My bacon and American cheese omelet and coffee
    Monica C.

Listen, we've been spoiled by many other places, but especially Kitchen 87 for the past, almost 11 years.... So we are on the hunt for a new Burger, breakfast and brunch place to call home. The place is very clean in the dining rooms, the tables are Kind of Ontop of one another and barely any room to get by. If we came back, we would ask for a booth, the tables were Cramped. We did not visit the restrooms, so I cannot speak on them, but overall, nicely decorated and Clean. I got the bacon omelette with American cheese, which was very good, but the home fries kind of ruined it due to the lack of flavor and also they were mushy. I am a coffee person and my cup of coffee was $3.49 and I only got 2 cups of coffee to drink because of the lack of our server coming back. I actually had to ask someone totally different if I could have a 2nd cup because our server was rolling silverware. I was disappointed that our server didn't spend much time with us, because I had Many questions, because I haven't been in here in over 15 years. The coffee company is called Evermore and I can say that I have never had it before, but it was not very caffeine powered and I'm not a fan of the flavor. I did not feel a difference and the taste was just mundane, unfortunately. I had high hopes for my coffee because that's what I need to jumpstart my day. My husband got A cheeseburger, he selected the "Betta Chedda", which has a lot of stuff on it, lettuce, tomato, red onion and it including bacon! He added Mushrooms! It was pretty Large and good but it was Lacking something. He Did order a side of brown gravy for dipping his fries in and it tasted homemade and delicious, like Pan drippings from a roast beef! Overall, the food is good but it definitely was missing something. It is sort of troubling and I'm not sure why, but The servers walk around sort of Oblivious and look absolutely MISERABLE! I'm not sure if we Will be back, because if it is as difficult as it was to get a refill of coffee, I might as well buy a coffee maker and just make it at home. To Be continued......

Everything about this place was good. Food taste. Portion size. Atmosphere. Our Service that evening (Saturday) . Menu And food options. Most Everyones food at out table looked worth trying (table of 8). Simple stuff like Appetizer rolls and calamari were quality. Thanks for doing what you do, VD. I'll be Bach

First off the food looked good at first but that's definitely deceiving. The hamburger was originally bought frozen. At 14.99 was crazy. It was very bland and didn't taste very good at all. They pile the lettuce, onions, tomato and cheese. If you're a big man you can handle it for sure. It was so big I couldn't bite into it. Even my husband couldn't handle it so well. The French onion soup was good in the beginning until I started feeling hard pieces in the broth which btw I still have no idea what that was. Our server could care less about anything probably because she's overworked. The total on our bill was $41. Oh make sure you tip. We couldn't finish our lunch. We took it out. Drove home and threw it in the dumpster.

The Vincentown Diner is a great local diner in Southampton, NJ! Fun fact, Vincentown was highlighted on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives... and for a very good reason! The menu has the best classic diner items like omelets, pancakes, pastries and even specialty items like the Smokey truffle melt! The service is amazing, our server, Noah, was very polite and attentive, hopefully you'll get him for your next visit!

Had a big group come in for a weekend brunch. Our waitress handled the orders expertly. We all enjoyed our meals. My quiche was absolutely delicious!

My husband and I LOOOVE coming here. Portions are very large and food is always great! The diner is typically busy however the wait is never too long. Servers are friendly and food comes out quick. We initially checked this spot out bc we saw it was on Triple D and glad it didn't disappoint. This is definitely a diner you want to check out if you're in the area!

French Toast w/ side of home fries, at the Vincentown Diner in Vincentown, NJ.

We've eaten at the Vincentown Diner a few times now, once for breakfast, and once for dinner. We felt our breakfast experience was better than the time we stopped for dinner, mainly because the French Toast they serve is outstanding. When we had dinner at the Vincentown Diner the other night, I ordered a Cubano sandwich, my wife went with the Country Chicken dinner, and my Mother In Law had the Pumpkin Chicken Waffle. My Cubano was decent, but I felt there was much more bread to meat in the sandwich. It was still tasty enough though. I could see that my wife wasn't thrilled with her Country Chicken dinner, was kinda blah & boring. But my Mother In Law loved her Pumpkin Chicken Waffle, she finished her whole meal, which she rarely does. I had a bite of her waffle, and it was pretty good. We ordered a slice of Peanut Butter Pie to all share for dessert. HUGE slice, pie was creamy and good, but we detected a banana flavor in it. My Mother In Law said that places will often use bananas as a cheap filler in pies, but like I just said, we still enjoyed the dessert. All in all, we've been pretty satisfied with our trips to the Vincentown Diner, we'd certainly go back again, but probably for breakfast.

