Cheese curd burger so good
John R.

Cheese curd burger with more cheese and fried onions. Half pound option for $20 and came with so many fries I couldn't finish. Service was great and menu appealing in all aspects.

Excellent service from older gentleman. He was very friendly and attentive. It was a pleasure good sir. Happy hour soft Bavarian pretzel with bacon cheese dip was very delicious. Our burgers with sides were as well! We ordered a Cheezy American burger with coleslaw and a Big Butterfly's Blackened Bleu with fries. We enjoyed the great atmosphere, colorful decor, and adorable animal videos on the big screen tv. We were smiling the whole time, while we were stuffing our faces!

Cornucopia is a great place to go and eat and just chill, I got the Philly tempeh it was good nothing special but it was a huge portion so I did have leftovers. Their salads are also great but tots I got were pretty unsalted and needed ketchup. The food came pretty quick so nothing to worry about there and people are very friendly.

wow. i could not have predicted the experience i had here if i had a damn crystal ball. this restaurant was an experience for real. they had a b roll of cute videos playing on the tv which was very nice. the decorations in there were both eclectic and somehow flowed together very well. our server was so kind and so helpful! i don't know his name but he had a beard and he was real as fuck. the food greatly surpassed my expectations. the quality of the meat on the burger was just so insane and really made it. the chicken pot pie was creamy and had a nice mix of flavors with a crispy croissant-like crust. the bathrooms smelled like cinnamon and spice and the soap was really nice. this place is just fucking lit.

Not impressed. Expensive burgers, long wait to have a server acknowledge us after seating us or taking our order. Waitress was on the verge of being rude, even my table mates were shaking their heads at that attitude. I know it's a pandemic and the job isn't easy, but you took all the joy out of the experience for me. And the food was just ok, nothing worth to off-set the wait or rudeness. Nope, won't be back.

It's not just what you do, but how you do it…read more Hopvally makes great brews of different types, and they run a great tap room. I can't get their beer where I live anymore, so I picked up my brother in law and we took a long trip, the Springfield tap room was our first stop. I called ahead & talked with Randi, the general manager. When we arrived, they had my favorite Hopvalley IPA on tap as she promised. We were greeted with smiles and a handshake on our arrival. Just like the beer, the food was top quality. Made of fresh ingredients and came out quick and hot. The onion rings for our appetizer were some of the best I have ever had. The Alphadelic IPA on draft was excellent, well worth the long drive for our first round. Our dinners were well cooked and presented, me a cob salad and my brother a BLTA. He switched up to a gin & tonic (made perfectly), and I had a Cryostash for my second round, can't be beat. The service is the punch line, this is the how you do it part. Excellent all night. This was a Saturday evening, the tap room was packed. All the staff were working hard and moving fast. But the key was, they all had smiles on their faces. The took time to talk and listen to every customer, including us. This does not happen by accident, it happens by prioritizing creating a great customer experience, but ultimately comes from people truly caring about what they are doing and how they are doing their job. We had a great time the entire evening, could not have been better, but it was. They gave me a very gracious present for coming from a long distance. I mention this only to illustrate the caring that I am pointing to. We already had the best evening of our trip, and that last gesture comes from the heart. They did not need to do anything like that, and they did. It came from the general manager and all the staff with a hand signed card. This restores one's belief in simple kindness. If I was local, I would be a regular. These people no only put out great product and excellent service, but they genuinely care, and it shows in how they do their work. Thanks to Randi and all the staff for a great night, never to be forgotten.

But, they don't inform you about a hidden charge of sharing a plate. $1.50 charge for a split plate. Guessing that's the cost of one dish getting washed. I'd hate to ask for a new fork. Other than that surprise, the burger was excellent as were the fries. Great service from David J., and we talked football.

Was driving through Eugene and my hotel receptionist recommended North Fork Tavern for a great…read moreburger and she nailed it. Sat at the bar and the service was fast and attentive. Not too noisy for a tavern, full selection of beer and wine. Burger came out just the way I like it, medium rare and the fries were nice and crisp. I will be stopping back here on my way back to CA.

Fancy cocktails available too. Food: I ordered the steak sandwich and was okay. Very small amount of hangar steak. Fries were crispy. Wife ordered chicken Cesar salad. Nothing to write home about. Kid ordered the steak frites and this was the biggest disappointment of the night. VERY small serving....about 4 slices of perhaps rib eye? Under seasoned and very thin slices. Fries were crunchy though. My kid isn't a big eater and he was still hungry after eating this. Chicken nachos were delicious plentiful, but it came with huge cherry tomatoes on it. More tomatoes than cheese! And the cheese was grated cheese. Not a creamy bechamel cheese sauce. They barely put any cheese on this. Mostly tomatoes and sour cream. Pass on this. This was something you can get at Chilis! Service: Servers were nice. Only came around once to refill out drinks. The food came out really slow! We waited for over an hour and it wasn't that busy. Lot of empty seats! I was appreciative of the server letting us know service/tip already included on our bill. Don't think we'd come back here again.

Went to the goth night (ghost something?) tonight and it was a blast. The bar is gothic style too…read moreso it's marvelous. I heard it's usually an alternative / low key queer bar, more like mixed to me, which is nice. I know they recently made a change about free events turning into free with a drink purchase, which is reasonable! I've been low to no income, to where $10 is a splurge for me. I never got to go to a free event, but if I can't afford it I just don't go! Gotta keep the lights on, and $5 for a goth night was perfect for me. I had so much fun, the music was sweet and the outdoor area was nice too. The dance floor is small- kinda as big as their bathroom- but very accommodating, everyone seemed to have space to do their own thing. The one thing that did puzzle me is that they had a sign on the bathroom that said woman and then said it was all genders. I feel like maybe just taking the woman sign off would be simple enough. The message seems to just be "no urinal". The bathrooms are clean and plenty of stalls though!! I can't say anything about the drinks or food this time around, just the vibes which are great :) Lots of variety of events here, I'm sure I'll be back!
