Decided to try this diner as we were indecisive on what we wanted for dinner. We walked in and was greeted promptly. We were sat down in the middle of the restaurant right behind the bussing station which wasn't ideal (lots of traffic and noise of the cup stacking). The menu was extensive, which sometimes just as bad when trying to decide on what to have! We decided on the turkey dinner and the vodka chicken parm. Each entree came with a soup or salad and a dessert. I got the tortellini soup and my boyfriend got the salad. Great little side salad and the tortellini soup was very filling. Our entrees came out pretty quick. Both entrees massive! The vodka chicken parm had two large chicken cutlets. They had just the right amount of coating, and the chicken was not too thin or too thick. The Vodka sauce was to die for. My turkey dinner was very good and hit the comfort food spot I was looking for. The only thing is I prefer a brown gravy but overall, still very good. We each got a slice of cake and brought it home as we were stuffed from our dinner. We had a ton of left overs. They all heated up well the next day. Very much enjoyed our food. We came for brunch for Valentine's Day.... We had a friend to stay with my mom who is home on hospice. So, we Did Not have much time to spend hours out. About a week ago, we came and Brooke, our server was amazing, so, we decided to come back.... We have had several "poor service and Not good" visits in the past couple months, but trying to be "understanding" to people being Busy.... Etc. But when do The excuses Stop? Other servers were busy, too and they still took care of their tables and also, IF our server was slammed with a Table of 8-10, wouldn't you ask for help or ask for another server to just check back on us... this is How they Make their Money! It was More than 45-50 minutes before we even got our food and I got Up to Pour my Own coffee refill because our server literally never came back, but she was serving and caring for the huge table sh was Sat with. Where is the help?? Nowhere. That's where. When our food finally came out a few minutes ago, after waiting almost an hour, the toast was burnt. Most of the food looked disgusting and our server said to us we're still waiting on the sausage so clearly no one put the food in. I'm not sure if she forgot to enter our food into the computer, but this was completely inexcusable and all she kept saying was she's so sorry that she was with the other table. Well, we get it if you're slammed, but why wouldn't you open your mouth and ask for help when there's tons of other servers just walking in circles they could've stopped on by we got up and left and we will not be returning. I don't care if Jesus Christ himself comes down from heaven and says to return now I have to go home and make food for myself and my husband and I am now hungry, which didn't need to happen. read more

My husband & I just moved to Burlington, and it was New Years Day. We were tired from painting all day & were trying to find a place for a late dinner. Drove around, lot of places closed cause of the holiday. Wound up in Hainesport & found Pandora. Service was amazing- didn't have to ask for anything, because they provided everything ahead of asking, & were thorough in making sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious. Apparently I like chicken salad now- or maybe just theirs. And little things (as a fellow member of the service industry for years) I tend to notice. In my fruit cup, it was fresh fruit- crunchy not soggy day old grapes, ripe melon, etc. Chicken salad (not overdone with mayo) served in a big tomato- crunchy, ripe. Hubs loved his pancakes, they were the size of his head. Beautiful and clean restaurant. It's right down the street from my sisters, so if we find ourselves 20ish minutes away from our new home in the future, we'll definitely stop by again. read more

Ordered food tonight but called first to see if there was a long wait and was told a 20 minute wait. So we called back within 10 minutes to place the order. We waited 30 minutes on hold before they even took the order and another hour for them to make it, which I expected for Mother's day but to be told 20 minutes when we asked is what irritated us. My husband went to pick it up he got home, we were missing a meal and the other meal had gravy all over it after we asked for no gravy due to medical issues. I called there was no apology, just a "my bad" and bring the food back. My husband had to drive all the way back to get the meal they missed and return the meal they messed up and get the new one. Coffee didn't taste fresh, maybe not brewed well. Omelette was overcooked as well as potatoes that came with it: the fruit was fresh. Ice cream ok, tea (lacas) was decent. Service slow and missing a few things, back and forth. The other members of my party tried the soups (French onion and turkey) and repeated they were just ok. The oreo cake was not fresh. Fish with the fish and chips not seasoned at all, and overcooked. Strangely enough it was busy. Lady at the counter could care less about my feedback. We're staying in NJ for the weekend and wanted to try a local diner. We came across this one, and when we first walked in the staff didn't seem happy to be there at all. We were seated fairly quick. Once we were seated our waitress took atleast 10-15mins to introduce herself and take our order. We ordered pancakes with corn beef hash, and an order of French toast. You would think it would be quick, but our order took about 25-30mins just to arrive. Our waitress never checked on us once since we started eating. The food looks good, but when you taste it, it has no flavor. Probably the worst pancakes I've ever had at a diner. They have a lot of options, prices are pretty fair but the service and the food were severely lacking. read more

Been going here for years. Food is reasonably priced. The jack Daniel's salmon is my favorite. Staff is friendly.

