Best cafe in longview. They are always busy, but the waits are never that long. I have been here several times, and I have NEVER had a bad meal. The salads are fantastic, as are the sandwiches. By far my favorite breakfast/Cafe place. It's often busy, but the servers are always super friendly and very attentive to refilling water/coffee. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I've tried many things, the veggie omelette is delicious, fruit is always fresh tasting, salads and sandwiches were always good, and the coconut French toast is amazing (my personal favorite!) The fact that most of the tables are filled with regulars and the staff knows them all by name should tell you everything you need to know. I'm so glad I looked on Yelp for somewhere to eat. I wouldn't have found the Corner Cafe just driving past. The people were so nice, helpful, friendly. Service was prompt and they checked back frequently to refill coffee, etc. I was impressed with their Covid measures. There were clear curtains between the indoor tables with were properly spaced. Their doing a great job keeping us safe. Oh, yes we were there for breakfast. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My only complaint is that I am a choice snob and they definitely had diner coffee. It wasn't awful and I'm sure it is perfect for many. All in all a totally positive experience. First off, best service. We had a diner with some food allergies and staff kindly checked with the kitchen four times to accommodate. It was a warm day with a cool breeze so we sat outside at picnic tables under umbrellas. The breakfast/lunch menu had all the regular choices but at much reduced prices. We had an eggs Benedict with a side of fruit, sliced strawberries and grapes. No leftovers. My bacon and spinach quiche came with a side salad, raspberry vinaigrette , dinner roll with pat of butter. Another friend had something with eggs but it was gone in a flash. Very good place to eat in Longview and only about two miles off I 5. The website says it is closed onSaturday, but that is untrue. Sorry no pictures, I cleaned my plate with the last bit of toast it was so good. My kids and my husband also found it really good. My very, very picky son has let us know he expects us to stop there again on our way back from our trip. I got a simple breakfast eggs over medium(one was a little hard one was a little soft but I liked both), hash browns extra crispy were really good and I am extremely picky about hash browns but there were made right!! Had some of my husbands French toast and it was better than home made. Really recommend this place. They don't have plastic barriers anymore and it's a little squished inside but I saw the staff continually sanitizing everything. read more

On our way to Mt Rainiee and yelp led us to this gem. It is on the "corner" of the bank building.. we would never have noticed it. We both had the two egg breakfast.. mine with sausage his with bacon..mine with pancake his with HOMEMADE white bread toast. The breakfast was cooked as we asked, everything was warm.. tasted great. I even ordered a hot chocolate which I had the surprise of option of whipped cream. Service was quick and very friendly.. very cozy neighborhood cafe! It may be a very small location that's hard to find but I think it's worth checking out! Great service from all of the very nice employees! It's a very small restaurant but still feels like a normal sized restaurant! I had their Biscuits and Gravy which were very good! That's all that I have to say right now but I'm sure if I were to come back and try something else I'd have much more to say! For right now it's a 6/10 but that could go up if I came here again!