    Mile High Meatloaf

Had lunch here on Saturday, October 26. It was busy, but we were seated pretty quickly and were greeted by our server promptly. I ordered the "Million Dollar Grilled Cheese" and my company had the "Mile High Meatloaf". The grilled cheese was delicious! Braised Beef, mushrooms, arugula, and assorted cheeses (Gruyère, Gouda and Chedder if I recall correctly). Served on sour dough bread with a side of tasty fries! Very unique sandwich and it was served hot and fresh! My dining companion loved his Meatloaf. It's a big hearty portion. Definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Both a 10/10! Flavorful, strong and mighty and fun! We wanted to try a few things for our entrees so we decided to share the Quiche du Jour, Shrimp & Crab Grits, Turkey Chili and a Side of Bacon. We started off with appetizers- which are really great for sharing- perogies for the Hubby and I had the liver dumpling soup- both were fantastic. Hubby had the German mixed salad with his meal, the special was sausage with both chicken and pork Schnitzel and potatoes, I had the sauerbraten with potatoes and we both had a side of the sauerkraut. We took a To-Go of the stuffed chicken breast with mozzarella and spinach and soup, with broccoli and an order of perogies. 2 Root beers, and he had the apple strudel and I ordered the Bienenstich. Our server was Karen- I want to give a huge thank you to her, she was an absolute delight, sweet, friendly and made sure our dinner was perfect, she is wonderful and next time we come for dinner, we hope she is our waitress. Food was incredible, I have not had "family" style German food in probably 13 years if not longer- I used to eat all the time at Alpine Village in Torrance Ca and at Phoenix Club in Brea Ca- both I was a long time foodie at, and never had a bad meal! It is so great to know that Sebastian's is our new place for delicious German food. Dinner for the 3 was roughly $180.00, but before you say "that's a lot", the food is delicious, the wait staff is amazing and both my husband and I gladly pay good money for fantastic food, like what we had here at Sebastian's.

CASH ONLY CASH ONLY…read moreCASH ONLY CASH ONLY Did I mention CASH ONLY So we are thinking about getting Christmas Eve dinner catered from here, so we tried it out yesterday. There was a decent amount of confusion and dialect disconnect, but I believe they have most of their regular menu available. We also ordered a bunch of different items to taste test and we were extremely happy! Let me get into my issue... At no point until I walked into the restaurant, did they mention cash only, oh and check! They take checks! But they never list if on ther website, or any social media sites. They do not mention it over the phone either... so I walk in expecting to pay with card and wham. CASH ONLY... They do have an ATM on site, but to use it, you need an ATM card or a pin on your CC, which I did not have. My FiL had to meet me half way back with cash so I could pay. I really wish they post it online or somewhere people can see before walking in.... I had half a mind to cancel lol! Well that's my gripe! Ordering food, there was a slight language barrier as well. But all in all, it went OK. The lot needs better lighting and or a sign that points to the main entrance. We walked the wrong way and ended up at tables and chairs in storage.... It is very very very homey inside. Very homey. It feels like Oma's living room. With Hummel and biersteins everywhere, and it mean everywhere! Do not bring young kids here lol! It does look nice though! Must but nightmare to dust... Service is unique, the owner was trying to make small talk, and this is after my cash issue, I was kind of zoned out... also had 2 kids that were surprisingly behaving! I got super lucky with that lol! I was able to pay cash and he threw in a few items for free, he gave me a potato soup and a Rahm sauce. Brought the food home and feasted! I got the triple schnitzel combo with Veal, pork, chicken. All were delicious, I like the brown gravy (which had a nice tang) as well as the Rahm sauce with it. By itself it was good, I think they do it more Italian style with only breadcrumbs and no flour, but it was still good. The Veal was the best, but small! The other 2 were very good! I subbed mash for home fries which had sautéed onions and were a great touch, but it needed salt. The sauce helped! I also got a side or spaetzle, which were good but needed sauce and or salt, and did not have much seasoning. But that is German food... I'm not saying its bland, but its sauce heavy! Perogies were absolutely killer! I want a tray lol! Great filling, super soft, great taste! Wife and FiL had the chicken cordon blue, and they were huge!!! They were delicious, but even better with the Rahm sauce. I need a gallon of it lol! Wife liked the Red cabbage, I enjoyed it as well, great flavor. I personally like it sweeter. FiL had the mash and like it. I also got Linzer Tarts which disappeared very quickly lol! Everyone enjoyed them! All in all a great meal, I wish they'd let you know cash only... we look forward to getting catering on Christmas Eve!