A lack of service training definitely came through with our server which was our second one after the first one switches out due to her saying being swamped with tables. The food was of huge portions an and just about everyone seemed to leave with a bG. Overall, the taste of the food was fine and definitely a value play for folks. Like most diners, the desserts looked great and with meals you get soup or salad as well as a choice of desserts included. Same experience as Eric K. The young man who greeted and seated us seemed annoyed that we were there and was not welcoming at all. The waitress, however, was very nice and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the food itself was just okay. The biggest issue was the front-of-house attitude. When we paid, he did not ask how our meal was, did not even look at me, and stayed on his phone. Service was super slow!! I asked for a Steak Medium & she brought a Steak Well Done, then you just have to love her comment!!! "What would you like me to do??" Maybe offer to replace the steak for me? Doesn't that sound like a better response? The first steak was super dry but the replacement steak was nice and juicy so make sure you order it medium rare!! The menu combos are a great selection since it comes with either a soup or salad plus 2 sides. Chicken noodle soup was salty!! Mixed Bread & Butter was delicious!!! Always get the fries, they are nice & crispy, the broccoli was good too, corn tasted like it came out of a can, mash potatoes didn't come with any gravy. Seafood platter w scallops were small, hard & cold, crab mix was undercooked. Salmon & Angel hair was good. Dessert was either ice cream or rice pudding which were both delicious!! Went here earlier in the year and was unimpressed. It's better than the earlier Diamond Dinner which was just terrible but not better than the Pandora's on 206. I figured I'd try again as it had just opened and I'd figure it should get another chance. Well, it wasn't any better. The turkey club had barely toasted bread. Seems like he slapped it in the grill for a bit and never flipped it. Totally soggy. The bacon wasn't as bad as before where it had an over powering smoke flavor. Soup was bland and not a lot of chicken in it. Fries were ok. One bright spot was our waiter. He really seemed to enjoy his job and did pretty good with the service. Overall, this is a place to stop if you have to but not worth the trip. read more

Had a late night munchies, so I stopped by for the dessert and got a assortment of pies cakes and was not disappointed at all

I was there last night 12/5/25 around 6:30. Our waiter John was nice and pleasant. My neighbor ordered the Fettuccine with tomato sauce and I ordered the Pandora Cheesesteak (Chicken) with mayo which comes with fried onions, peppers and mushrooms with a cup of soup, cole slaw and pickle. I even showed him what it came with because he just walked away and I said wait I'm supposed to get soup right and he said oh yeah. When it came out, my neighbors sauce was so watery. My dish was a disaster. There was no onions, peppers or mushrooms or mayo. I didn't want to send back because you know what they say about sending food back. Against my better judgment, I just told him to being it out on another dish. When he did, it had only 2 mushrooms. After all the kayoss, We're driving home and I was like wait, I didn' even get my cole slaw or pickle. This is my go to diner even though it's out of the way and it's hit or miss, but it's better then the diners we have were I live. read more

Food is great usually but our server was horrible on Christmas Day - I ordered a western omelette with cheese. Saw him write cheese on his order pad - Omelette came without cheese -when I asked him - he said I did not order cheese - read his pad saw cheese on his pad then offered to bring me melted cheese instead of offering to have another made - very combative when I asked him about it , when paying check , I complained to the cashier/hostess - all I got was a sorry with nothing more said or done .. I've been wanting to try Pandora's newest location in Hainesport and finally did so this past weekend. The diner is large and clean. They could use more bathrooms, though. We were greeted by an unenthusiastic hostess who lead us to seating without asking if we wanted a booth or table and then left us standing there. She did come back and lead us to desired type of seating. Our waitress was very friendly, attentive and accurate. I tried the Maryland Grilled Chicken Dinner. Soup was included with the meal, but the cream of turkey soup left much to be desired, most especially the turkey of which I could find none! The included bread basket was generous and contained a nice variety of breads including cornbread and zucchini bread. The main entree was tasty, generous and hot. The chicken was tender and moist. The mashed potatoes were creamy. The hollandaise sauce was good. However, there was supposed to be crab meat in it, but I could not taste it or find any. There was plenty of asparagus, however, it was all stalks and no tips, not even one. My included side vegetable was fried eggplant. Although generous in portion size, it was over cooked and I suspect commercially premade. My dining companion chose the fiesta chicken and was overall pleased with the selection. It, too, was generous in portion size. Overall, we had a positive experience and would visit again. read more

