These folks are so accommodating. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I had some damage from a deer headbutting the front of my car. They fixed it up good as new. When I noticed a small imperfection in the paint later, they repainted the area to make sure it didn't keep occurring. When they brought my car back to me, it was washed and cleaned inside and out! Corby's Collision is excellent from start to finish. We have had two vehicles in their shop in the last three months, and my family will never go anywhere else. They take pride in communicating each step of the process, so I had no worries about what was being done and when. Once the file was submitted, they contacted me in under 24 hours to inspect the vehicles, which helped expedite the process. I was concerned about the paint being noticeable when redone for the dent on the rear panel, but you cannot tell if something was ever dented or repainted. I am amazed at how fast they coordinated with insurance for both claims and were thorough in their inspection, work, and communication. Even though these were done through insurance claims, they looked for reasonably priced parts in excellent condition. In addition, they vacuumed and wiped down my entire interior. Because my insurance would not pay for damages after hitting a deer I had to pick up my car but when I can afford the repairs on my own I will be bringing it right back. After hitting a deer, I arranged for my car to be repaired at corbys the following week. Being without a vehicle for a gaurenteed 5 days is tough but especially hard when the work isn't completed for another half-business week. However, I do understand their issues in making the appropriate repairs and wanting to do a commendable job. Fortunately my insurance works in coordination with this body shop so the entire process was fast and mainstreamed. Unfortunately for me, the insurance wanted to use cheaper parts (obviously) which made the whole repair process longer which was difficult to work around. When I did get the vehicle back I was very proud of the work and paint job. I was told it wouldn't make sense to "blend" the new paint with the rest of the car due to prior rust spots but even without the blend, it looks flawless. They even gave me a jar of touch up paint if needed in the future. The work was professional and as fast as possible and I would highly reccomed this body shop. I was kept up to notice during the duration of work progress and dilemmas so I wasn't caught off guard. read more

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews about services but the team at Corby's has gone way above and beyond for our family. We had an encounter with a large deer and from the first contact until the repair was completed, they kept in constant communication with my wife and myself to update us with the progress. The job was done in a timely manner and the work was done well. The reason for the review and 5 stars is due to their help and guidance over a month after the repair. We were still dealing with the insurance/accident paperwork that can become pretty daunting, but the Corby's staff helped make it easy. Thank you for all of your help!!!
