My visit to CoreLife can be directly attributed to the most recent Yelp Elite event at the Webster location. I know the mark of a successful event is when we want to go back to the spotlighted business for more, so a hearty thank you goes out to Yelp for this one. CoreLife is worth the trip to Greece, let me tell you. At the Elite event, we got coupons to try out the new location in advance of the official grand opening. I love this method of trying new places because you know everyone is working extra hard to make everything work. When life hands you a coupon to the soft opening and the lemonade is included, you take it. I knew I wanted a broth bowl, so I got the broccoli cheddar bowl and the coconut water fruit punch. Ok, this is probably the healthiest broccoli cheddar soup you will ever eat. It tastes like heavy cream, which is a huge compliment to the chef. The line moved swiftly and rhythmically, so no one felt as though they were stuck in traffic. Finally, the coconut water fruit punch tasted so perfectly sweet that I didn't even notice the coconut flavor. If coconut water isn't your thing, give this one a try, you might be pleasantly surprised. I'm so excited for CoreLife's expansion plans. So far we know about future locations in Henrietta and Brighton, but I have another idea: how about downtown? There's lots of space that could use a loving tenant, and by being open for dinner, they could fill a niche in the community. I'd definitely go there. The Greece CoreLife is right off the highway and in front of the mall, so you can't miss it. I'll definitely be back, it's not as far away as I think and I'm head over heels for that broccoli cheddar, after all. read more

Second time visiting. The first time I visited I ordered the Thai noodle bowl and was not impressed- the bowl was pretty bland with the exception of the tasty dressing. Today I went back and ordered the Mediterranean bowl and it was delicious and packed with flavor. Loved the hummus and falafel toppings! How cute are the little metal trays they give you your food on?! Felt nostalgic of elementary school cafeteria! My favorite aspect of the place is the drink bar. I love the green tea apple cider and the cranberry cayenne lemonade but they are all delicious. I would buy these drinks if there were sold bottled at wegmans!!! The staff has always been helpful and sweet. I would love to see pictures of each menu item at least on the To go menus to help with decision making. Overall, my visit today was so pleasing that I will be visiting again. read more

After going to the event that Bre set up, I have been all about CoreLife, and what they are all about. It is very hard to find genuinely healthy food that is affordable. I can come here and get an incredibly filling salad and delicious lemonade for about $12. This place is great for athletes, and people that need to grab a quick lunch. They strategically place the menu along the wall where you would wait in line, so you know what the hell you want by the time you get to the counter. I like that you can see all of the food as you go down the line, and the staff is trained well to ask questions before putting stuff in the bowl in case of food allergies or taste preferences. My favorite menu items thus far are the steak, bacon and bleu cheese bowl, and the tomato basil soup. The steak salad is filling, and everything is well balanced. I just ask for half the amount of cranberry vinaigrette. The cranberry cayenne lemonade and basil cucumber lemonades are by far my favorites. They have a great outdoor seating area, and lots of modern cute booths to grab some lunch with friends. read more

The staff here is Phenominal- patient and kind, check in and see how the meal is, friendly banter with you. The portions are big! I never finish. Make your own is the way to go! --choice of a grain and salad or two of the same, then 4 veggies, cheese and any other add one like avocado, bacon, etc then protein from chicken to falafel! the dressings (so many creative ones!) are then mixed in with all the ingredients right in front of you. also available is a broth bowl with veggies and noodles!! Drove by this place a couple of times... Decided to stop by and all I can say; wow, what a great idea ! Simple, nothing crazy, just good healthy food. Line is like at Moes or Chipotle... Just that it's a healthier choice and it's quick, convenient, not very expensive... I spoke to one of the GMs... And they plan to have close to 500 locations nationwide in next 3 years or so... I am from LA, and I can see this place packed on Sunset or Hollywood Blvd... Food is great and filling... Drinks are none soda type... I tried the beet lemonade and cucumber lemonade, both have mostly lemony/citrus like taste with a bit of other ingredient. Would like to recommend for this restaurant to open earlier than 11am... CoreLife was recommended to me by a coworker and I happened to be driving past around lunchtime. I've very glad I gave it a try. The line was almost to the door by the time I got there, but the staff worked quickly and it went very quickly. I tried a ginger steak and rice noodle grain bowl and it was DELICIOUS. I guess I had never thought about it, but it seems like a genius idea to have premixed whatever kind of bowl you have with the dressing so everything is evenly covered rather than fighting with your meal! I added a little sriracha about halfway through for a kick. Like other reviewers have said, the idea of the restaurant is similar to Moes or Chipotle but a very welcome healthy alternative. It was nice to feel good after leaving a restaurant. I'm excited to go back and try a broth bowl sometime that it isn't so hot out. I wish there was one downtown! read more