We visit the location in Springfield off Rt.206. The menu is mind blowing and is the old school dinner menu, they have EVERYTHING! Service has always been good and very attentive to your needs. Food comes quickly and they provide you enough for two meals, you won't leave hungry. I have had numerous meals and have not been disappointed. The egg cheese and pork roll was good although only two pieces of pork roll. The role look like a Kaiser but was more like a brioche bun obviously St. out of her bag. Service was exceptional by the waitress, but when I expressed the above, when asked how everything was at the counter, I was told, "I'm sorry. Have a blessed day." A friend of mine said it wasn't the best meal he had for dinner either. Eat here at your own risk. Regular diner prices - subpar food. Finally our local pandora diner has opened...it is clean and the renovation was done very well...the food portions are what you remember as diner food...only been twice to date...pot roast is very good...got an omelette first time ...it was good ...not stunning but good...I wish diners actually made omelette in actual omelette pans and not on the grill top...grill top dries the eggs out and too thin... Anyway huge potential...keep up the good work...add hash browns to the menu and...just use regular French fries...no reason on this planet to use "coated" French fries...just plain fries and crinkle cut fried while we're at it...tater tot option wouldn't be horrible... Baked goods look great will try next time I'm in...great bread basket... So far so good...a few tweaks will make it even better... read more

The experience has always been good. Love the servers, they are friendly and attentive @ this location. Today I ordered a side of pumpkin pancakes. When I asked about ingredients the served ask and was told by the cook/chef pumpkin filling. I was charged an extra 4.00 for the filling, but the receipt said add blueberry to the platter. I was given and answer of not able to say pumpkin filling in batter on the receipt. No blueberries in it and the pancake taste like plain pancakes. No pumpkin flavor. I understand is an error on the system . But if the receipt says blueberries then how is it that at least blueberries should've been added. Therefore, I didn't get the pumpkin pancakes or the fresh blueberries! Tell me sorry we made a mistake and it's fine. We all make small mistakes. But, the cashier gave me a lame excuse. No need for an excuse just add the blueberries or return and make the pancakes. Please your customers and you will be blessed. I will still visit but will twice before I order " upgrades" upgrades in food not to my liking. read more

First (and LAST) time customer! I decided to try the new Pandora Diner in Hainesport today after hearing fantastic reviews. While the food and atmosphere met my expectations; unfortunately, the service was more than upsetting. Waitress (Stacey) not only was short tempered with my family & I but she was very belittling and mean towards her coworker. She comes off very disgruntled. She should not be in this line of work with her poor attitude. Management should consider how this reflects on this business as I will never return due to her unprofessionalism. read more

Excellent ambience at the new diner in Hainesport. Breakfast was wonderful the price 699 for three eggs, potatoes, toast, and 2 cups of coffee was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. read more

This one fell short for me. I like the other diners owned by the same owner but they havnt got it together at this one yet. I received a side Greek salad that had feta, tomatoes, a piece of sardine a stuffed grape leaf and lettuce. Like no cucumber, no onion? It was sad. If you go don't bother upgrading to this. When I received my senior meal it consisted of 2 small pieces of chicken breast which was ok. Just ok. My sisters Cobb salad was confusing though...it had chicken, bacon, ham, Swiss cheese and an egg! I think there salad station needs some tweaking . Lastly my father got the jack Daniel's chop steak which he said was good but he didn't touch his string beans and when my sister tried them she made a face. The server was nice but little loud. I wanted to send my salad back so they could fix it but I didn't want her to shout that out loudly. This location is my least favorite of the franchise and I will not be returning. read more

I'm gonna start by saying the waitress allison was fantastic. she was very polite and didn't have us waiting . she took our order and our food came out pretty fast and was delicious. The one major downfall is the hostess/manager older lady. she was very rude from the second we walked in as if she didn't even wanna seat us . she is rude to her staff practically yelling at them for cleaning up not as fast as she wants them to. and the fact that she is doing this in front of paying customers is just crazy. Whoever the owner is or the owner of the chain of Pandora diners needs to get ride of her before this restaurant, ends up losing business and closing.
