debris on counter tops and the pathway between the truck and inside the home near where the carpet is installed. Getting all the installers to do a final walk thru to sweep / vacuum that pathway would be huge. When there are 3-4 installers on the job that should only take a couple of minutes. read more

Carpet Liquidators came to the rescue! We originally order carpet from a big box store and 3 weeks later it arrived defective, so we tried to get it replaced immediately and the big box store turned us away not wanting to take any responsibility or accountability. The big box store carpet looked horrible and I was hosting Mother's Day in just a few days and also planning to list our house for sale in less than two weeks. I was stressing. I called Carpet Liquidators the same day the big box store carpet was installed hoping they could help. Lewis answered the phone and said they could install new carpet within a day or two. I was ecstatic! We went to the store, met Lewis, and he quickly helped us pick out quality carpet that would look great and appeal to prospective home buyers. Lewis arranged the carpet measurer to come to our house that same evening. The very next day, they installed the carpet. Amazing! I am so appreciative to Carpet Liquidators and their willingness to accommodate our time sensitive situation. Service was great, price was great, and product looked great! A million thanks! read more

Carpet Liquidators offers a large variety of carpets in a variety of sizes. I needed a size to fit an odd shaped room, so I went there. The staff was friendly and helpful and we picked out a good size , paid and left. Once we were home, we realized it didn't quite fit. We drove back down and Lewis let us exchange it and made us a good deal. Lewis' kindness was unexpected and much appreciated. Lewis made two people happy today. And for that I say a special Thank you. Carpet Liquidators is blessed to have great employees. imagine~One~Race~Human~Beverly Hawkins read more

Carpet Liquidators has done it again! Super easy process to figure out the perfect new laminate flooring for our kitchen. The products they carry are quality, the prices are great and the service from the warehouse to installation was amazing! Mike Vizzare is so personable and professional, walked me through all the flooring options in the color scheme I wanted and patiently answered all my questions! Then on installation day the Installers showed up right on time, did the install quickly and efficiently and all the little kinks in our old house were ironed out and the floors are beyond our expectations! So after spending hours at Lowes and Home Depot and paying for a measure, we decided to stop into Carpet Liquidators on Aurora just to see if they had anything less expensive.