Got a burrito here and it was dripping watery juices which was messy and made the tortilla wet and soppy. The food tasted alright but was nothing to brag about. I ate inside but was never given a plate to eat on, just the aluminum foil the burrito came in. Most of the drink choices didn't taste great either. Well, I took the bait...the BOGO deal for the Spicy Thai Chicken and Noodle bowl. I heard some great things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Walking into the restaurant, I had some really high hopes for this place. Seeing everything right before you, all the fresh ingredients, I thought this was going to be our new go-to place. Unfortunately, I was gravely disappointed. Here are the things that irked me the most. a) Where's the protein?!?!! In this case, there were just a few pieces of chicken. b) I love noodles as much as the next person, but holy cow, I felt like the entire bowl was just noodles with a few dashes of other fresh items. The ratio of protein to carbs was way off in my honest opinion. c) This part made me laugh more than it irked me, and I'm still trying to figure out on how this makes sense. So, you have this huge salad in this bowl. It's just about to be closed up when I ask the friendly employee for cilantro. I think she literally put in a teaspoon of cilantro for that entire salad. I was speechless and in awe and just had to just go with the flow. One thing I did learn though....you can have the bowl steamed which I did. I definitely wanted my chicken to be hot and not cold. I'm not sure many of their guests are aware of this. I was in line with 8 people ahead of me roughly. More than half ordered what I ordered, but not got theirs steamed. I fully understand that these are not "healthy" salads....I believe one order of this bowl has over 40 grams of fat with the dressing. That doesn't bother me as much as I am well aware of this information. Now, if I could get behind the counter, and make my own salad, this place would be amazing, but I have a good feeling, if I made my own salad, it would cost over $15 the way I would want it. The place definitely has it's niche and it's a good change of pace. I wouldn't be reluctant to try another special, a more lettuce based (opposed to noodle based). I don't foresee myself coming here otherwise. The amount of protein needs to improve. I give them a lot of props for a very clean establishment with very friendly employees. I am so excited that we got our own Core Life Eatery in Greece. I've been a few times since they opened and luckily for me, I found my "spirit animal" order on the first try and I get the same thing every time. I order the Steak, Bacon and Bleu salad and it is delish! The steak is fresh and always has a little pink to it which I appreciate. And the bacon bits are REAL BACON. The salad comes with Gorgonzola cheese but I always choose to add some shredded white cheddar cheese as well. That's the tricky part. I would give Core Life five stars, however, they charge me $1.45 for about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese. The portions can be inconsistent and when you're paying $10 for a salad, I wish I was always getting a fair sized portion of not only the steak and bacon, but also the ingredients that I pay extra for like the cheddar. I will say their smorgasbord of fresh fruits, vegetables, and cheese is a sight to behold. They all look delicious and most importantly fresh! I also like how they remodeled the space. Somehow they made it seem like they doubled the space after Panera vacated. It's a win for Greece that Core Life is in town! read more

The girl gave me very small portions of everything she put into my salad and then when I asked for a little bit more tofu they charged me extra for a double portion. Then I went to the bathroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor and hardly any in the dispenser. Jeff from CoreLife agreed to deliver the food (even tho they are not yet set up for delivery service) and saved my butt!!! This was DURING the BUSY LUNCH HOUR when I'm sure he was needed in-store!!! This location is very good with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities. Only the bread at the end of the line has gluten and the staff know the minute I mentioned celiac disease to change gloves and wash their hands. It is such a reassuring place that we feel comfortable eating here. Also the staff are friendly about dietary constraints. The food is healthy and good.
