You could tell that they genuinely enjoy working there and enjoy each other's company, which made it difficult to be too annoyed. After cashier took care of the first two, I lifted up both arms to say "what's up here?" Then I heard him say to the two customers in front of him that "That guy is acting crazy." At that point I told him to enjoy my sandwich -- and the tip I'd left on the PREPAID ORDER -- because I would not be waiting longer. Or coming back. Let's count all the ways this is a bad look: A business can't have employees talking about a customer to other customers -- PERIOD. It can't have people who use the order-ahead system waiting at the back of a line they expected to avoid entirely.
