After my car got crunched in a parking lot, they patiently walked me through the process and what to expect, set a convenient appointment, made arrangements for rental, worked with the other party's insurance company to advocate and secure additional funding for appropriate repairs, secured a ride when rental company had issues, and car came back beautifully detailed. Got into my first accident (nothing too crazy, just a fender bender on my '05 Corolla) and was told by my trusted mechanic to come to Panorama Collision and I'm SO glad I did. My mom and I worked with Scott the most and I would trust him with my car a million times over. He was straight up with me about what needed to be done and what was worth it or not (did I mention it was a '05 Corolla?) The price was beyond reasonable, the service was fast and personable, and the quality was on point. I got a very reasonable estimate and had the work done. I wasn't expecting the level of care they provided. The car was fixed, washed and waxed. I cannot recommend a better body shop. I was in a bind traveling to and from DC, in desperate need of a repair, and Charlie found a way to accommodate me in my situation. Charlie and his team were incredibly helpful, very communicative and transparent each step of the way, and did a beautiful job putting my car back together. They worked with me and fully managed handling some insurance issues that came up so that I didn't have to (which was incredibly appreciate, and saved me a lot of aggravation!) I was especially impressed by the kindness and understanding and willingness to go above and beyond, especially amid the tensions of the pandemic (this was in early April 2020). My car came out looking brand new and the interior was vacuumed and also cleaned up nicely. Several days after getting my car back, Charlie called to follow up with me to ensure I was happy with the work done, and as a genuinely lasting impression sent a thank you card for choosing their shop. I had bad luck here. I brought my vehicle in for accident repair and ended up going back 3 times and was unable to get it fixed correctly. Aftermarket parts were used, and when I complained, they told me they'd replace it with OEM. When I went back it was in exactly the same condition. Also, each time I went to pick it up, I was told to pick it up at a time when no one in charge was there to really help me. Real nice. They did offer to continue to help, but I felt this place was shady and dishonest and won't be bringing anything here again. read more

I've always used the dealer for all service and repair, so I was hesitant to try an independent repair company. However, my experience at Panorama Collision was a pleasant surprise. No ones like to pay for collision repair, but these guys made the process simple and much more affordable than the dealer. They not only fixed the damage to make my Prius Prime look like new and matched the 3-stage color exactly, but they washed and waxed the entire car. And, when we opened the door we realized that they also cleaned the interior! While I realize this is not a huge cost, it was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. I've been going to Panorama collision for about 15 years, mostly for fixing rust spots on our older cars and the occasional ding or dented fender, but we did have one $2000 front collision job done there. The people there are very friendly and practical. More than once they have talked me out of an expensive repair, because the car wasn't worth it, saying that they could make it good enough with a simple fix. When I have had a quarter panel or bumper fixed, the work had been excellent. The front end on my wife's car was perfect- like new. Above all, I like that they are approachable, trustable, happy human beings that remember me and care about me as a customer. read more

They took care of my car like it was their own. I am a returning customer who recently had Panorama Collision repair my 2008 VW Jetta. It was a small job (son tore the wheel well against someone's bumper...). It was a small job, and Scott did what he could to keep it affordable because my son is paying for it; it's a 5 year old car. Nevertheless, not only does the paint match 99.9% perfectly, they provided a free loaner and they cleaned the car inside and out (vacuumed throughout, washed the winter floor mats, tire dressing, etc.). It hasn't been this clean and pristine in years! I recommend them highly! The shop is modest, very neat and clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. Panorama Collision was a real eye-opener for me. For years I had been a customer of another shop (Vogel's) whose work was excellent but customer service was simply awful. This time I had a nasty scrape on a brand-new car and when The Dent Guy told me it was too deep for him to fix, he recommended Panorama. From the first moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. A random rock cracked my windshield. When the Safelite technician came to my parking lot to replace it, he saw a tiny bit of rust around the rim of my 1995 Toyota windshield and explained why he was not allowed to remove the windshield and install a new one. His explanation was totally understandable, and he said I'd have to go to a body shop to see if any welding was necessary. Gulp. Welding? I saw dollar signs in my head. I called my extremely trusted car maintenance guys at Crossroads Automotive in Walworth to ask them for a recommendation near Fairport: Panorama Collision. Without hesitation, I made an appt and dropped my car off with the expectation of picking it up the following day. Within two hours of drop off, however, Charlie called and gave me the good news: only a tiny bit of rust that they were able to quickly scrape off. No welding, no danger. New windshield was installed and setting, ready for pick up in five hours. I can't emphasize enough how much their honesty meant to me. They could have told me a whopping lie and charged me an outrageous amount, and I wouldn't have been able to tell. I want to give a shout-out to Scott at Panorama for really doing it right in fixing up my Kia Sorrento. I had a little unfortunate meeting between my rear passenger door and the side of my garage door while pulling into my garage one day, and I had been driving around with a crunched-in door for awhile. Every time I got in the car, I had to look at it and be reminded of my stupidity. The car still drove fine, it was just a cosmetic blemish that annoyed me constantly. I didn't want to spend a fortune to fix it, but I thought if I could find someone to give a reasonable price, I would do it to make my beloved car look nice and new again. Well, the quotes I got were outrageous (including the dealership), but Scott took the time to research used parts and finally called me with a used door. We took a chance that it was in good condition and the right color (to save $$$ on having to paint it). Well, I brought in the car (Scott squeezed me in on that Saturday morning) and the door was in great shape and a perfect match! My Kia was in and out in an hour and a half, and looked as good as new when I picked it up! Scott was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help me out and keep the job affordable.