If there's 8 people, and we order 2 orders of a dish that has a quantity of two pieces in the dish, tell us it has two pieces in it. We would order more at the time. Yes we could have ordered more when it arrives, but let us know, so we can make that decision in realtime which affects our entire order. Staff: Wonderful wonderful! As a restaurant working alum, I see all the hard work that everyone is doing. The small things that make a difference, to larger gestures. The hostesses having table wedges if a table is wobbly. A manager walking around greeting people and asking about their experience. Their kickass drink runner who never spills a drop when the drinks are filled to the very top. And the friendly waitstaff and food runners. Management: Once we were there and it was slammed. But they never missed a beat. And, the plates remained once we hurriedly ate the food the "airline" pushed in front of us. The soups were delicious with the French Dip layered with thinly sliced beef (It was called a French Dip after all.) soaking in a rich onion influced broth accompanied by a soaked brioche crouton covered in melty provolone. The Butternut Squash Bisque flavored with asiago was definitely a winner too but before our soup course was 1/2 finished and with our Mediterranean Platter's tabouleh still showing its colors and enough hummus to later lead our waitress to ask if we wanted more pita ... the first entree was added to our crowded table. Not sure where the blame lies for the hurried appearance of plates but we were looking forward to a special evening out ... a birthday dinner choice ... a restaurant specializing in small plate dining should be well accustomed to serving diners in a relaxed manner. Upon their arrival I looked at the Schnitzel Medallions but wanted to enjoy the French Dip soup ... I knew the temperature of the food would be decreasing but the soup was so good. Why in the world would the first plate be served while we were enjoying our soup literally with soup spoons in or hands ... no, I did not hear that our flight was boarding ... we were in no rush but we were being rushed. So, now on the small table were our two soup bowls that we were finishing ... the plate still holding quite a bit of our Mediterranean Platter (We did expect to have some small talk after all it was a birthday celebration so we had leisurely started eating this appetizer.), we had the plates that we were expected to eat off of (Mine still had hummus and tabouleh on it.) and this brand new plate with pork tenderloin and asparagus. Maneuvering food became a needed skill. My dining partner put some schnitzel onto her "eating" plate letting soup cool ... I decided hot soup was more important than hot or even warmish pork so I continued to eat my soup but rushing soup made it less enjoyable. So, I finished my soup squeezing the empty bowl into a limited space on the table ... my "eating plate" was crowded still having hummus on it because I rushed my soup .. my dining partner said "yum the Schnitzel is good" while her soup chilled. I took the serving plate with the remaining Schnitzel and asparagus eating off it since it was the only plate with room. Before I took a bite the sliders arrived further crowding the table. Quickly the Butternut Squash Bisque was finished so that she could eat a hot well maybe warm Crispy Fish Slider ... I was still working on the Schnitzel knowing I was going to eat cold fish. And, as we both kept putting food in our mouths foregoing any conversation the Chicken Primavera arrived and looked picture perfect amidst the crowded table but finally the soup bowls were removed ... there's still hummus and tabloeh from that Mediterranean Platter that we didn't have time to finish and the waitress asks if we would like more pita ... sure ... I had just finished the cold slider and was about to try the chicken primavera. She also then noticed my water glass was almost empty and asked if I wanted a refill ...I did but had been so busy shoving food down my mouth that I just barely noticed I needed water (I actually knew I did but no one ever stopped by to ask.). And, just in case you're wondering... our flight still was not close to taking off from the terminal in this lovely lounge (It really is an attractive restaurant to dine in.) that reminded us of a classic airport lounge but it felt like a hallway fast food eatery. We had come to enjoy a leisurely small plate dinner with good conversation...celebrating a birthday before heading off to the theatre. You might be wondering why there are three stars rather than one. Well, the food was all really tasty. I would say it was delicious even though due to the rush the only food I ate that was hot was my soup. We finally did get back to that Mediterranean Platter and yes, we were given more pita and I wasn't rushed eating it because there was nothing left to be served. Oh, it looks like they have some nice outside seating for warmer days. We skipped the mixed drinks ... they looked really good and other folks seemed to be enjoying themselves.
